An Experimental Study to Develop the Perforated Panel System for Noise Chamber (소음쳄버용 다공판 시스템 개발을 위한 실험적 연구)

  • The air conditioner system that is used in large structure, such as hospital, hotel, railway platform and train generate a high level noise generally. A chamber with sound absorbing materials, such as glass wool and polyurethane foam, are installed in this system to reduce the noise. However, these chambers cause environmental problems owing to the sound absorbing materials recently. Therefore, we develop noise chamber a built-in perforated panel resonance system as eco-friendly chamber to solve this problems. This noise chambers show the same noise reduction performance as the current chambers in the range above 500Hz. But, it reduces the noise up to 8dB(A) comparison to the current chambers in the range 200Hz~400Hz.

  • 본 연구에서는 연구대상 차량의 소음저감 방안을 마련하기 위하여 차체의 진동 및 차실의 음향 특성해석, 연성해석을 수행하였다. 차실 음향특성을 나타내는 음향모드는 유한요소 해석으로부터 결정하였다. 이때 해석결과를 확인하기 위하여 음향모드를 측정, 수치해석결과와 비교하였다. 차실소음의 가진 특성을 갖는 차체의 진동특성은 모드시험을 통해서 결정하였다. 결정된 이들 모드들의 연성해석은 연성해석 전용 컴퓨터 프로그램을 사용하여 수행하였고, 그 결과를 소음실험 결과와 비교하여 Booming 소음에 기여가 큰 차체 panel부위를 결정하였다. 기여가 큰 panel의 진동특성 변경시 소음효과를 측정하여 구조변경 방안을 검토하였다.

  • The noise problem became more serious by the rapid urban population growth and traffic. This study estimates the noise level considering actual traffic volume and building shape and location. Based on the state of the arts noise level, changing amount of noise that was controlled by the speed control and truck and passenger car restriction is calculated. Some conclusion is found out. The 2-D type more than 3-D type is more than over standard of noise pollution and night time's over rate is larger than day time. And in the case of various solutions are used instead of applying one solution, noise pollution is effectively reduced.

  • Recently, it is increased to apply the inverter system to household electrical appliances, especially in the air c conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines, to reduce the power consumption and the acoustic noise by t the low speed operation, and to make their functions more comfortable for human beings. For the inverter s systems, however, it is highly required to reduce the undesirable electromagnetic noise and psychoacoustic n noise generated by PWM for variable speed operation. In this paper, the electromagnetic noise for the d detenninistic PWM and random PWM for the reciprocating compressors driven by the brusWess dc motor was a analyzed. It was also verified through the experiment that the elt'Ct$\tau$omagnetic noise was reduced and the s sound quality was improved by applying the random PWM.

  • The rapid economic development induced the massive road constructions, becoming bigger and high-speed of the vehicles. However, it brings lots of social problems, such as air pollutions, traffic noise and vibration. Special concrete block for the base course of asphalt pavement is needed to decrease traffic noise such as tire's explosive and vehicles sound, applying Helmholtz Resonators theory to asphalt pavement. If it is applied to the area where it happens considerable noise such as a junction, the street of a housing complex and a residential street, it is one of considerable method to solve the social requirements of noise problem. This research examines couple of laboratory tests for the sound absorption effect of the concrete block and the base concrete block. There are specimens which is fixed hall-size, space, depth as the condition of this research, and these are analysed of noise decrease effect using different condition of the first noise of each vehicle. As a result of analysis data according to vehicle noise volume, measurement distance, a form and size of the hall using the base concrete block, the use of special concrete base showed a good alternative solution for decreasing traffic noise level, from 4 dB to 9 dB.

  • 공동주택에서의 음환경 성능은 실내환경의 질과 연관시켜 설계단계부터 충분한 검토가 필요한 성능항목이다. '국토해양부'는 '공통주택 성능등급 표시제도'에서 Air Duct를 통해 상하층간 전파되는 소음을 제어하기 위한 대책을 요구하고 있다. 이에 화장실에 적합한 구조 및 재질로 소음 저감기를 개발하고, 소음기 성능평가 장치를 구성하여 이론과 비교평가하고, 실제 현장에 설치 시 적용효과를 분석하였다.

  • 건설 공사장에서 발생하는 건설장비의 소음을 저감하여 공사장 인근 지역의 생활환경에 미치는 소음영향을 최소화할 수 있도록 건설업체에서는 최대한의 노력으로 가설방음벽을 설치 운영하고 있으나, 설치된 가설방음벽의 효과분석 및 운영방법에 대한 검토가 부족하여 효율적인 소음저감대책으로서의 가설방음벽 운영이 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 가설방음벽의 기초데이터의 확보와 소음해석을 통한 효율적인 운영방안을 제시하며, 설치기준에 관한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Relatively high noise emitted from Transformers of in-door-substation in urban area has become the target of public complaints and the frequency is on the rise in these days due to an extension of transformer installations and new establishment of substations. The noise consist of harmonics of a specific frequency of the twice of the electricity frequency(60[Hz]), which is hard to control by using the general sound proofing techniques. In this work, several effective methods were discussed for reducing the noise from a transformer, which is transmitted through explosion preventing shutter and air tunnels. By applying to the actual site, the effects of the methods were verified.
