한·중 소비자의 온라인 소셜커머스 참여행동 비교연구 (A Comparative Study of On-line Social Commerce Participation Behavior of Korean and Chinese Consumers)

  • As one of the most popular forms of social commerce, on-line social commerce can provide many benefits for consumers, such as lower prices, information sharing, and so on. This research attempted to compare the differences of social commerce participation behavior between Korean consumers and Chinese consumers. The paper also studied the effect of demographic factors and individual propensities on consumer's participation behavior, such as the need for cognition, innovativeness, interactivity, reliability, groupism, and price consciousness. The results and conclusions of this research are as follows. First, consumer's individual propensities are different between China and Korea. In general, Korean participants have a higher level of innovativeness and price consciousness and a lower level of groupism than Chinese participants. Second, the influential factors of social commerce website visiting frequency and the participation in social commerce are different between the two countries. In Korea, consumer's age, innovativeness, and price consciousness have evident effects on the visiting frequency of social commerce websites. While in China, consumer's education, job, innovativeness, and groupism are significant.

소셜커머스를 통한 패션제품 구매자의 만족도와 재구매 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Satisfaction and Intention to Re-purchase Fashion Goods Through Social Commerce)

  • The purpose of this study was to find factors affecting satisfaction and intention to re-purchase fashion goods through social commerce. A questionnaire method was applied for 123 women aged from twenties to thirties, with buying experience in fashion goods through social commerce. Independent variables were service quality, fashion shopping orientation, and demographics. Factor analyses and multiple regression methods were used to analyze data. Factor analyses resulted in two factors for service quality and resulted in four factors for fashion shopping orientation. The results of multiple regression analyses showed that convenience & benefits and site layout factors of the service quality had significant impacts on satisfaction in fashion social commerce. Those two service quality factors, demographics like job, and satisfaction were shown significantly important to predict intention to re-purchase fashion goods on social commerce service. Intention to re-purchase was best explained in the model with satisfaction as an independent variable. Meanwhile, shopping orientation factors were not important in any model.

  • 과거의 조형중심, 시스템 중심의 디자인에서 점차적으로 사용자를 배려하는 디자인 철학이 반영된 사용자 중심 디자인으로 패러다임이 변화하고, 특히 어떤 제품이나 서비스를 사용하는데 있어 최적의 경험을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 UX디자인(User eXperience Design)의 중요성이 크게 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IoT시대에서 UX디자인이 고려해야할 변화 중에서 웨어러블의 기능에 영향이 적은 데이터를 기반으로 한 디자인 부분에 접근해 보았다. 다양하고 많은 데이터를 가진 기존 소셜커머스 앱의 레이아웃이 IoT디바이스의 인터페이스에서도 데이터 기반의 레이아웃과 유사하다고 생각하였다. 데이터 기반 앱을 모델로 레이아웃을 분석하여 UX디자인 의 구조를 정리하였다.

  • 소셜 커머스는 최근 부상하고 있는 혁신적인 전자상거래로 전통적인 오프라인 상거래의 대안이 될 것으로 보인다. 이는 웹 2.0 기술을 기반으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 상거래가 결합한 현상이다. 본 논문은 한국 대학생들의 소셜커머스 행위를 사회적 영향력(Social Influence)으로 확장한 기술수용모형(Technology Acceptance Model)을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구는 SmartPLS 2.0 M3 패캐지를 이용한 PLS Path Modeling 기법을 통해 제안된 모든 가설이 유의하다는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 TAM의 설명력과 예측력을 높이기 위해서 SI를 이용하여 이론적으로 확장하는 것이 타당하며, 관련 업계의 성과를 높이기 위해서 SI를 실무적으로도 고려할 필요가 있음을 입증하였다. 마지막으로 미래 연구를 위한 제안을 제시하였다.

