The reason why rhetoric is important to a moving image is that a moving image communicates through non-verbal communication language. At first, rhetoric in a moving image functions to be persuasive in the story of a moving image. Second, rhetoric works to enhance an aesthetic value for a moving image. Thus we feel good when we are watching a moving image with well embeded rhetoric. On the other hand, we see extened rhetoric to enhance an imaginary because of a hollywood movie with visual effect and a digital movie. Visual images now formed using more signigier compared to signified for signification. Also we see that every signifier structured metaphorically to function as a sign. In this paper, 1 am going to explain the principles of rhetoric applied to a moving image so that we can better understand a signification on visual image.

This study aims to find out the determinants of male police officers' investigative behavior(active investigation vs. secondary victimization) of sexual violence. For this purpose, a hypothetical model which explains the relationships among the 5 variables (knowledge of law about the investigative role, perception of the protective & connective role, prejudice against the sexual violence, active investigation, and secondary victimization) was developed. Using the data collected from 354 male police officers of 3 cities in Gyeongnam area, the hypothetical model was tested. For data analysis, a structural equation modeling was used, and the final model was found(CFI=0.947, IFI=0.948, RMSEA=0.048). As a result of analyzing the model, the followings were found: (1) Active investigation was increased by knowledge of law about the investigative role, and perception of the protective & connective role, while decreased by prejudice against the sexual violence. (2) Secondary vicimization was decreased by knowledge of law about the investigative role. (3) Prejudice against the sexual violence mediate the effects of knowledge of law about the investigative role, and perception of the protective & connective role on active investigation. (4) Prejudice against the sexual violence was found to have no significant effect on secondary victimization. Based on the findings, multi-educational programs, protocols on investigation of sexual violence, professionalization of the police, and changes in investigation environment as well as a system of collaboration and cooperation between police officer and social worker were suggested as a way to increase active investigation and to decrease secondary victimization.

본 논문에서는 수사법을 이용한 대중가요 분석법을 제시한다. 분석목표는 가사와 악곡의 수사구조 파악이다. 그 결과 가요의 가사와 곡이 어떻게 대응하여 전개되는지 확인해 볼 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 (1) 가요의 주제 가사와 선율을 빠른 시간 안에 찾아낼 수 있고 (2) 가요의 효과적인 분류와 검색, 또한 (3) 곡의 충실성 또는 유행가능성을 예측해보는 데에도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 음악 수사법에 기초한 악곡의 주제선율 추출법을 제시한다. 이는 음향학적 신호처리 기술을 이용하는 기존의 수리적인 방법과는 구별된다. 본 방법을 이용한다면 주어진 곡에서 두 마디 정도의 주제선율을 추출해 낼 수 있어, 원하는 곡을 짧은 시간 안에 선별하거나 특정 곡의 전체적인 분위기를 미리 추측해 보는 것이 가능할 것이다.

디자인 개발단계에서 가장 창조적인 부분은 아이디어 발상 단계로 아이디어를 구체화하는데 매우 중요한 부분을 차지한다. 많은 그래픽 디자이너들이 활용하고 있는 연상자극법이나 발상전환법, 정보조합법 등은 발상과정에서 초기 키워드를 제시하는데 효과적이지만 컨셉까지 도출해내는 과정에서 한계성이 있다. 컨셉으로 발전시키기 위해서는 핵심 키워드도 중요하지만 문장으로 정리되어야 보다 효과적인 비주얼로 표현할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 키워드를 문장으로 만들어내는 발상툴에 대한 것으로 국문수사법을 활용하여 명제를 만들고 연상단어를 명제에 대입해 문장으로 만들어 내는 발상법을 제시한다.

형사소송의 목적은 사안의 진상을 밝혀 적정한 형벌권을 실현하는데 있다. 수사기관은 범죄사실을 명백히 밝히기 위하여 아직도 과학적인 수사보다는 자백에 의존하는 경향이 있다는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 수사를 함에 있어 자백에 의존하는 것은 고문 등 강압수사의 위험성이 크다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 형사소송법 제309조는 자백배제법칙을 채택하고 있다. 자백배제법칙을 검토함에 있어서는 무엇보다도 먼저 자백의 임의성에 대한 입증을 살펴보아야 할 것이다. 따라서 본고는 강압수사방지를 위하여 자백의 임의성에 대한 거증책임 문제, 임의성의 기초사실증명 등에 관하여 몇 가지 쟁점을 검토하고자 한다.

