한계기업은 성장가능성이 있는 기업들에게 돌아가야 할 자금 및 지원정책을 기업의 연명수단으로 전략하게 될 가능성이 있어 비효율적 자원배분을 초래하게 되며 이는 궁극적으로는 경제성장의 제약을 유발하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 뉴스 데이터를 활용하여 이러한 한계기업을 초기에 탐지할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 연구결과, 뉴스 데이터를 활용하였을 경우, 그렇지 않은 경우보다 모든 지표가 우수한 것으로 나타나 실제적인 문제에서의 적용 타당성과 가능성을 보였다. 이를 통해 기업은 부실화된 정도를 사전에 예측하여 경영 전략 재수립을 위한 지표로 활용할 수 있을 것이며, 투자자는 리스크를 관리할 수 있는 수단으로 활용될 수 있다.

This study analyzed the globalization policy of ICT SMEs and ventures using cognitive map analysis and derived the priority to importance about action plans using AHP model, while the globalization paradigm has been rapidly changing in the ICT industry. Empirical results showed that policy tool variables should be needed to develop because policy goal variables are generally presented more than policy tool variables. In addition, this cognitive map could be characterized by a scarcity of feedback loops which means policy landscape for ICT SMEs and ventures' globalization is unilateral rather than cyclical to reach policy goal from policy tools. Another finding is that creative economy policy variable was not observed as policy tool variable but as policy goal variable. This means creative economy can be implemented through support for ICT SMEs and ventures' globalization. Finally, for detailed policy measures, installation of global start-up center, recruiting and utilization of global specialists, revitalization of ICT R&D international collaboration study, enlargement of global investment network, accompanied overseas advance of large enterprises and SMEs are presented in order in terms of the importance of policy priority.

The Government provides a financial assistance to stimulate firm R&D and innovation activities. Previous papers on the impact of public subsidies on firm R&D investments mainly had a focus on an individual policy tool regardless of potential impacts of other policy instruments. This study addresses this gap by examining the effects of policy mix regarding a subsidy and a tax credit. The empirical analyses from fixed effect model using Survey on Technology of SMEs 2015-2017 revealed valuable points. First, policy mix induces more R&D investment of SMEs, which in turn, shows a complementary relationship between two instruments. Second, even if impact of tax credit controlled, subsidy is positively associated with SMEs R&D investment. These findings justify policy mix interventions to promote SME R&D activity. Moreover, grants can be applied as a more useful policy tool for SMEs that are constrained by resources and capabilities.

최근 발표된 5G PPP(Public-Private Partnership) 에서도 나타나듯이, 차세대 네트워크의 변화는 소프트웨어와 IT분야에서 발전된 기술이 Telco 사업자의 네트워크로 전이되는 현상을 보여주고 있다. 특히 망의 중립성에 대해서도 "추가적인 망 투자를 수행한 콘텐트 제공업자의 콘텐트를 차별적으로 지원하는 것은 정당하다"는 개념도 확산되면서, 콘텐트를 인식하고 차별화된 서비스를 네트워크에서 제공하는 것이 수익 증가의 수단으로 부각되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본고에서는 5G 코어망 기술의 발전을 소프트웨어와 콘텐트 지향적인 관점에서 알아본다.

현재 널리 사용되고 있는 모바일 기기에서는 대부분 텍스트 위주의 메모 기능이 지원되고 있다. 특히 스타일러스 펜을 입력 도구로 사용하는 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)와 같은 모바일 기기에서는 텍스트뿐만 아니라 그래픽 환경에서 드로잉을 이용한 메모 기능도 지원되고 있다. 그러나 기기의 특성상 제약이 많아 키패드를 주 입력 수단으로 사용할 수밖에 없는 모바일 기기에서는 이러한 방식의 그래픽 메모는 현실적으로 거의 불가능하여 일반적으로 지원되지 않고 있다. 그래픽 메모의 기능이 지원된다고 하더라도, 제한된 입력 환경에서 필요한 좌표 값의 입력을 위해 방향키를 이용하여 픽셀 단위로 포커스를 이동시키는 방법은 직관성을 보장할 수 있으나 그 속도가 매우 느려 실제 활용이 불가능하다. 반면, 필요한 좌표 값을 직접 키패드로 입력하여 그리는 경우에는 메모 시간은 상대적으로 감소할 수 있으나 그래픽 메모 시 그리고자 하는 형태에 대해 직관성을 확보할 수 없다. 이러한 한계점들을 극복하고 문제점들을 개선하여 휴대 전화와 같이 극히 제한된 환경에서 키패드를 주 입력 장치로 사용할 수밖에 없는 모바일 기기에서도 많은 장점을 지니고 있는 그래픽 메모를 보다 효과적으로 사용할 수 있도록, 본 논문에서는 다중 해상도를 이용한 입력 방법을 제안하고, 그 적용 가능성을 고찰하였다.

