The Study on the Surface Properties of Concrete Tile According to the Autoclave Curing (오토클레이브 양생에 따른 콘크리트 마감재의 표면특성에 관한 연구)

  • The surface of concrete tiles is weak in moisture that it occurrenced efflorescence, but in the former study we found that it is possible to ensure moisture stability of concrete surface by autoclaving. So this study is to discuss the moisture stability and Physical Properties of high-strength glossy concrete according to time and temperature of autoclave curing. As the results, by increasing time and temperature of autoclave curing, compressive strength and surface hardness increased and glossiness decreased. In the case to 3 hour and $180^{\circ}C$ of autoclave curing, there is not effloescences in mosture stability test.

  • Polyethylene glycol(PEG) 또는 polycaprolactone(PCP)을 예비 중합체로 사용하고 butanetriol trinitrate와 diethylene glycoldinitrate를 가소제로, cyclo-tetramethylene tetranitramine을 주산화제로 사용한 고체 추진제를 제조하여 이들의 기계적 성질을 증진시키기 위한 연구를 하였다. PEG의 일부를 PCP로 대체 시 추진제의 기계적 성질은 증가하며 PCP만 사용시 추진제의 최대 인장 강도는 PEG만 사용시 보다 약 17%, 최대 응력 하에서의 신율은 약 59% 그리고 탄성 계수는 약 9% 증가한다. 그러나 예비 중합체로 PCP만을 사용한 추진제는 4$0^{\circ}C$, 90% 상대 습도하에서 보관시 추진제의 경도 변화 실험에서 6주 후에 경도가 0이 되며, 위의 조건하에서 보관 기간에 따른 PCP 바인더의 부피 팽윤 실험에 의해 초기 부피 팽윤 비와 팽윤비의 변화 속도가 PEG를 혼용한 바인더보다 크므로 PCP 사용시 수분에 대한 안정성은 저하됨을 알 수 있었다.

The Analysis of Forest Fire Danger Rating Using Haines Index (Haines Index를 이용한 산불위험도 분석)

  • Haines index which include the rating of atmosphere instability and dryness indicated the potential of the forest fire danger. In this study, the relationships between forest fire occurrence and Haines index were analyzed. The probability of forest fire occurrence was the highest in April and HI 5, 6 and the dryness of atmosphere was higher than the atmosphere instability. Therefore, It was proved that HI affected on the forest fire occurrence and propagation.

  • This study was performed to investigate the inhibitory activity of Ecklonia cava (EC) against lipase and the stability of this activity under various heat and pH conditions. As a result, EC ethanol extract showed lipase inhibitory activity of 59, 34 and 19% at concentrations of 5, 2.5 and 1 mg/mL, whereas the water extract showed low inhibitory activity at all concentrations compared to that of the ethanol extracts. In a heat and pH stability test, the inhibitory activity of the EC ethanol extract increased with heat treatment at $121^{\circ}C$ for 15 min compared with the control and was stable in the pH range of 2~10. Therefore, the EC ethanol extract could be useful as a natural anti-obesity agent.