Sixty years have passed since the police system was established in Korea. So far, there have been consistent discussions on independence of police investigational rights. Political powers have mentioned its independence as one of their public commitments and specifically, it has been a big issue in respect to establishment of the current participation government. The issues involved in investigational rights were derived from the regulations as follows: 'Prosecutors shall manage investigation(No. 195. the Criminal Procedure Act) and 'The police shall be guided by prosecutors in respect to investigation'(No. 195. the Criminal Procedure Act). President No Mu-hyun proposed he would take care of the issues involved in investigational rights at an interview. This study speculates investigational right systems of countries that follow continental law system and English law system and more valid investigational right system based on the guaranty of human rights and the principle of power division to find reasonable suggestions on independence issue.

In the forensic microbiology laboratories, microorganism analyses from food are requested. There have been several cases of Bacillus cereus isolated from the samples requested to the National Forensic Service. B. cereus is an important pathogenic bacterium which can cause food-borne outbreaks. Therefore, we isolated B. cereus from anchovy aekjeot recently requested for microbial examination and identified using MSId based on the 16S rDNA sequence and real-time PCR method. We also conducted PCR for detection of diarrheal toxin genes and an emetic toxin gene and found the presence of nheABC, bceT and entFM diarrheal toxin genes in the B. cereus isolate. There are several clinically important food-poisoning bacteria that should be noted during inspection. In particular, B. cereus can cause food poisoning even when cooked foods are ingested, because B. cereus forms endo-spore which confers strong environmental resistance and heat resistance to the bacteria, and the bacterial emetic toxin also has heat resistance. Here we highlight the importance to distinguish clinically important bacteria such as B. cereus from food specimens, and we expect this study will provide procedures for identification of B. cereus and detection of the bacterial toxin genes for future cases in the forensic microbiology laboratories.

The purpose of this study is to suggest necessity of idea expression method suitable for people in our country and deduct Graphic Ideation method by grasping problems of existing idea expression method. The idea expression method (association stimulating method, conceptual shifting method, information combination method) used by many graphic designers is effective in suggesting initial keyword, but has difficulty in the course of deducting the concept. Though deduction of core keyword is important to develop as a concept, the course of separation, combination in keyword connection play an important role, and most of idea expression methods are unavailable for suggesting concrete method for the course. Also as most of idea expression methods were developed and delivered in English-speaking world, it is suitable in English-speaking world culture which has thinking focused on words, but people in our country, which have thinking focusing on narration, cannot consider difference in language thinking due to limitation in idea for each stage. This study deducted idea expression method suitable for emotion of people in our country by proving the value of this idea expression method with style of suggesting and demonstrating 4 hypotheses in order to make the course for easy connection, separation, combination of keyword deducted by existing idea expression method, as well as suggesting idea expression method design based on these hypotheses. This idea expression method used rhetoric so that it is suitable for people our country who are strong for narration expression.

경찰은 2015년 '범죄피해자 보호 원년'을 선포하고 전국 경찰서에 피해자전담경찰관을 배치하는 등 지속적인 보호조치를 실시하였고, 2018년에는 경찰법과 경찰관직무집행법의 경찰 임무와 경찰관 직무 범위에 '범죄피해자 보호'를 명시해서 범죄피해자 보호를 강화하고 있지만, 강력사건에 피해자전담경찰관이 현장 출동자와 동행하도록하는 등 현재보다 경찰의 범죄피해자 보호제도가 더 확충되어야 하며, 사건의 가해자에 대한 철저한 수사도 필요하다. 경찰은 범죄가 발생하지 않도록 예방하여야 하고, 범죄가 발생한 경우에는 수사 전과정에서 범죄피해자 보호중심으로 수사하여야 국민의 신뢰도 얻고 실체진실발견에도 도움이 될 것이다.
