The Empirical Research on Relationship of Consumption Value, Satisfaction, Trust, Loyalty of Green Product in Elderly Consumer (실버 소비자의 친환경 제품에 대한 소비 가치가 만족도, 신뢰, 충성도에 미치는 영향 - 하이브리드 카를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse how consumption value affects the loyalty of green product through satisfaction and trust among elderly consumers. Data were collected from a cross-sectional survey of 314 older adults (age≥60) in the U. S., who bought and possessed a hybrid car, a representative green product. The statistical methodology is employed a structural equation model. The results demonstrated several important findings. First, perceived social value among elderly population had significant effects on green product satisfaction, while hedonic value did not. Second, both perceived functional value and environment friendly value had a significant positive effect on trust in green products. Third, satisfaction with green products also led to trust in green products. Finally, trust in green products showed their significant effects on loyalty in green product. These results provide practical implications to improve the trust and loyalty in green products among the elderly consumers. Furthermore, by deriving major components of consumption values in green products among the elderly, and analyzing the mechanism of satisfaction, trust, and loyalty, the study emphasizes relationship marketing in implementing "green" marketing strategies.

  • The purpose of this study is to grope for the improving the management in order that Korea community centers may put better welfare services to community residents. Community welfare center is a professional social welfare agency that meets welfare needs of community residents by offering synthetical and various welfare services in community according to social, economical, cultural, regional background. Community welfare center was established for clearing up the conflict between social classes after Industrial Revolution in England, for solving problems of women movement and immigration in America, for different purpose in other countries. But there is no difference between countries in the sense of welfare services activities centering around poor community though each purpose are different. It can be known that community center must perform the function as social welfare professional agency which aimed at community care program. Resource which are needed for management of community center are mostly in community and community center must strive to get resources which are in community. But all the weakness of finance and facility which community center has may not be solved by using community resources. Community welfare center is not fixated yet in Korea. And community residents has little understanding of community center. Thus national financial support is needed. Actually community has difficulty to mobilize community resource. The problem is how to carry out this national financial support effectively and going on study about this problem is needed.

  • Ramyeon is a wheat-food that has been mixed a dietary culture of China, Japan, American and Korea. Simultaneously it was the first convenience food that made of flour in Korea, which had been relatively few recipes until the early 1960's. To examine the changes of Ramyeon which has been consumed in large quantities since the late 1960s, this paper classified 1963~2012 into 6 periods. From political, economic, social, cultural and international perspectives we considered the changes of Ramyeon through the articles analysis of mass media(DongaIlbo, The KyunghyangShinmun, MBC news). The total number of articles was 3,823 with an average of 76.46/y. Each field was summarized as following sub-topics; In political(Election, North Korea), in economic(Price, Economy), in social(Promotion campaign for eating of flour, Incidents, Donation), in cultural(Consumption, Extreme situations, Nutrition) and in international field(Exporting). Each period was named according to the feature; Early stage, Expansion stage, Domestic growth stage, Overseas stage, Advanced stage, Transition stage. Ramyeon has changed in a closely relation with society for past 50 years.

A Study of Developing Comprehensive Policies for Low-Income Single-parent Households - Using a Concept of Social Exclusion (사회적 배제 집단으로서의 저소득 모자가족과 통합적 복지대책 수립을 위한 연구)

  • The study starts from the critical thought on why most of female-headed single-parent families are under poverty regardless of their hard working. The study is to explore the lives of low-income single-parent families as working poor and to develop comprehensive policies for them out of poverty and other social vulnerability, using the concept of social exclusion which has been broadly introduced in the field of social science. Specifically, the study aims to analyse the process of social exclusion of low-income single-parent households, by comparing the differential lives in the economic, social, political aspects among male-headed dual-parent household, female-headed single-parent household, and poor female-headed lone-parent household who is under the public poverty line. The study was based on the secondary data analysis. A total of 3182 samples(the first 2508, the second 235, and the third 439) were included. Using SAS 6.12, frequency, chi-square, means, and ANOVA were utilized for the statistical analysis. Results show that single mothers, on the whole, are vulnerable population in terms of employment, housing stability and income. Also, low-income households of single mothers are more negatively affected by the IMF economic crisis and carry more pessimism on their future. In comparison with male-headed households, single mothers have fewer support from social insurance as well as family resources and higher burdens of additional caring need for the old, the disabled, and the chronically ill. These findings identify the reality in which female-headed households with dependent children are exposed to the overall social vulnerability and thus are easily trapped into the social disadvantaged. finally, the study suggests the development of comprehensive policies and counter-measurements for low-income female-headed families to be the primary member in our society.