  • 본 연구는 컨조인트 분석기법을 이용하여 의자의 물리적 적합도를 분석, 평가하여 사용자가 선호하는 최적의 의자를 제시하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 컨조인트 분석기법은 Marketing 분야에서 주로 많이 쓰여온 분석 방법으로서 제품의 중요한 속성들을 찾아내어 다양한 종류의 제품들에 대한 고객의 선호도를 분석하는 방법이다. 이러한 컨조인트 분석기법은 제품개발과 평가의 측면에서 매우 큰 가능성이 있음에도 불구하고 마켓팅 이외의 분야에서는 거의 적용되자 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 의자의 물리적 적합성 연구에 이 컨조인트 분석을 이용하여 그 적용의 가능성을 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 이러한 적합성 연구에 컨조인트 분석기법이 타당한 분석기법인지 비교하기 위해 분산분석의 기법도 병행하여 실시하였다. 문헌 조사와 전문가 의견 수렴을 통하여 선행연구에서 추출된 의자의 물리적 적합도 요소인 안정성, 여유성, 적합성, 안락성등 4개의 적합도 요소를 채택하여 종속변수로 사용하였다. 또한 의자 자체의 설계 요소에 해당하는 휴먼인터페이스 요소(HIE)는 높이 조절 여부, 팔걸이 유무, Tilting 유무의 3가지 속성을 선택하여 독립변수로 사용하였다. 분석에 사용된 의자는 각 속성을 특징적으로 대표하는 8개의 의자들로서 구성하였고 63명의 피험자를 사용하여 실험하였다. 분석의 결과는 안정성에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 속성은 높이조절(HC)로서 남자와 여자 모두 높이조절 기능이 없을 때 안정성을 느낀다는 결과가 나왔다. 여유성에 영향을 주는 가장 큰 요인은 남자는 높이조절 기능이 있을 때, 여자는 팔걸이가 있을 때 여유성이 있다고 판단하였으며, 인체적합성에 영향을 주는 요인은 남자와 여자 모두 Tilting 기능이, 안락성에 영향을 주는 주요인은 남자는 Tilting 기능이 있을 매, 여자는 높이조절 기능이 있을 때인 것으로 나타났다.감, 강연성, 회복성, 수분특성, 밀도감이었으며, 요인들로 설명되는 누적분산값은 67.18%였다.주관적 평가의 결과와 객관적 평가 결과를 이용해 마직물의 태를 평가하는 산출식을 제시하였다. 태 평가치의 경우 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법과 stepwise 방법, 또 Kawabatark 사용한 순차적 군 회귀법의 세가지 방법의 회귀식 중 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법의 결정계수가 가장 높았다.tosterone농도는 107.7$\pm$12.0 pmol/l이었고, 남성의 타액내 농도는 274.2$\pm$22.1 pmol/l이었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 본 연구에서 정립된 EIA 방법은 RIA를 대신하여 소규모의 실험실에서도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사려된다.또한 상실기 이후 배아에서 합성되며, 발생시기에 따라 그 영향이 다르고 팽창과 부화에 관여하는 것으로 사료된다. 더욱이, 조선의 ${\ulcorner}$구성교육${\lrcorner}$이 조선총독부의 관리하에서 실행되었다는 것을, 당시의 사범학교를 중심으로 한 교육조직을 기술한 문헌에 의해 규명시켰다.nd of letter design which represents -natural objects and was popular at the time of Yukjo Dynasty, and there are some documents of that period left both in Japan and Korea. A Determination of the Moisturizing Effect and Stability of a Cream Containing Lespedeza cuneata G. Don Extracts (비수리 추출물 함유 크림의 보습 효능 및 안정성 평가)

  • In this study, the skin moisturing effect and stability of cream containing L. cuneata G. Don extract (ethyl acetate fraction) were evaluated. The skin hydrating effect of the cream containing extract was 1020% higher than the placebo cream, and the TWEL of the cream containing extracts was decreased to $7.7g/m^2h$ compared to the control ($10.2g/m^2$) and placebo cream ($8.9g/m^2$). The pH, viscosity, and absorbance were measured under the 4, 25, 37, $45^{\circ}C$ and the sun light during the 12 weeks. The pH change between cream containing extract and placebo cream did not show the significant difference under the 4, 25, 37, $45^{\circ}C$ except for the sun light. Both creams showed high decrease (about 59%) of viscosity at $45^{\circ}C$. However, there was no significant change under other conditions. The absorbance of the cream containing the extract and the placebo cream was decreased similarly at all conditions. This decrease in absorbance was relatively small compared to the decrease of absorbance of the extract in ethanol solution under the sun light (Fig. 7). In addition, any change in color or smell of the cream was not observed during the 12 weeks. Also physical changes as creaming and cohesion were not shown. These results indicate that the cream containing L. cuneata extract has the skin moisturizing effect and is relatively stable. Therefore, it is suggested that the ethyl acetate fraction of L. cuneata extract could be applicable to cosmetics as a new cosmetic material with its antioxidative and antibacterial activities reported previously.

Measuring Water Content Characteristics by Using Frequency Domain Reflectometry Sensor in Coconut Coir Substrate (FDR(Frequency Domain Reflectometry)센서를 이용한 코코넛 코이어 배지내 수분특성 측정)

  • This experiment has investigated suitable methods to improve precision water content monitoring of coconut coir substrates to control irrigation by frequency domain reflectometry(FDR) sensors. Specifically, water content changes and variations were observed at different sensing distances and positions from the irrigation dripper location, and different spaces between the FDR sensors with or without noise filters. Commercial coconut coir substrates containing different ratios of dust and chips(10:0, 7:3, 5:5, 3:7) were used. On the upper side and the side of the substrates, a FDR sensor was used at 5, 10, 20, 30cm distances respectively from the irrigation dripper point, and water content was measured by time after the irrigation. In the glass beads, sensors were installed with or without noise filtering. Closer sensing distance had a higher water content increasing rate, regardless of different coir substrate ratios. There were no differencies of water content increasing rates in 10:0 and 3:7 substrates between the upper side and the side. Whereas, 7:3 and 5:5 substrates showed higher increasing rates on the upper side measurements. Substrates with higher ratios of chip(3:7) had lower increasing rates than others. And, with noise filters, the exatitude of measurement was improved because the variation and deviation were reduced. Therefore, in coconut coir with FDR sensors, an efficient water content measurment to control irrigations can be achieved by installing sensors closer to an irrigation point and upper side of substrates with noise filters.

