새 천년의 주거생활 문화

  • 새천년에 대한 미래를 생각해보면 우리에게 회망과 동시에 웬지 모를 불안올 주기도 한다. 발전지향적으로 살아 온 우리 인간의 지혜로 말미암아 현대에 살고 있는 우리는 과 거 우리 조상 어느 시대 못지 않게 첨단 과학 기술의 혜택으로 물질적 풍요와 함께 사 상적으로도 신분계급이나 남녀문제나 이데올로기의 극심한 차별이 사라져가는 그야말 로 자유스러운 생활올 맛보고 있다. 그러나 한편으로는 이러한 혜택과 이익을 얻는 대 신 지나친 물질의 생산과 사용의 과다는 우리 환경을 파괴하고 나아가 정신적으로도 물질의 지배를 받게 되는 즉, 물질의 소유와 사용에 따른 삶과 사람의 평가가 횡행하 는 기이한 구조에 우리 자신도 모르는 사이에 말려 들어가 피폐된 정신환경의 진행을 우려하지 않올 수 없다. 누구든지 공감하는 이러한 부분이 아마도 다가올 21세기에 대 한 불안이 아닐까 생각한다. 우리의 주거생활도 반세기도 채 안되는 이 시점에 그동안 놀라운 변모를 거듭하여 비교적 선진국과 가까운 수준에 육박하고 있다. 그렇다면 지금 이 시점에서 다가올 주 생활에 대한 이야기는 잘못되어지는 불안을 막고 더 멋지고 쾌적한 주거환경올 창출하 여 주거의 질을 높히기 위한 선도적 쟁점이 되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 의미에서 본고 에서는 새천년의 주거생활문화에 대한 주제를 거시적이고 개념적인 정책적 내용보다는 생활과학의 한 맥락에서 미시적이고 구체적이며 실천지향적인 뜩변에서 나아가야 할 쟁점이 무엇인지를 함께 생각해 보고자 하며 학술 이론적 내용보다는 평이한 사례를 중심으로 함께 생각해 보고자 한다. 밝혀졌다. 그러나, 생산계획시스템에서 1주 간격으로 계획오더를 이송할 때는 Order Release 방법을 적용하여 작업현장에서의 평균 리드타임과 리드타임의 변동, 공정중재고가 줄어드는 결과를 보였고, 가동률 수준이 높을수록 ORR 방법간의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 그리고 부하평준화 기능은 Order Release 정책의 유효성에 별 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, Order Release 방법은 우선순위규칙간의 성능차이를 줄이거나, 대체할 수 통제 기법이라기보다는 우선순위규칙을 보완하여 공정중재고와 작업현장에서의 리드타임, 리드타임의 편차를 줄여주는 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다. 그리고, 계획시스템이 존재하여 계획오더가 일정기간간격으로 이송되는 환경에서 특히 유용하다는 결론을 얻었다. 알 수 있었다. 것인데, 제조업에서의 심각한 고비용, 저효율 문제 를 해결하기 위해 필수적으로 도입해야만 하는 실정이다. 또한 소비자의 다양한 요구로 인 하여 제품의 종류와 사양면에서 심한 변동을 보이는 시장 수요에, 신속한 정보처리로 대응 하는데도 크게 기여하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는, 자동차 Job Shop의 동기화 생산방식을 지원하는 동기화 생산시스템의 구축 모델을 제시하고자 한다.과로 여겨지며, 또한 혈청중의 ALT, ALP 및 LDH활성을 유의성있게 감소시키므로서 감잎 phenolic compounds가 에탄올에 의한 간세포 손상에 대한 해독 및 보호작용이 있는 것으로 사료된다.반적으로 홍삼 제조시 내공의 발생은 제조공정에서 나타나는 경우가 많으며, 내백의 경

Path-following Control for Autonomous Navigation of Marine Vessels Considering Disturbances (외력을 고려한 선박의 자율운항을 위한 경로추종 제어)

  • Path-following control is considered as one of the most fundamental skills to realize autonomous navigation of marine vessels in the ocean. This study addresses with the path-following control for a ship in which there are environmental disturbances in the directions of the surge, sway, and yaw motions. The guiding principle and back-stepping method was utilized to solve the ship's tracking problem on the reference path generated by a virtual ship. For path-following control, error dynamics is one of the most important skills, and it extends to the research fields of automatic collision avoidance and automatic berthing control. The algorithms for the guiding principles and error variables have been verified by numerical simulation. As a result, most error variables converged to zero values with the controller except for the yaw angle error. One of the most interesting results is that the tracking errors of path-following control between two ships are smaller than the existing safe passing distances considering interaction forces from near passing ships. Moreover, a trade-off between tracking performance and the ship's safety should be considered for determining the proper control parameters to prevent the destructive failure of actuators such as propellers, fins, and rudders during the path-following of marine vessels.