인터넷에 대한 사용자의 관심이 증가하면서 WWW에 관련된 기술이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 웹을 기반으로 하는 작업은 분산되어 있는 작업그룹의 여러 사용자들이 공동의 프로젝트에 관하여 효율적으로 공동작업을 하기에 충분한 기반환경을 제공할 수 있다. CoDocs 시스템은 웹에서 공동작업을 하는 작업그룹의 사용자들이 서로의 정보를 공유하고 교환함으로써 효율적으로 공동작업을 할 수 있는 기반 환경을 제공한다. 그러나, 이러한 CoDocs 시스템에서는 각 작업그룹 사용자들이 서로간의 의사전달을 위해 다지 비동기적인 통신 방법을 제공하고 있을 뿐 실시간적인 통신 방법을 갖추고 있지 않다. 하지만 보다 효과적인 공동작업을 위해서는 각 작업그룹의 사용자들간에 실시간으로 의사전달을 하고 서로의 정보를 교환하여 공유할 수 있는 통신 수단을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 CoDocs 시스템에서 각 작업그룹 사용자들간에 이루어질 수 있는 실시간 의사전달 및 정보 교환을 가능하게 함으로써 공동작업을 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 메신저 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

본 연구는 결혼이민자들의 성공적인 정착을 위해서는 그 수단 중의 하나로서 정보격차 수준의 완화를 통하여 정보불평등에 따른 사회불평등을 해소시켜 주기 위한 정보화교육 활성화의 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 결혼이민자의 정보격차해소를 위한 정책적 시사점은 첫째, 결혼이민자를 위한 공공기관과 그들이 자주 이용하는 기관의 정보화 교육프로그램의 다양화에 따른 정보 접근권의 확대, 둘째, 인터넷을 통한 사회참여 활동 기회제공을 위한 시스템 구축마련, 셋째, 디지털기기를 이용한 이체, 송금, 계좌조회, 공인인증서, 세금납부, 각종 민원서류발급, 공과금, 고지서 확인, 각종 복지 및 보조금 신청, 공공서비스 관련 정보검색 등의 업무 능력 향상을 위한 '찾아가는 맞춤형 서비스 프로그램' 확대, 넷째, 인터넷 비이용자들을 위한 교재개발과 체계적인 커리큘럼 개발을 위한 교육기관 지원정책 확대, 다섯째, 결혼이민자를 위한 컴퓨터 자격증반의 운영을 활성화를 통한 취업 및 창업의 기반을 지원해주어야 함을 제시하였다.

최근 웹을 교육 훈련 분야와 교수 업무 지원 분야에서 활용함으로써, 업무의 효율화를 기하고 학생들에게 필요한 정보와 질 높은 서비스를 제공하는 수단으로 이용하고 있다. 이러한 요구에 따라 웹 상에서 복잡한 학교 업무의 효과적인 관리와 학습 자료 및 업무 자료를 제공할 수 있는 교수 지원 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 교수 지원 도메인 분석을 통해 개발 시스템 모델을 제시하고, 효율적인 XML 문서를 지원하는 방법을 제시하고 교수자의 다양한 요구사항을 융통성 있게 수용하고자 한다. 교수 지원 시스템중 학습지도안 작성을 위한 시스템의 표준화된 양식을 제공하기 위해 지도안의 항목들을 분석, 식별하고 프로토타이핑 시스템을 설계하고 이 시스템에 적용할 표준화된 DTD를 작성하고 XML 문서로 표현, 수정함으로써 웹 상에서 쉽게 지도안을 작성 할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 교수 지원 시스템은 교수들이 교수 학습활동에 전념할 수 있도록 교육여건을 개선하고 나아가 교육정보 자료의 효과적인 관리 및 활용을 목적으로 한다.

ICT-convergence cluster is considered as critical policy means because it can create higher value-added products and services in the era of creative economy. Previous research has focused on comprehensive ICT-convergence cluster strategy based on Porter's diamond model. This paper adopted AIDA(Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) model and investigated a specific domain of government supporting policies related to non-R&D support. For two weeks, we gathered and analyzed 181 data from companies located in Chungbuk province. The results showed that support for technology, commercialization, and participation conditions positively leads to companies' interest in ICT-convergence cluster, which, in turn, makes positive impact on their intention to participate in it. It is significant that this paper verified AIDA model in the Government-to-Business(G2B) context. Future research will need to adapt AIDA model to national projects.

Due to the rapidly ageing population and low birth rates, most countries have faced with the problems of an ageing population. As a result, research into aging and the means to support an aging population has therefore become a priority for many governments around the world. Ambient Assisted Living(AAL) approach is the way to guarantee better life conditions for the aged and for monitoring their health conditions by the development of innovative technologies and services. AAL technologies can provide more safety for the elderly, offering emergency response mechanisms and fall detection solutions. Since the information transmitted in AAL systems is very personal, however, the security and privacy of such data are becoming important issues that must be dealt with. In this paper, we propose a Chameleon hash-based secure authentication protocol for AAL systems. The proposed authentication protocol not only supports several important security requirements needed by the AAL systems, but can also withstand various types of attacks. In addition, the security analysis results show that the proposed authentication protocol is more efficient and secure than the existing authentication protocols.