모바일 소셜커머스 앱의 충성의도와 전환의도에 따른 시장세분화 -지각된 서비스 품질과 전환장벽의 차이- (Market Segmentation by Loyalty and Switching Intentions of Mobile Social Commerce Apps -Differences in Perceived Service Quality and Switching Barriers-)

  • Mobile shopping has spread rapidly in the consumer's daily life, and numerous fashion companies have now launched a mobile shopping application. By focusing on mobile social commerce apps, this study was to: (a) segment consumers based on loyalty and switching intentions, (b) to test differences in perceived service quality and switching barrier factors among segments, and (c) examine the effects of perceived service quality and switching barriers on loyalty intention. A total of 550 responses were obtained from mobile users in their 20s to 40s who purchased fashion products through a social commerce app in the last six months. Consumers were classified into four clusters: split-loyals, latent loyals, habitual loyals, and switchers. The split-loyal group showed the highest level of mean scores on perceived service quality and switching barrier factors; however, the switcher group showed the lowest mean scores. Of service qualities, app design had a significant effect on loyalty intentions in both split-loyal and latent loyal groups; the factors of ease of use and privacy had significant effects on loyalty intentions in switchers. Of switching barrier factors, virtual relationship had the most strongly effect on loyalty intention for the four segments.

  • 스마트기기 및 클라우드 서비스 확산, 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS) 성장 등에 따라 인터넷 경제는 재도약하고 있으며, 거대 플랫폼사업자를 중심으로 한 모바일 생태계 구축경쟁에 따라 모바일 앱, 소셜커머스 등 분야에서 중소벤처기업에게 새로운 기회가 열리고 있다. 아울러 인터넷을 통한 국경간 콘텐츠 공급 확대, 오픈마켓 활성화 등에 따라 글로벌콘텐츠 경쟁이 심화되고 있으며, 인터넷의 일상화에 따라 사회 정치 문화, 방송통신 산업에 대한 인터넷의 영향이 확대되고 있다. 스마트 생태계 구축경쟁과 인터넷 중심 융합으로 특정지워지는 새로운 방송통신 패러다임은 기존 방송통신산업구조와 규제체계의 전환을 촉구하고 있으며, 방송통신 융합을 촉진하고 방송통신산업을 육성하기 위해서는 C(콘텐츠) - P(플랫폼) - N(네트워크) - T(기기)를 아우르는 종합적인 접근이 요구되고 있다. 본 고에서는 우선 방송통신산업 동향과 정책환경 변화를 살펴본 후 네트워크 고도화, 전략적 R&D, 중소 벤처기업 육성, 콘텐츠산업 경쟁력 제고 등 방송통신산업이 한 단계 더 도약하기 위해 필요한 주요정책과제 들을 살펴본다.

e-커머스 기업의 고객서비스 쿨트랜드 발견: 사회네트워크분석 NodeXL 활용 (Discovering Customer Service Cool Trends in e-Commerce: Using Social Network Analysis with NodeXL)

  • 본 연구는 e-Commerce 산업의 미래 트랜드를 예측하기 위해 Coolhunting을 실시하였다. Coolhunting은 사회네트워크 분석을 통해 트렌드세터를 발견하고 이들의 집단지성을 통해 미래 트랜드인 Cool Trends를 읽어내는 방법이다. Coolhunting은 사회네트워크분석을 통해 실시되는데 본 연구에서는 사회 네트워크 분석 Tool 중 NodeXL을 활용하였다. e-Commerce 산업의 Cool Trends를 발견하기 위해 e-Commerce 기업, 상품, 고객서비스 유형, 고객응대직원, 고객간의 산업네트워크 연구모형을 설계하였다. 연구모형을 통해 e-Commerce 산업의 흐름을 분석하고, 네트워크 영향력을 나타내는 사이중앙값과 페이지랭크값 분석을 통해 트렌드세터들의 특성을 파악하였다. 본 연구의 결과 e-Commerce 산업 네트워크는 혼돈형태에서 현재 집단지성형태의 네트워크로 변화되고 있었다. 네트워크 영향력에 대한 분석결과 e-Commerce 시장의 Cool Trends가 VIP, 우수, 관리등급의 여성고객(트렌드세터)들을 중심으로 집단지성을 통한 상거래인 소셜커머스 시장이 활성화 될 것이고, 소셜커머스에서는 소비자들에게 시맨틱한 소비를 촉진시키고, 상품군 중 화장품/미용기구/향수 상품군에서 고객 들의 구매력이 집중될 것이라는 것을 발견하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 e-Commerce 기업이 취해야 할 전략적 방향성을 제언하였고, 국내 e-Commerce 기업들에게 있어서 지속적 성장이 이루어지고, 고객들에게 있어서는 양질의 서비스가 제공되기를 바란다.