Ab-initio Calculations of Mg Silicate and (hydr)oxide Core-level Absorption Spectra (Mg 규산염 및 (수)산화물에 대한 제일원리 내각준위 흡수 스펙트럼 계산 연구)

  • Magnesium (Mg) present in carbonate minerals as impurities has been used as a geochemical proxy to infer the environmental conditions where the minerals precipitated. The reliability of Mg geochemical proxies requires fundamental understanding of Mg incorporation into minerals based on accurate speciation of Mg 2+ in the crystal structure, which is determined mainly by application of X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS). However, high uncertainties are involved in interpreting the XAS spectra of minerals containing trace amount of Mg 2+. Because density function theory (DFT) can predict an XAS spectrum for a crystal structure, DFT calculations can reduce the uncertainties in the interpretation of the XAS spectrum. In this study, we calculated ab initio Mg K-edge absorption spectra of Mg silicates and (hydr)oxides based on DFT and analyzed the correlation between the calculated spectra and Mg structural parameters. Our ab initio Mg K-edge absorption spectra well reproduced the key features of the experimental spectra. The absorption-edge positions of the calculated spectra showed the weak positive correlation with the average Mg-O bond distance or Mg effective coordination number. The current study shows that DFT-based core-level spectroscopy method is a powerful tool in providing standard Mg K-edge spectra of diverse Mg minerals and determining the Mg chemical species within carbonate minerals.

Structural Integrity Assessment of Helicopter Composite Rotor Blade by Analyzing Bird-strike Resistance (조류충돌 해석을 통한 헬리콥터 복합재 로터 블레이드 구조 건전성 평가)

  • Bird-strike is one of the most important design factors for safety in the aviation industry. Bird-strikes have been the cause of significant damage to aircraft and rotorcraft structures and the loss of life. This study used DYTRAN software to simulate the transient response of an Euler-Lagrangian composite helicopter blade that has been impacted by a bird. The Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian (ALE) method and a suitable equation of state were applied to model the bird. ALE was applied to the bird-strike analysis due to the large difference between the properties of the blade and bird. The debris of the bird was assumed to be a fluid and applied as Euler elements after the collision. Through the analysis of bird impacts, the leading-edge of the rotor blade (50.8 mm) was used to identify a positive margin of 1.18 based on the TSAI-FILL criteria. The results are assessed to be sufficiently reliable and may be evaluated to replace tests with various analysis conditions. The structural stability of the rotor blade could be assessed by applying various load conditions and different modeling methods in the future.

A Development of Representative Condition Evaluation Standard for LNG Storage Tank Structures (LNG 저장탱크 구조물의 종합적 상태평가기준 개발)

  • As the LNG storage tank is aged, if there is a crack in the outer wall concrete or corrosion of the reinforcing steel, there is a risk of a major accident such as collapse of the structure depending on the type and degree of damage. Since 2014, LNG storage tanks have undergone precise safety diagnosis and safety inspection has been carried out. The condition evaluation criteria for each component have been revised and applied in January 2016. The condition evaluation standard is to evaluate the status of storage tanks based on the appearance survey and material test results of LNG storage tanks and it is important for maintenance. In addition, the representative condition evaluation standard that shows the comprehensive state of each LNG storage tank is important in maintenance, but the related standard for LNG storage tank outer concrete is not available in Korea and abroad, and development of the condition evaluation standard is necessary. In this paper, we examined the structural characteristics of LNG storage tanks, analyzed the status of the condition evaluation criteria for each member, and developed a comprehensive status rating system by weighting the members. We used the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique and developed a representative conditon evaluation criteria through surveys of professional organizations.

A Scientific Analysis of Pigments for A Scroll Painting in Daeungjeon Hall of Bulguk Temple (불국사 대웅전 석가모니후불탱화 안료의 과학적 분석)

  • Pigments used paintings, ornaments, weapons and various objects have been recognised as important elements to ascertain the history, manufacturing technique and cultural migration. Since the understanding of composition of pigments by analysis began in 1963, its technique and methodology has much advanced in recent years; recent study used the portable X-ray Fluorescence as non-destructive analysis has been practiced in particular. However the study on pigments necessitates overall and systematic research because it is difficult to understand periodical and regional use of pigments. by fractional studies. Therefore this research investigates the coloring materials and painting techniques of the scroll painting depicting preaching scene of Sakyamuni Buddha in Daeungjeon Hall, a main hall of Bulguk temple, through scientific analysis and comparison of various pigments which had been applied to the buddhist paintings of Joseon Dynasty. Consequently, it is confirmed that the scroll painting used pigments of white lead[$2PbCO_3{\cdot}Pb(OH)_2$] for ground layer and used mixture of different pigments such as cinnabar (HgS) minium($Pb_3O_4$) malachite($2CuO{\cdot}CO_2{\cdot}H_2O$) hematite($Fe_2O_3$) gold(Ag) for presenting various colors on the painting layer. It has been also believed that mineral pigments were applied to the scroll painting, yet it is difficult to confirm whether it is natural or synthetic pigments because the crystal structures of pigments were not analyzed. The results of this study, however, provide useful reference data for the understanding of the components of pigments and manufacturing techniques of buddhist scroll paintings, in particular, of Joseon Dynasty.

