등간격 접지Grid의 설계에서는 대부분의 전류가 외곽접지도체로 누설되어 Grid 구석 접촉전압이 중심 접촉전압 보다 높아지는 문제점이 있다. 비등간격 접지Grid의 설계는 이러한 문제점을 극복할 수 있으나 적절한 비등간격 접지Grid의 설계방법이나 간격결정 방법은 논의되고 있지 않다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 비등간격 접지Grid의 장점, 수식, 최적의 간격비율을 제시한다.

In this paper, an identification method for a first order dead time process is proposed. This method used the genetic algorithm for parameter identification of process. The proposed method gives a better identification result than the existing methods under step testing. The effectiveness of the identification method has been demonstrated through a number of simulation examples.

Ground in must choose enough sectional area of conductor endurably in maximum fault current, fault duration time, maximum allowable temperature and have strong durability and life-time can bear enough from spontaneous corrosion or electrolytic corrosion and must choose material that problem does not exist electrically and mechanically when connection or junction. In this paper, modeled new ground wire size numerical formula, and examine and compare of modeled numerical formula and abroad regulation, and proved and analyzed validity of the new ground wire size computation method because do simulation to computer program.

ISO/1EC 21000-15 MPEG-21 이벤트 리포팅은 멀티미디어 프레임워크 내에서 보고 가능한 모든 이벤트 및 상호작용에 대한 표준적 측정방법 및 인터페이스를 제공하는 MPEG-21의 주요 요소 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG-21 이벤트 리포팅의 체계 및 DI로서의 구조, 피어 구조를 분석 제시한다. 나아가 현재 표준화 기술 동향을 분석함으로써 향후 이벤트 리포팅에 대한 표준화 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

한국전력공사의 송배전 손실은 '84년 6.34%로서 선진국 수준에 접근하고 있으나 최근에 감소율 둔화로 보다 고차원적인 대책이 필요하며 이의 일환으로 변압기 철손을 1/3-1/4로 줄일 수 있는 Amorphous 변압기 개발이 미국, 일본에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구사업은 이에 상품화된 Amorphous 재료를 이용하여 단상, 20KVA Amorphous 변압기 6대를 시험 제작하여 최적설계방법, 제작기술, 경제성 검토를 행하였다.

This study examined the development of children's theory of mind by types of false-belief tasks and various mental states. Seventy six 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-year olds were asked to infer others' minds or choose other's behaviors. Ten tasks, including two picture book tasks, were used to tap the children's understanding of various mental states. Results showed that children did well in their understanding of diverse perception and desire, but they did poorly in emotional inference based on false-belief, and second order false-belief. Children performed better in picture book tasks than in classical tasks for the understanding of false-belief and false-belief based emotion.

During the last ten years, a number of the substantiated child abuse cases, studies, and newspaper articles in relation to child abuse have increased rapidly. Newspaper reports on physical abuse cases decreased, while articles on those of the sexual abuse and negligence increased after the year of 2000. However, the reason of child abuse was less studied, in comparison to the substantial number of research on the policy and the negative effects of child abuse. It is suggested that child abuse studies and policies should be performed from a pre-preventive perspective as well as a pro-protective perspective. The research regarding child abuse has to be conducted in the ecological perspective which includes not only the problems of children and their families, but also sociocultural issues. The results of studies on child abuse should be applied for the actual policy and systems improvement.