소셜커머스에서 패션제품 구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fashion Product Purchasing Behavior in Social Commerce)

  • In social commerce, consumers can buy products at much cheaper price if the required minimum number of buyers are made. Social commerce has showed rapid growth as an innovative distribution system receiving highlights, however it is true that it hasn't been sufficiently studied. The purpose of the study for presents the direction of growth of the fashion industry with social commerce through qualitative studies. This study is to make a preference group of four people and a non-preference group of four people of social commerce users for the fashion items sold social commerce market and lastly proposes some improvements. The 'preference group' showed high familiarity and preference to social commerce; and they had the tendency of the pursuit of convenience and voluptuous shopping. The revisit of 'non-preference group' preferred open market and, had the tendency of economical shopping and, they are favorable to other categories of social commerce. The reasons of preference were that accessibility was good in fashion products purchasing behaviors in social commerce and, it was convenient and, price was good and new information on cheap and good products were provided; the reasons of non-preference were that the quality of the products and genuineness of articles are doubtful or, the price is not the lowest or, the carried over products were majority. In the perspective of the fashion products in social commerce they answered that it would be brighter but improvements are needed such as supplying exact information, the lowest price, diversified products and the subdivision of category.

소셜커머스 서비스 품질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction in Social Commerce Market)

  • Recently, 'Social Commerce' has shown such a rapid growth along with the development of social media such as 'Twitter' and 'Facebook.' Yet, with the quantitative growth, some problems regarding consumer dissatisfaction has constantly occurred. It is essential for the enterprises to study and reflect a customer satisfaction about goods and service they provide regarding the characteristic of the social commerce scientifically and actively. So, this study measures service quality of social commerce market using SERVQUAL model which was established by Parasuraman (1985). The impact on customer satisfaction was analysed using multiple regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, we found that the tangibility and empathy are important factors for service quality in the social commerce market.

스마트폰 환경에서 소셜커머스 사용에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Social Commerce in Smartphone Environment)

  • Currently, Social Commerces have increasingly gained popularity with the growth of Social Network Services (SNS). As the applications of smartphones are being applied in widespread areas, social commerces in the smartphone environment have entered a new chapter. The applications of social commerces on smartphones are widely used, which has increased the market share of social commerces exponentially. Thus, we tried to find out factors which may affect the user acceptance of social commerces in the smartphone environment. We develop a research model to examine how social commerces in the smartphone environment are accepted by users based on the academic factors-switch costs, trend-seeking tendency, richness in media. The theoretical model is validated through an survey of social commerce users in the smartphone environment from the undergraduates and the graduates in Seoul, Korea. The structural equation analysis is conducted based on the partial least square (PLS) approach. The results reveal that the switch cost will have positive mediating influences to the intention to use social commerce in the smartphone environment. We also find that the perceived usefulness of the smartphone is affected by the media richness. The results also suggest that the trend-seeking tendency has no influences to the users of social commerces in the smartphone environment. Also, theoretical and practical implications are discussed. The findings are believed to increase our understanding an interesting mobile phenomenon, as well as making contributions.
