A Study on the Application of Quality Function Deployment for the Success of Social Commerce (소셜커머스 성공을 위한 품질기능전개(QFD) 적용에 관한 연구)

  • In order to enhance the understanding of social commerce which is widely spreading globally in a few years, the characteristics selecting social commerce company are analyzed by using quality function deployment(QFD) that is popular in quality management area. To achieve this purpose, this study investigates the concept, market environment, and major competitors of social commerce and interactive relationship between customer's requirements and service characteristics was uncovered by using the house of quality(HOQ) which is a method of QFD. In addition, this study proposes the conceptual model integrating analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and QFD by quantitatively evaluating the importance of customer's requirements and service characteristics.

  • 소셜커머스의 이용의 증가와 더불어 단점이 부각되고 있다. 하지만 소셜커머스의 특성상 소셜커머스 사이트를 통해 소개되어지는 업체들은 대부분이 소비자들이 많이 접하지 못했던 영세 업체가 많고, 사용자들은 미리 구입한 쿠폰을 통해서 받은 상품의 질과 서비스가 좋지 않아도 이벤트 성으로 이루어진 판매이기에 환불이나 교환 등이 어렵다는 점에서 소비자의 주의가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 PMI-IR 수식을 이용하여 소셜커머스에서 거래가 이루어지는 상품명과 연관 있는 상위 세개의 평을 추출하여 제공함으로써 상품의 질과 서비스에 대한 평가를 알아보고 사용자의 신뢰성 있는 거래를 도모한다.

Exploring Factors of Consumer's Impulsive Buying Behavior in Mobile Social Commerce (모바일 소셜커머스 이용자의 충동구매에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • Mobile social commerce is one of the fastest growing distribution channels in recent years. Therefore, it is important to understand customer's buying behavior in mobile social commerce in order to continuously grow in the competitive mobile social commerce market. To achieve the purpose of this study is to investigate how impulsive buying behaviors are applied in mobile shopping and how factors affect impulse purchasing in online shopping. In order to verify the hypothesis, we surveyed the customers who have experiences of using mobile social commerce and analyzed 280 valid data by Smart PLS 3.0. As a result, it was confirmed that consumers' innovation and purchasing experience influenced impulse purchase in mobile social commerce, and scarcity messages among information attributes affect impulse buying. Through this study, impulsive buying behavior which is a frequently analyzed variable in an online shopping context will be extended to the mobile shopping context. and it will provide practical implications for customer strategy establishment in mobile social commerce market.

  • The objectives of this study are to understand the factors composing the attributes of mobile social-commerce shopping mall and the characteristics of shopping mall business, and also to verify the effects of those attributes on the shopping satisfaction and shopping mall loyalty. The respondents participating in this study are the consumers who have experiences in purchasing fashion clothing in mobile social-commerce shopping mall within the last one year. The results of this study are as follows. First, the personally-customized service and convenience of shopping mall had positive effects on the social-commerce shopping satisfaction. Second, the personally-customized service and diversity of products had positive effects on the shopping mall loyalty. Third, the reputation of shopping mall of the characteristics of social-commerce shopping mall business had positive effects on the shopping satisfaction and shopping mall loyalty. This study above could provide the important implications for the establishment of marketing strategies for vitalizing the fashion clothing market of social-commerce shopping mall.

  • This study analyses the relationship with the feature of the web usability and Social commerce. Therefore, this research tries to investigate the relationship about in which the characteristic of the web-site usability is connected through the confidence about the Social commerce site to the re-purchase. The existing research that the information system and Electronic commerce relates is considered and the usability factor about the Social commerce site tries to be drawn and these try to verify on the relationship with the trust building of the user about the Social commerce site and purchasing intention through the positive research. The result is follows. First, the visual property of the Social commerce site was confirmed to have the descriptive ability noted to the confidence. Second, it was confirmed to have the descriptive ability that information characteristic about the Social commerce site notes to the confidence. Third, it was confirmed to have the descriptive ability that relative characteristic about the Social commerce site notes to the confidence. The importance of the web-site usuability has preferentially to be considered in being put through this research and building the confidence of the social commerce user could be known. When running with the social commerce site design, this is determined because it can become the useful standard.