Development of E-PAD based condition evaluation system for facility safety inspection (시설물 안전점검을 위한 E-PAD 기반 상태평가 시스템 개발)

  • As a unify operational processes of the safety inspection for major national facilities, it is expected that the efficiency and professionalism of the project will be enhanced. Also it is being emphasized that the importance of visual inspection that initially find physical and functional defects in facilities. In this study, we developed an E-PAD-based condition evaluation system to check the safety of the facility to overcome the problems and limitations of the existing inspection method. This system consists of introduction, work list, visual inspection, defect table and so on. It is possible to download the inspection drawings at the site and input the damage information to the drawings and check the evaluation grade. In order to verify the E-PAD based condition evaluation system, the inspection data of 10 sample bridges were inputted into the system and the evaluation results were compared. As a result, it was confirmed that the safety grade calculated from the system and the existing safety grade are the same. The feasibility analysis of the AHP method also showed that the function increased by 10%, cost by 36%, and value by 30% compared to the existing method. Therefore, it is expected to contribute to systematic data and information analysis system for improvement of facility management.

Application of Laser Surface Treatment Technique for Adhesive Bonding of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composites (탄소복합재 접착공정을 위한 CFRP의 레이저 표면처리 기법의 적용)

  • The adhesive strength can be improved through surface treatment. The most common method is to improve physical bonding by varying the surface conditions. This study presents the effect of laser surface treatment on the adhesive strength of CFRP. The surface roughness was patterned using a 1064 nm laser. The effects of the number of laser shots and the direction and length of the pattern on the adhesion of the CFRP/CFRP single joint were investigated through tensile tests. Tests according to ASTM D5868 were performed, and the bonding mechanism was determined by analyzing the damaged surface after a fracture. The optimized number of the laser shots and the optimized depth of the roughness should be required to increase the bonding strength on the CFRP surface. When considering the shear stress in the tensile direction, the roughness pattern in the direction of 45° that increases the length of the fracture path in the adhesive layer resulted in an increase of the adhesive strength. The surface treatment of the bonding surface using a laser is a suitable method to acquire a mechanical bonding mechanism and improve the bonding strength of the CFRP bonding joint. The study on the optimized laser process parameters is required for utilizing the benefits of laser surface processing.

DNN based Robust Speech Feature Extraction and Signal Noise Removal Method Using Improved Average Prediction LMS Filter for Speech Recognition (음성 인식을 위한 개선된 평균 예측 LMS 필터를 이용한 DNN 기반의 강인한 음성 특징 추출 및 신호 잡음 제거 기법)

  • In the field of speech recognition, as the DNN is applied, the use of speech recognition is increasing, but the amount of calculation for parallel training needs to be larger than that of the conventional GMM, and if the amount of data is small, overfitting occurs. To solve this problem, we propose an efficient method for robust voice feature extraction and voice signal noise removal even when the amount of data is small. Speech feature extraction efficiently extracts speech energy by applying the difference in frame energy for speech and the zero-crossing ratio and level-crossing ratio that are affected by the speech signal. In addition, in order to remove noise, the noise of the speech signal is removed by removing the noise of the speech signal with an average predictive improved LMS filter with little loss of speech information while maintaining the intrinsic characteristics of speech in detection of the speech signal. The improved LMS filter uses a method of processing noise on the input speech signal by adjusting the active parameter threshold for the input signal. As a result of comparing the method proposed in this paper with the conventional frame energy method, it was confirmed that the error rate at the start point of speech is 7% and the error rate at the end point is improved by 11%.

Evaluation of Distortion in Measuring the Stability of Distal Radio-ulnar Joint in Wrist PA-Grip View (Wrist PA-grip view에서 먼쪽노자관절의 안정성 정도 측정 시 왜곡도 평가)

  • Wrist PA-grip view is used to diagnose triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) tear because it can easily diagnose damage to the surrounding wrist ligaments. However, despite advances in radiology equipment, distortion of images due to geometric elements still has many limitations. In this paper, we propose a method that can minimize the distortions of images by analyzing the distortions occurring in the wrist PA-grip view. A source of image distance (SID) were set at 130 cm and 150 cm for comparison with 110 cm. Depending on the SID, the phantom of wrist was moved at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 cm in the X-axis and Y-axis directions, respectively. For quantitative evaluation, the difference of distance between the radius and ulna was measured in picture archiving and communication system (PACS) system. As a qualitative evaluation, survey was conducted among 20 radiologic technologists who examined the Wrist PA-grip view. The Kruskal Wallis test was performed to compare the distortion according to the phantom movement in the X-axis and Y-axis directions based on the SID, and the Tukey test was performed as a post-test. In the quantitative evaluation results, the measured values obtained in the X-axis was not significantly different in all groups (p>0.05). The measured values obtained in the Y-axis was significantly different in the most groups (p<0.05). Therefore, to reduce distortion while maintaining image quality, we recommend what examine the SID at 150 cm than 110 cm.
