This paper is focused on the service quality of Buan Masil Festival. The objectives of the research were to explore whether or not the service quality of local festival affects overall satisfaction and revisit intention Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires at the 4th Buan Masil Festival on May 6-8, 2015. A total of 373 valid samples were used for the analysis. The results of the study indicate that service quality of program, souvenir, and facility lead to visitors' satisfaction, and visitors' satisfaction influenced revisit intention. The results concludes with a discussion of implication for future research.

This study aims to investigate the effects of emotional labor level on the level of job satisfaction and library information service provision in public libraries. The research model used emotional labor levels as an independent variable; job satisfaction and level of library information service provision as a dependent variable; and organizational culture as a control factor. The data were collected randomly from 220 librarians of public libraries in Seoul by distributing and collecting internet surveys. Reliability analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, multiple regression analysis, and regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 18.0 program. The statistic hypothesis test results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, public library librarians did not like to express their emotions to users, trying to express their emotions more positively than what they were actually feeling. Second, although librarians experience emotional labors, they feel a sense of achievement when undertaking their tasks and develop pride and happiness in their work. As librarians perceive their work professional, they overcome emotional labors, and have pride in their work. Third, although librarians experience emotional labors, a reasonable job evaluation with goals, and their relationships with colleagues would lead to accomplishment in their work. In addition, although the evaluation of employees is focused on performance, librarians improve their service if library users are satisfied with their service and the services are provided adequately.

In recent years, bicycle craze has been blowing in Korea, and bicycle has become a means of transportation near. In addition, there is a lot of interest in the Internet of things, and recently there is a lot of interest in the Internet of things. However, despite the development of the bicycle market, the bicycle cradle does not have such a development, and it still has a drawback in that it requires a separate lock for the lock. In this regard, I would like to find some problems and solve them. In this paper, we have implemented a system that can control the location and use of the bicycle cradle in real time by communicating with the app and Arduino so that it can help the collection and retrieval of the bicycle which is the problem of the current bicycle cradle. n addition, we propose a method to establish a shared economic system based on Internet of things by providing shared services with acquaintances and others, and to improve user convenience by providing real - time services.

환자에 대한 기록은 일정한 형식을 가지고 환자 내원 초기부터 환자 및 의료진의 요구와 관리목적에 부합한 효과적인 평가, 치료계획, 치료적 중재를 수립할 수 있게 만드는 필수적인 일련의 상호관련학적 의사소통 도구임과 동시에 치료사가 환자관리에 포함된 사고 과정을 분석하는 데 도움을 주며 문제해결에 대한 사고를 체계화하는데 있어 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 물리치료사의 일반적 특성과 임상기록의 실태, 임상기록의 중요성을 인식하고 임상활동의 문제점을 개선하며 기록의 체계화를 이루어 임상기록의 활성화와 나아가 물리치료의 질적 향상과 물리치료 서비스에 대한 효율성을 높이는데 있다. 이 연구는 전국 의료기관이나 보건관련기관에서 근무하는 물리치료사를 선정하였다. 2005년 7월1일부터 8월30일 사이에 구조화된 설문지 320매를 직접 전달해 치료사가 작성한 설문지 314매를 직접 수거하였다. 분석 방법으로는 백분율과 빈도, Kuskal-Wallis Test. Pearson Chi-Square, Mann-Whitney U로 검정하였다. 잘못 표기한 응답자 1명을 제외한 응답자 총 313명 중 남자 142명 (45.2%), 여자 171명 (54.5%) 이었으며, 25세 이상 29세 이하 연령층이 119명 (37.9%)으로 가장 많이 분포하였다. 근무처에 따른 근무 개월, 일일 평균 환자수는 통계학적 검정으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 근무처에 따른 임상기록 작성에서도 통계학적 검정이 유의하였다(p<.05) 임상기록 작성이 효율적인 치료. 치료사 만족도에도 통계학적으로 유의한 결과가 나타났다(p<.05).

Ecotourism refers to tourism that senses and observes superior natural resources, cultural resources and history around. Today, as the current leisure patterns of the people change, a healing trip to find nature is being activated. In this paper, we propose a platform design and construction for providing ecotourism information. In the proposed platform, first, the image file of the eco-tourism objects taken every day from the image capture device is collected, converted into a video, uploaded to the server, then, when the tourist arrives at the eco-tourism object, It is designed to be able to watch.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influencing relationship among image of the festival, city brand equity, and regional loyalty. For the study, questionnaires were handed out to the visitors of 2015 Andong International Maskdance Festival and a total of 289 copies were collected carrying out frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation model analysis. The result showed that image of the festival had influence on city brand equity and city brand equity had influence on regional loyalty. However, image of the festival did not have direct influence on regional loyalty. This research is expected to further extend the study of image of the festival and city brand equity, and the study of Andong International Maskdance Festival

Internet only banking has been spreading rapidly since it was first introduced in Korea since 2017, but issues regarding its limitations continuously are rising. In this research, consumers' intention to switch have been empirically demonstrated toward the internet banking by applying the PPM theory. To achieve a purpose of the research, survey targeting total 132 person who have experiences of using KaKaobank have been implemented by using Smart PLS 3.0. In conclusion, it has been verified that the push and full effect have a positive effect on the consumers' intention to switch main bank and the degree of usage of KaKaobank have significantly influences on relation between mooring factor and consumers' intention to switch main bank. Through this study, the scope of the PPM theory applied in previous researches regarding consumer's service transition shall be extended to Fintech service and practically it provides implications for establishing a strategy to enter the Internet only bank market.