  • Due to the vitalization of the smart phones, mobile revolution has been started. The mobile revolution has elevated SNS service, which was once considered as just one of many communication tools, to the single most important communication method as well as diffusion of social commerce. Yet, there has not been an adequate study of the roles of SNS in the domestic social commerce market, which has gotten a lot of spotlights. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of various characteristics of social commerce that it has an impact on the purchase intension as well as the moderating effects of SNS. For these purposes, this study has drawn up the characteristics of social commerce in cost cutting, impulse buy, social influence, decision support, word of mouth effect and etc. to prove the interaction effect of SNS. The regression analysis showed that the characteristics of all the social commerce are related to the dependent variable. As a result of drawing up the interaction effect of SNS, it has shown that the cost cutting and word of mouth have significant influence in the social commerce diffusion as the usage of SNS increased. In conclusion, the main implication of this study is to provide the basic grounds for social commerce business strategy as it investigated the characteristics of SNS and its relation.

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest policies that take advantage of social networking services in the field of social commerce. Presented it, in order for the concept of a social network service for the first time, were examined by four representative types of social network services, and analyzed the characteristics of each. Domestic current status and concepts presented and the addition of social commerce, and analyzed the characteristics of each type proposed six kinds. Utilizing social network services to the end, was to suggest measures that can be incorporated into the social commerce business. The results of this study suggested that the marketing implications for how social network services in the social commerce business that can be utilized in companies that will say that its worth.

  • Recently commercialized network are getting more and more popular, bringing dramatic change to the market. We can predict the future of the E-commerce. The ongoing E-commerce and SNS (Social Networking Services)related E-commerce are increasing greatly both in Korea and China. This research tries to focus on Chinese consumers using E-commerce. The study has four findings. Firstly, the E-commerce consumers consider four factors including price, convenience, products and website, which affect the sellers' integrity. Secondly, E-commerce will affect sellers' integrity. Third, there are 4 factors which affect the sellers' integrity: service, price, products and the information. Fourth, the factors which affect the integrity of sellers are the value, happiness and practical. This study want to give some hints to the E-commerce in the overseas market in China.

  • The new sales method of social commerce in food service market is growing steadily. Over 50 percent of the social commerce market is food service product. Food service companies are using social commerce, which is discount sales, as a marketing tool. There are many food service companies using social commerce as a sales and marketing tool. However, little research has investigated food service customers. Thus, this study suggests how food service customer's purchasing factor affects customer's satisfaction and loyalty of the supplier and business operator. Social commerce's purchasing characteristic factors are selected based on a previous study. Purchasing factor is divided into supplier and business operator side and the impact of the relationships between its subordinate factors (price discount, offering diversity, mutual action, brand intimacy) and customer's satisfaction is analyzed. As a result, price discount and brand intimacy show higher results. Offering diversity and brand intimacy of purchasing factor on business operator side shows a higher impact on the relationship between loyalty and ?? (Ed- 'the relationship between A and B'; what is B?). The study implications are as follows. The food service industry should establish different marketing strategies to apply social commerce and compare with social commerce business operators, because the actual place where customers use food service is food service restaurants and not just social commerce websites.

A Study on the Factory of Design Influencing Purchase Decision-making Factors at Social Commerce Sites (소셜커머스 사이트의 구매결정 요인에 영향을 미치는 디자인 요인)

  • In recent days, lots of social commerce newly emerged business types of e-commerces are on the basis of social network. Therefore social commerce with social network might be powerful communication channel among customers and has suggested new paradigm in transaction model on the internet. In general, major roles of social commerce sites are to promote transaction with high discount rate and/or lots of event and to activate markets of local area. As characteristics of social commerce such as dynamic, rapid, and open, this research was assumed that design factors of sites that are different from existing e-commerce sites might be influential elements in decision making of purchase. This research is to empirically investigate which factors affect purchase decision making behaviors for 20s respondents who are major users of social commerce services. As a result major factor, easy-to-use, affecting decision making factors was identified and this result can give implication to researchers and persons in charge of fields who have interests in commerce site design and upgrade.
