(사)한국패키지디자인협회(회장 강부연)가 '2021 제30회 대한민국패키지디자인대전'의 수상작을 발표했다. 이번 공모전에서 일반부문 대상이자 산업통상자원부장관상은 농심기획의 '새우깡 블랙'이 수상의 영광을 안았다. 이어서 금상은 피에이치하비(주)의 '비비톤업선'과 서울우유협동조합의 '아침에주스'가, 은상은 (주)멘토브랜딩의 '허니소믈리에' 등 4점, 동상은 (주)신원인팩의 '펄프클램(Pulp Clam)' 등 10점이 수상했다. 다음에 일반부문 본상 수상작들을 통해 패키지디자인의 최신 동향을 살펴보도록 한다.

Most studies using drone is confined utilization on the ground and regulation. The drone in the water is rarely used in hydrographic surveying because of the limit of flight time and image matching. This paper is the basic research for drone hydrographic photogrammetry. The accuracy of hydrographic photogrammetry, using buoys for water reference point, was evaluated. The accuracy is influenced by the accuracy of the water reference points like the photogrammetry. The position of water reference points set up on water, keep on changing due to various environmental factors such as wind speed and water velocity. The position continuously changed of the water reference points were measured 3 times using Total Station and VRS. Experiments were conducted at two reservoirs in Gimhae City, and the accuracy of the manual image matching using the water reference points is 40 cm and 80 cm. Allowable accuracy of the ocean boundary survey is ${\pm}2m$, the results of this study are fully available. The maximum position error of the water reference point for ensuring accuracy within ${\pm}2m$ is 1.8 m.

The purpose of this study was to analyze perceptions to hindering factors and development factors for water leisure activation. In order to accomplish the study purpose, this study employed a survey method with water leisure participants and employees from 6 regions(participants=205, employees=117). The data were analyzed using independent t-tests at a=.05 and following findings were derived from current study. First, among 20 hindering factors, water leisure participants had higher levels of perceptions than employees in licence system, limited activation regulation, departure report regulation, absence of exclusive organization, lack of providing information, lack of participative events and support systems. Second, relatively highly perceived hindering factors included departure report regulation, limited activation regulation, licence system, lack of government support, lack of mooring facility and lack of exclusive charged organization, in order. Third, the important development factors perceived by participants included support for licence and education and diversified water leisure programs but those perceived by employees included placement of educated experts and related event host and publicity. Finally, relatively highly perceived development factors included activation of free experience, promotion of marina development, support for licence and education, diversified programs and support for water leisure business. Accordingly, the findings provided fundamental information that both central and regional government can utilize for further activating water leisure. In addition, several development strategies were discussed on financial support, facility support, human resource support, education support and event support perspectives.

This study came to the following conclusions through the survey which was conducted to ocean leisure business runners to find out current business situation and the perceptions about the revised regulations the safety law of water leisure. This survey showed that most of the respondents agreed about receiving water safety training for regulated time when they obtain or renew their licenses. 63.5% answered that water safety training is needed. There was a considerable demand for registration system of leisure boots. 70.3% presented that registration system of private leisure boots should be introduced. It is confirmed that insurance is an essential fact for ocean leisure activities. 81.1% for leisure boots and 70.3% for non-leisure boots respectively answered that private insurance or fraternal insurance need to be imposed as a compulsory condition in case of accidents during ocean leisure activities.

'피는 물보다 진하다'고 했던가, 고활자 특별전문가 각자 장인 이창석씨의 아들인 이운천씨가 제36회 대한민국전승공예대전에서 수상의 영예를 안았다. 이운천씨는 조선후기 능화판을 출품, 문화재청장상을 수상하여 첫 출품의 첫 수상으로, 그것도 본상에 드는 영예를 안았다. 그가 출품한 작품은 조선시대에 많이 사용한 길상화문판 등 12가지 문양을 선별하여 조각한 것이다.

무형의 지식자산 창출에 더 의존하는 지식기반경제에서의 노벨 화학상의 중요성과 국가별 노벨 화학상 수상 통계를 살펴봄으로써 노벨상과 국가 경쟁력의 상관관계를 살피며, 3년 연속 노벨 과학상을 수상하게 된 일본의 과학기술에 대한 정책 방향과 2002년 노벨 화학상 수상자인 다나카의 수상 배경을 살펴봄으로써 우리나라의 국가경쟁력 발전 방안에 도움을 주는 시사점을 도출해 보고자 한다.

지난한해 시공업계는 내수경기부진과 고유가로 인한 소비자들의 외면속에서 힘든 한해를 보냈다. 이러한 가운데 지난한해 역시 협회발전과 회원들의 권익신장에 앞장서고 국가의 재난 및 피해가 발생했을때 누구보다 앞장서서 봉사활동을 펼쳐주신 회원들이 건설교통부 장관 표창을 수상하는 영예를 안았다. 본지는 수상의 영예를 안은 회원대표를 만나 수상소감을 들어봤다.

대한결핵협회 창립 60주년 기념행사에서 '제25회 복십자대상'을 수상한 연세대학교 국제진료센터 인요한 소장. 수상소감으로 "제가 한 일은 없습니다. 우리 가족을 대표해 주는 상이라고 생각합니다. 협회 창립 60주년 기념을 맞아 수상하게 돼 더욱 뜻깊고 감사하게 생각합니다"라고 전하는 그는 자신을 한없이 낮출 줄 아는 사람이었다. 한국인보다 더 한국인 같은, 진짜배기 한국인 인요한 소장을 연세대학교 국제진료센터에서 만나보았다.

정보통신 핵심 기술과 제품 개발을 촉진하기 위해 마련된 '제12회 대한민국 멀티미디어 기술대상' 에서 삼성전자(주)의 Slim DLP TV가 대통령상을 수상했다. 정보통신부가 주최하고 한국경제신문사와 한국정보통신산업협회가 공동으로 주관한 이번 행사에서는 대통령상을 비롯해 7개 제품과 기술이 수상했다.

정보통신부가 주최하고 한국소프트웨어진흥원과 한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 공동으로 주관하는 디지털콘텐츠 대상 3/4분기 수장작이 정됐다. 디지털영상, 온라인게임, 교육용콘텐츠, 무선콘텐츠, 웹정보콘텐츠 등 5개 부문 총 7개 작품이 선정된 이번 3/4분기 디지털콘텐츠 대상 수상작들은 전 분야에 걸쳐 우수한 작품들이 제출돼 심사과정에서도 고민이 있었다는 후문이다. 수상작들을 살펴보면 디지털영상 분야에서는 캐릭터플랜의‘망치’와 아이코닉스엔터테인먼트의‘뽀롱뽀롱 뽀로로’가 수상의 영예를 안았고, 온라인게임 분야에서는 위젯의‘메이플스토리’와 그리곤엔터테인먼트의‘씰온라인’이 공동으로 선정됐다. 교육용콘텐츠에서는 유니메이션코리아의‘스몰 포테이토(Small Potatoes)’가 수상했고, 무선콘텐츠 분야에서는 웹이엔지코리아의‘부루마불’이 선정됐다. 마지막으로 웹정보콘텐츠 분야에서는 로앤비의‘온라인법률정보’가 대상을 차지했다. 이번 디지털콘텐츠 대상 수상업체들은 향후 정통부의 해외 진출과 마케팅을 위한 각종 활동에 우선적으로 참가하는 혜택을 누릴 수 있으며, 연말에 열리는‘디지털콘텐츠페어 2003’전시회에 참가하고, 대통령상 후보에 오르는 자격을 얻게 됐다.