설비의 리모델링을 고려한 건축물 설계

  • 최근 국제적인 여건과 사회적인 상황이 급변하여 대량생산-대량소비지향으로 인한 폐기물의 대량방출사회에서 지구환경보전을 중시하는 사회로 전환되어 가고 있다. 지구환경의 보전을 위하여 다양한 분야에서 각종 논의가 진행되고 있는 가운데 건축분야에서도 지구기후변화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있는 이산화탄소배출의 억제와 폐기물 삭감 등에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 최근 관심이 집중되고 있는 건축물의 장수명화와 리모델링도 이러한 움직임과 궤틀를 같이 하는 것이다. 물론 리모델링은 신축시장의 급감에 따른 대체시장으로서 검토되고 있는 측면이 더 크게 작용하고 있는 것도 사실이지만, 그동안 신축에 대한 집중적인 투자에 중점이 두어져 재고건축물에서 간과해 왔던 유지관리와 리모델링에 대한 중요성 인식이 결부되어 있다고 보여진다. 사실 지금까지 리모델링이 전혀 이루어지지 않았던 것이 아니라 일반건축물 부문에서는 상당부분 이루어져 왔으며, 공동주택 부문에서도 극소수 이루어져 왔다. 리모델링에 대한 정의와 개념을 어떻게 보느냐에 따라 많은 차이가 있을 수 있지만, 리모델링은 건축물 또는 외부공간의 성능 및 기능의 노후화나 진부화에 대응하여 보수, 수선, 개수, 부분증축 및 개축, 제거, 새로운 기능추가 및 용도변경에 이르는 광범위한 행위를 포함한다. 리모델링을 통하여 건축물의 성능을 유지하거나 향상시켜 쾌적하고 건강한 건축물의 재고 를 구축함과 아울러 건강한 지역환경을 조성하여 국민생활의 질적인 향상을가져옴으로써 환경을보전하 고 자원낭비를 줄여 지속가능한 건축물과 사회를 만들어 갈수있도록 하는 것이다. 건축물에서 리모델링을 하게 되는 동기는 시간이 흘러 물리적인 측면이나 기능적인 측면에서 노후화가 발생하거나 기능적인 요구가 변화함에 따라 건설당시의 성능이나 기능유지가 어렵거나 건설당시의 기능만으로는 요구조건을 만족함 수 없기 때문에 건설 당시의 수준을 유지하거나 새로운 요구에 적합하도록 향 상시키기 위해서는 물리적 또는 기능적인 개선이나 개량이 필요하기 때문이다. 물리적인 개선이나개량을위하여 중요한것은건축 물을 구성하는 자재나 부품의 수명문제이다. 수명의 길이차이가 건축물의 리모델링에 영향을 주고 있을 뿐만 아니라 서로 다른 수명의 자재나 부품의 접합상태가 리모델링 공사에 많은 영향을 미치게 된다. 리모델링 공사가 신축공사의 70-80% 정도의 공사비가 소요되기 때문에 리모델링 공사가 어렵다는 업체의 불만은 바로 이러한 점을 극명하게 드러내는 좋은 사례이다. 본 고는 이러한 측면에서 건축물의 장수명화를 근간으로 한 설비의 리모델링을 용이하게 하기 위한 건축 계획 및 구법에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다. 그리고 본 고는 기존건축물의 설비자체의 보수나 개수를 용이하게 하는 것에 초점이 맞추어진 것이 아니라 건축설계 및 시공시에 향후 설비부분을 용이하게 개.보수할 수 있도록 배려하는 측면을 중심으로 설명하였다.

  • There appears a variety forms of crime type and age in accordance with the change of social structure. In this paper it is described for combining the Anomie theory of Emile Durkheim. Anomie refers to the absence of dual standards or norms. In other words, while weakening the existing norms prevailing when the new rules has not been established. That situation would cause social chaos. Rules on the dissemination and utilization of SNS due to the development of information and communication technology undermine the social norms while online regulations are being a weak state not established. In the confusion of these norms it has been shown to increase in juvenile delinquency. Social media has characteristics such as openness, accessibility, relationships, and content diversity. The social media itself is not subject to the general mechanisms of consumption and production due to growing as a kind of organism. It has characteristic to make the most content by utilizing the users to voluntarily share information. Social media using as communication, contact and information in the youth, thus the possibility of crime is high. Social media is also direct and indirect influence on youth crime but no apparent systemic regulation of this situation.