We development the service that teacher and parent can control the smart phone of student in school and home, the name is I_smart_keeper. The service is composed of server system, teacher's application, parent's application and student's application. The control of student's phone in school is operated by school timetable and GPS(Global Positioning System) in smart phone. The student's phone is operating one of six policy. The six policy is 'emergency call only', 'specific application only', 'call only', 'call and text only', 'all allowed' and 'all lock'. The teacher can change the current policy with his or her phone, That is a the temporary policy can be applied on a day. In school hours, teacher is able to instruct student using application appropriate to the teaching. If student is leaving school early and located outside school, the service do free the student's phone by GPS of her or his phone. We show the Smart Health Indicator (SHI)that analyse the pattern of student's phone habit and SHI will guide a desirable student's phone habit. In home, parent can control child's phone. The service will help the risk reduction of a robbery case due to keeping student's phone by teacher in class. Currently one elementary school's all student use I_smart_keeper and three elementary school is testing to some class. The teacher's impression was very good and they usually use I_smart_keeper for class in positive light. Survey results for students with higher satisfaction.

Artists using exhibition spaces can select exhibition spaces considering marketing activities provided by operators or organizations of exhibition spaces, so it is necessary to study the relationship between marketing activities and satisfaction factors. This study examines marketing mix 7P factors, satisfaction, and prior studies as a theoretical background to demonstrate the decisive factors of the artist's exhibition hall satisfaction. As a result of analyzing the questionnaire collected from 144 artists used the exhibition hall, among the 7P factors of marketing mix, product, price, and progress process influenced the satisfaction of the exhibition hall, and the influence was in order of progress, product, and price. The suggestions are as follows. First, among the 7P factors in marketing mix, the fact that products, prices, and progress influencing the satisfaction of the exhibition place emphasizes factors related to the actual exhibition. Second, among the 7P factors in the marketing mix, the process had the greatest influence on the satisfaction of the exhibition hall, which means that the service delivery process is important.

목적 : 본 연구는 업무형태에 따른 측두하악장애의 유병률과 업무 시 노출되는 직무스트레스 및 구강 내 악습관이 측두하악장애와 어떠한 연관성이 있는지 알아보아 보건학적 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 방법 : 본 연구의 자료 수집을 위하여 서울과 경기 일부지역에 근무하고 있는 일반사무직, 서비스직, 교직원으로부터 편의 추출된 452명을 대상으로 2010년 1월부터 2010년 4월까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수거된 353명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 설문지는 측두하악장애의 증상, 하악사용에 관한 구강 내 악습관, 직무스트레스, 인구사회학적 특성으로 구성되었다. 측두하악장애의 증상의 정도를 구분하기 위해 설문지의 양성응답 수의 빈도에 따라 무증상인 1단계에서 양성응답 수가 가장 많은 4단계 까지 총 4그룹으로 나누었다. 측두하악장애의 유병률을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석을 시행하였고, 측두하악장애의 증상의 정도에 따른 여러 요인들 간의 연관성 및 관련요인을 알아보기 위하여 교차분석 및 경향성 분석과 다항로지스틱회기 분석을 시행하였다. 결과 : 측두하악장애의 유병률은 75.4%였고, 측두하악장애에 대한 주관적 증상으로는 관절잡음이 56.4%로 가장 주된 증상 중 하나였으나 남녀 간의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 다음으로는 두통이나 목의 통증이 36.5%이었고, 귀, 관자놀이, 볼 주위의 통증이 22.1%로 높았다. 측두하악장애의 주관적인 증상 수에 따른 인구사회학적 특성은 증상이 없는 경우 여성에서 19.1%, 남성에서 36.6%로 여성에서 더 높은 유병률을 보였다. 연령별로는 40세 이상의 그룹보다 20 - 30대그룹에서 측두하악장애 증상수가 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 하악 사용과 관련된 악습관 및 직무스트레스는 측두하악장애 증상수와 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 하악 사용과 관련된 습관의 개수가 많아질수록 측두하악장애의 증상의 개수도 많아졌고, 습관이 한 가지씩 늘어날수록 측두하악장애 증상이 없는 1단계보다 3단계가 될 위험이 1.45배, 4단계가 될 위험이 1.57배 높아졌다. 스트레스 수준도 가장 하위단계에서 한 단계 높아지면 측두하악장애 1단계에서 4단계가 될 위험이 2.49배, 두 단계 높아지면 3.43배 높아졌다. 결론 : 본 연구의 결과 측두하악장애와 업무특성에 따른 연관성은 설명하지 못하였지만, 직무스트레스가 높은 경우 측두하악장애 증상의 개수 또한 높아짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 측두하악장애의 주관적인 증상을 발생시키는데 있어서 업무형태 보다는 심인적인 부분이 더 중요한 인자임을 의미한다. 그러므로 측두하악장애 평가 시 신체적인 문제뿐 아니라 행동적, 심리 사회적 문제로 예측인자를 폭넓게 인식함으로써 다각적인 접근을 하는 것이 필요하며, 측두하악장애 증상이 발생된 경우 임상적 치료뿐 아니라 행동요법 및 심리 치료와 자가 관리 등이 함께 수반되어 기여요인 조절을 조절하는 것이 중요하다 하겠다.
