올해 분양 시장의 화두는 단연 판교신도시다. 판교신도시의 분양 시기가 임박하면서 청약통장 소지자들의 마음이 들뜨고 있다. 판교는 입지 여건이 뛰어나 청약 대기자들의 관심을 한 몸에 받고있다. 하지만 판교신도시는 블록별 분양 및 임대 아파트의 성격과 그에 따른 청약 자격, 전매 금지 여부 등 알아둬야 할 사항이 너무나 많다. 판교신도시의 성공적인 청약 전략을 짜본다.

교수재임용제가 임기제인가 아닌가 하는 명제는 법해석에서 매우 중요하고도 심각한 쟁점이다. 왜냐하면 이 제도에 '불복 가능성'을 주느냐 마느냐 하는 문제에 직결되기 때문이다. 그런데 아이로니컬하게도 이 제도에 대한 불복 가능성을 완전히 배제하였던 임기제로의 해석이 도리어 이 제도의 부실성을 더욱 명확히 들추어 내주는 촉진제가 되었다. 현재 대학교수를 임기제로 해석하는 사법부의 법해석은 위헌의 소지가 있다고 보고 헌법소원에 부쳐져있다.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify perception, use status and factors influencing use of medical alert identification (ID) in diabetic patients who are on insulin. Methods: A survey was conducted from December 2013 to April 2014 with 198 people who were asked to participate in the survey. Results: The medical alert ID perception score was 3.54 on a 5-point scale. Most of respondents (82.8%) knew about the medical alert ID, but only 23.2% of respondents wore a medical alert ID and only 43.5% of respondents always wore a medical alert ID. Perception and frequency of possession were positively correlated (r=.41, p<.001). The most influential factor for the possession of a medical alert ID was the perception of the medical alert ID (${\beta}=.41$, p<.001). The perception of the medical alert ID explained 17% of variance in possession of a medical alert ID. Conclusion: Most of diabetic patients who take insulin received education about hypoglycemia and knew about the medical alert ID, but only few of them wore a medical alert ID. Findings from this study indicate that perception is an important variable related to possession of a medical alert ID in this population.

Recently, numerous small area estimation studies have been conducted to obtain more detailed and accurate estimation results. Most of these studies have employed spatial regression models, which require a clear definition of spatial neighborhoods. In this study, we introduce the Delaunay triangulation as a method to define spatial neighborhood, and compare this method with the k-nearest neighbor method. A simulation was conducted to determine which of the two methods is more efficient in defining spatial neighborhood, and we demonstrate the performance of the proposed method using a land price data.

Recently many researches on data analysis using spatial statistics have been studied in various field and the studies on small area estimations using spatial statistics are in actively progress. In analysis of lattice data, defining the neighborhood information system is the most crucial procedure because it also determines the result of the analysis. However the used neighborhood informal ion system is generally defined by sharing the common border lines of small areas. In this paper the other neighborhood information systems are introduced and those systems are compared with Moran's I statistic and for the comparisons, Economic Active Population Survey (2001) is used.
