How do advertisements spread on social networks? (광고 캠페인의 소셜 네트워크 확산 구조에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how the advertising campaign is spreading in social networks, and how the advertising model plays an important role in advertisement diffusion. In order to grasp the diffusion patterns of advertising, a text mining and social network analysis were conducted using the beer brand 'Kloud' as a collection keyword. After analyzing the social data for two months since the on-air of 'Good Body' advertisement, which was the first ad that "Sulhyun" appeared in. After the launch of the ad, Kloud has been mainly associated with keywords such as 'yavis & trendy style', 'beer brand', 'beer matching food', 'luxury beer drinking place', 'leisure trend', and 'SNS activity', etc. In addition, "Sul Hyun" also showed that an advertising model contributes to the spread of advertisement on social media in terms of image transition as well as brand's name and unique selling point.

  • The purpose of this study is to extract metaphor characteristics of Social Network Service. Social Network Service is different from existing media only available in one-way communication, each individual expands opinion by sharing daily life and opinion directly and interpreting another user's post. This Study premise that the reason of converting from passive reader to active enunciator is the metaphor characteristics of Social Network Service by 'Source Domain' and 'Target Domain'. In addition, this study examines the meaning of structure user's text production and interpreting based triple mimesis of Paul Ricoeur. This study has significance as arguing with existing study on SNS as metonymic media and suggesting metaphor characteristics and meaning of Social Network Service.

The Artistic Practical Use of Social Network Visualization through the Information Aesthetic Interpretation (정보미학적 해석을 통한 소셜네트워크 시각화의 예술적 활용)

  • This paper analyzes the artistic practical use of social network visualization through the aesthetic information interpretation. The first social network visualization has emerged as 'Sociogram' in the form of social network analysis(SNA). Since social network has complex, the analyzing technology of social network has emerged. Early social network visualization has a practical purpose to measure the social structure, but current social network visualization divided into various forms from artistic expressions through information. This paper divide into two categories based on the artistic application of social network visualization. First, this research focuses on the static graph based on analog. Second, this research analyze the category of interacted visualization to generate a real-time digital image. This paper presents the fusion of paradigm between engineering and art through this way.

  • The fourth industrial revolution technology focused on the fusion of infrastructure and various advanced technologies related city. Therefore, technical cooperation in various fields of research is essential. In order to activating the fourth industrial revolution technologies, it is necessary to research the state of technology in various fields. Consequently, this paper aims to analysis of domestic and foreign research trends on technology to the fourth industrial revolution using SNA and text mining for web site. We collected text, date data of research paper and report in web site for five years, that is, from January 1st in 2014 to December 31st in 2018. Next, we have deduced the major keywords in public data through analyzing the morphemes. Then we have analyzed the core and related keyword lists through an SNA. In Korea, the focus is on R&D and legal/institutional solution in relation to the fourth industrial revolution technology. On the other hand, in the case of foreign, there was focus on practical technologies for urban services in detail aspects.

  • 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 사용자가 작성한 텍스트로부터 그 사용자 프로파일 식별하는 문제를 다룬다. 프로파일 식별 관련 기존 연구에서는 개별 텍스트를 하나의 학습 단위로 간주하고 이를 기반으로 학습 모델을 구축한다. 프로파일을 식별하고자 하는 사용자의 텍스트들이 주어지면 각 텍스트마다 프로파일을 식별하고, 식별된 결과들을 합쳐 최종 프로파일로 선택한다. 하지만 SNS 특성상 프로파일을 식별하는 데에 영향을 끼치지 않는 텍스트들이 다수 존재하며, 기존 연구들은 이 텍스트들을 특별한 처리없이 학습 및 테스트에 사용함으로 인해 프로파일 식별 성능이 저하되는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 다중 인스턴스 학습(Multi-Instance Learning)을 기반으로 사용자 프로파일을 식별한다. 제안한 방법은 사용자가 작성한 텍스트 전체, 즉 텍스트 집합을 학습 단위로 간주하고 다중 인스턴스 학습 문제로 변환하여 프로파일을 식별한다. 다중 인스턴스 학습을 사용함으로써 프로파일 식별에 유의미한 텍스트들만이 고려되고 그 결과 프로파일 식별에 영향을 끼치지 않는 텍스트로부터의 성능 하락을 최소화할 수 있다. 실험을 통해 제안한 방법이 기존 학습 방법보다 성별, 나이, 결혼/연애 상태를 식별함에 있어서 더 좋은 성능을 보인다.