During a revisit of action is a statistically significant relationship that I've shown, is a significant effect of word-of-mouth relationship was not significant. Investigating the moderating effects of consumer synchronism result of high consumer groups a significant impact on the social congestion showed, at low spatial influence congestion.

  • 물이 상품에 내재되어 국가간 이동을 한다는 가상수 개념은 기후변화로 인해 물부족 현상이 심화되면서 세계 각국의 관심을 얻고 있다. 향후 물부족 현상 및 가상수 이동과 관련해 국제적인 물거래에 대한 전세계적 차원의 조치가 있을 가능성이 예상되면서 가상수의 국제적인 이동 추이에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 가상수 교역에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지에 대한 연구는 아직 미비하다. 따라서 본 연구는 가상수 이동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 사회경제적 요인을 중심으로 탐색한다. 사회경제적요인으로서 국가의 경제위기 경험 유무, 경제규모, 생활수준, 경제성장속도, 그리고 수자원 정책기조를 선정하고, 이러한 요인들이 전세계국가 및 한국의 가상수 교역량 변화에 어느 정도나 영향을 미치는 지를 분석했다. 가상수 교역량에 대한 자료는 UNESCO, UN, FAO의 자료를 토대로 데이터셋을 구축해 활용했다. 총 10개 농축산 품목을 대상으로 산정한 가상수 교역량에 대해 1989년부터 2013년까지 총 24년간의 자료를 분석했다. 분석 결과 아시아 외환위기, 미국발 경제위기 등 세계적 수준의 경제위기는 전반적으로 가상수 교역추이에 큰 영향을 미치지는 않았으나, 미국발 경제위기는 가상수 교역흐름 완화와 일정 정도 관련성을 보였다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 경제규모와 가상수 교역량은 전반적으로 높은 상관관계를 보였으며, 한국의 경우에는 경제규모 및 생활수준 모두 가상수 교역량과 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 반면 경제성장속도는 가상수 교역량과 큰 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 시간적으로 보았을 때 한국의 경우 생활수준은 2007년도 이후에 가상수 교역량과 매우 큰 상관관계를 보였다. 경제적 요인, 특히 경제규모가 가상수 교역량과 높은 관계를 보이는 것은 경제력이 상승하면서 생활습관이 변화해 육류소비가 많은 것과도 관련이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 사회적 요인과 관련해 분석한 수자원 정책의 기조변화는 가상수 교역량 변화에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

Strategic Multiculturalism and Racialism in Television Advertising (TV 광고에 나타난 전략적 다문화주의와 인종주의)

  • Advertising is regarded as one of media's most proficient instruments of reflecting changing society. It represents the channel through which globalization and consumption culture have spread into everyday life. This study explores the significance and representations of multi-culturalism in contemporary television commercials. For the purpose, the social and historical meanings of the term 'multi-culturalism', generated inside and outside Korea, are discussed. A series of text analysis are followed, focusing on the representation of non-Korean models in terms of ethnicity and race. The result shows that the advertising is the instrument utilized in creating the relationship between multi-culturalism and racialism, which is called 'strategic multi-culturalism'. This strategy commonly happens in today's commercial advertising such as information/telecommunication, real estate/branded apartment complex, and bank/finance market. Despite the increasing number of multi-cultural commercials in the past decade, multi-culturalism in Korean society has not yet fully articulated.

  • This article aims at exploring the convergence and sharing of cultural tastes among Northeast Asian countries by analyzing TV drama "Boys over flower", based on the original Japanese manga and produced in Korea, China, Japan and Taiwan in the $21^{st}$ century. It explores the expectation and desire of the mass who have taken pleasure in watching it in each country as well. This article argues that the sharing of the sensitivities and tastes of young women, the main consumer of the drama, by the mass of the four countries, are an important cultural phenomenon in that it reveals the emergence of "girl" as an active cultural consumer, who had been the object of a restraint and strict protection of the bourgeois family structure.