Studies on the Stability of Fenitrothion Formulations (Fenitrothion (MEP) 제제(製劑)의 화학적(化學的) 안정성(安定性)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究))

  • Present work was executed to evaluate effects of adjuvants. stabilizers. moisture. pH and heavy metals on the stability of Fenitrothion in the emulsifiable concentrate. In addition, susceptibility ' of Fenitrothion in various formulations, to UV-irradiation has been also examined. The results are summarized as follows; 1. Xylene and benzene were found to be satisfactory solvents for Fenitrothion emulsifiable concentrate. As expected, polar sol vents such as aliphatic alcohols considerably reduced stability of the pesticides. 2. Of the two non-ionic emulsifiers, an alkyl aryl type Sorpol-1200, in contrast to sorbitan type Tweens, substantially reduced decomposition of Fenitrothion in the emulsifiable concentrates. Moisture and pH of emulsifiers. in the ranges studied. affected little if any. on the stabi ity of the Fenitrothion during the experiment periods. 3. Maleic anhydride, p-toluene sulfonic acid, sulfosalicylic acid, maleic anhydride-sulfosalicylic acid reduced decomposition of Fenitrothion in the emulsifiable concentrate. Addition of organic acids, however, increased liability of Fenitrothion in the emulsifiable concentrate. 4. Presence of either zinc or copper metals in the emulsifiable concentrate containing Tween-80 as a emulsifier, reduced stability of the Fenitrothion. 5. UV-irradiation, as expected, brought decomposition of Fenitrothion. The liability of Fenitrothion formulations decreased in the order, wettable powder ${\gg}$ dust > emulsifiable concentrate.

Quality Characteristics of Bread with Rubi Fructus(Rubus coreanus Miquel) Juice (복분자 착즙액을 첨가한 식빵의 품질 특성)

  • Bread were prepared by adding 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% of rubi fructus(Rubus coreanus Miquel) juice to wheat flour, and the effects of added rubi fructus Juice on dough rheology and bread qualities were examined. The peak and final viscosities in rapid visco analyzer increased with the increase in addition of rubi fructus juice. The water absorption and mechanical tolerance index(MTI) increased, but dough development time and dough stability decreased in farinograph with the increase in addition of rubi fructus juice. The hardness, gumminess and chewiness of bread increased significantly with the increase in addition of tubi fructus juice. From the result of sensory evaluation, bread containing 20% rubi fructus juice were rated as higher quality bread than the others.

감마선 조사로 위생화된 양념갈비의 포장방법에 따른 품질특성

  • 양념갈비의 품질 안정성 및 저장성 확보를 위한 일환으로 시판되는 양념갈비에 감마선 조사(0, 2.5, 5, 7.5 kGy)하여 포장 방법(함기 vs 진공) 및 저장 기간에 따른 양념갈비의 총균수, pH, 수분활성도, 전자공여능 및 지방산패도를 측정하였다. 감마선 조사한 양념갈비의 미생물 생육은 조사선량이 증가할수록 저하되었고 포장방법별로는 함기포장구보다 진공포장구가 미생물 생장억제에 더욱 효과적임을 확인하였다. pH는 함기포장구에서 저장 7일째 다소 감소하는 경향을 보였으나 포장방법과 조사선량에 따른 유의차가 나타나지 않았다. 감마선 조사한 양념갈비의 전자공여능은 저장기간에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보였으나 그 감소폭은 함기포장구가 진공포장구보다 크게 나타났다. TBARS값은 진공포장구의 경우 감마선 조사선량과 저장기간에 따라 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 그러나 함기포장구는 조사선량이 증가할수록 그리고 저장기간에 따라 유의적으로 증가하여 저장 7일째 진공포장구보다 2배의 높은 값을 나타내었다. 따라서 시판되는 양념갈비의 저장 중 유통 안전성을 확보하기 위한 감마선 조사의 사용에서 품질을 유지하기 위해서는 진공포장으로 유통하는 것이 바람직하다고 판단된다.