  • This study researched text mining and text network analysis to analyze the images of Nonghyup Insurance for consumers. With the recent development of social media, many texts are being produced and reproduced, and texts of social media provide important information to companies. Text mining and text network analysis are used in many studies to identify image of company and product. As a result of the text analysis, the positive image of the Nonghyup Insurance is safety and stability. Negative images of the Nonghyup Insurance is concern and anxiety. As a result of the textual network analysis, Centered mage of Nonghyup Insurance is safety and concern. This paper allows researchers to extract several lessons learned that are important for the text mining and text network analysis.

Using Text Mining and Social Network Analysis to Identify Determinant Characteristics Affecting Consumers' Evaluation of Clothing Fit (텍스트 마이닝과 소셜 네트워크 분석 기법을 활용한 소비자의 의복 맞음새(Fit)평가에 영향을 미치는 특성)

  • This research aimed to recognize the determinant characteristics affecting consumers' clothing fit evaluation by employing text mining and social network analysis. For this aim, we first extracted text data linked to clothing fit from 2,000 consumer reviews collected from social network services and conducted semantic network examination and CONCOR analysis. As a result, we reported that "pants" and "skirts" were the most commonly associated clothing items with consumers' clothing fit evaluation. And the length of clothing was most commonly investigated. Then, the "waist" and "hip" were the most critical body parts affecting consumers' perception of clothing fit. Further, the four keywords including "wide," "large," "short," and "long" were the most employed ones in consumer reviews when evaluating clothing fit. This study is meaningful in that it specifically recognized the structural relationship and semantic meanings of keywords relevant to consumers' evaluation of clothing fit, which could bring empirical reference information for advanced clothing fit.

A Trend Analysis and Policy proposal for the Work Permit System through Text Mining: Focusing on Text Mining and Social Network analysis (텍스트마이닝을 통한 고용허가제 트렌드 분석과 정책 제안 : 텍스트마이닝과 소셜네트워크 분석을 중심으로)

  • The aim of this research was to identify the issue of the work permit system and consciousness of the people on the system, and to suggest some ideas on the government policies on it. To achieve the aim of research, this research used text mining based on social data. This research collected 1,453,272 texts from 6,217 units of online documents which contained 'work permit system' from January to December, 2020 using Textom, and did text-mining and social network analysis. This research extracted 100 key words frequently mentioned from the analyses of data top-level key word frequency, and degree centrality analysis, and constituted job problem, importance of policy process, competitiveness in the respect of industries, and improvement of living conditions of foreign workers as major key words. In addition, through semantic network analysis, this research figured out major awareness like 'employment policy', and various kinds of ambient awareness like 'international cooperation', 'workers' human rights', 'law', 'recruitment of foreigners', 'corporate competitiveness', 'immigrant culture' and 'foreign workforce management'. Finally, this research suggested some ideas worth considering in establishing government policies on the work permit system and doing related researches.

  • 본 연구는 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 소셜네트워크 속에서 일반 사용자들이 의료 도메인의 전문가들과 쉽게 질문과 응답을 주고 받을 수 있게 해주는 서비스 개발을 위한 기초 연구로써, 사용자의 문서를 분석하여 질문을 추출해 내고 어떤 의료 도메인에 해당하는 질문인지 분류하는 연구이다. 한글로 구성된 문서 속에서 질문에 해당하는 형태소 분석 방법을 이용하야 질문을 추출을 한 다음 질문 속의 단어 들을 분석하여 KORLEX를 이용한 단어간의 관계성을 분석하여 도메인을 분류하는 작업을 거친다. 또한 본 연구는 텍스트마이닝 기법과 인공지능의 분류 기법을 응용하여 소셜네트워크 속에서 질문과 응답을 분석하여, 의료 도메인의 전문가들이 볼 수 있게 함으로써, 소셜네트워크를 이용한 양방향의 질의응답 서비스를 제공 한다. 이 같은 양방향 질의응답 서비스를 통해 헬스케어 및 의료 관리 서비스를 받을 수 있다. 본 논문은 소셜네트워크 상에서 사용자들이 올린 헬스케어에 관련된 질문들을 추출하고 분류해 주는 과정에 한정하여 진행된 결과를 기술한다.

Research Trends Investigation Using Text Mining Techniques: Focusing on Social Network Services (텍스트마이닝을 활용한 연구동향 분석: 소셜네트워크서비스를 중심으로)

  • The objective of this study was to examine the trends on social network services. The abstracts of 308 articles were extracted from web of science database published between 1994 and 2016. Time series analysis and topic modeling of text mining were implemented. The topic modeling results showed that the research topics were mainly 20 topics: trust, support, satisfaction model, organization governance, mobile system, internet marketing, college student effect, opinion diffusion, customer, information privacy, health care, web collaboration, method, learning effectiveness, knowledge, individual theory, child support, algorithm, media participation, and context system. The time series regression results indicated that trust, support satisfaction model, and remains of the topics were hot topics. This study also provided suggestions for future research.
