Drivers for Trust and Continuous Usage Intention on OTP: Perceived Security, Security Awareness, and User Experience (OTP에 대한 신뢰 및 재사용의도의 결정요인: 인지된 보안성, 보안의식 및 사용자경험을 중심으로)

  • PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)-based information certification technology has some limitations to be universally applied to mobile banking services, using smart phones, since PKI is dependent on the specific kind of web browser, Internet Explorer. OTP(One Time Password) is considered to be a substitute or complementary service of PKI, but it still shows low acceptance rate. Therefore, in this research, we analyze why OTP has not been very popular, and provide useful implications of making OTP more extensively and frequently used in the mobile environment. Perceived security of OTP was set as a higher-order construct of integrity, confidentiality, authentication, and non-repudiation. Research findings show that security awareness and perceived security of OTP is positively associated, and the relationship between perceived security and trust on OTP is statistically significant. Also, trust is positively related to intention to use OTP continuously.

Restaurateur's Willingness to Participate in the Healthy Restaurant Program in Seoul (서울시 외식경영자의 건강식당사업 참여의지)

  • This study examined the restaurateur's willingness to participate in the healthy restaurant program. Using a structured self-administered questionnaire, data on subjects' personal, business and management characteristics, willingness to participate in the healthy restaurant program and the perception of healthy restaurant program were collected from 145 restaurateurs in Seoul. Descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, and logistic regression were used in the analysis. Half of respondents (50.3%) were willing to participate in the healthy restaurant program. Years of business (OR = 2.584, 95% CI = 1.049-6.369), consideration of food quality (OR = 0.321, 95% CI = 0.147-0.702), and awareness of importance of nutrition or health information (OR = 2.416, 95% CI = 1.082-5.391) were significant indicators for restaurateur's willingness to participate in the healthy restaurant program. Hence, strategic activities to inform the benefit of healthy restaurant program for both restaurateurs and consumers are necessary.

The Influence of Social Commerce's O2O Service Characteristics on Consumers' Social Psychological Perception (소셜커머스의 O2O 서비스 특성이 소비자의 사회심리적 인식에 미치는 영향)

  • O2O services, a form of mobile commerce, are increasing due to the widespread use of smartphones and the rational consumption trend of young consumers. In addition, the introduction of Social Commerce's O2O service has transformed customer experience into innovation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of O2O service characteristics and social commerce provider characteristics on the social commerce 's O2O service as a social psychological image that consumers have at the point of purchase and use time, as a smart shopper feeling and a cheapness shopper feeling. And the relationship between consumer satisfaction and intention to use through Structure Equation Modeling, and to suggest the implications for O2O service management that can provide greater satisfaction to consumers by identifying the process of creating satisfaction of O2O service. The results of the study show that price discounts and scarcity of social commerce's O2O service characteristics have shown that it increases smart shopper feeling. Also, it was confirmed that brand awareness and ease of purchase, which are characteristics of social commerce, confirms the increase of cheapness shopper feeling. We also confirmed the effect of smart shopper feeling and cheapness shopper feeling on satisfaction. This satisfaction has a positive effect on the intention to use. The result of this study is that it is necessary to reduce the cheapness shopper feeling of consumers and to emphasize the price discount and scarcity so that the smart shopper feeling occurs in order to satisfy the consumers who purchase O2O service products.

  • Wireless earphones are products that are consumed together with smart devices (mobile phones, etc), and there is no twisting and convenience compared to general earphones. However, due to the lack of information on the quality of wireless earphones, consumers tend to purchase products based on brand awareness, and manufacturers deliver information to consumers based on different standards for each product due to the lack of standards for measurement methods for quality evaluation. In particular, the playback time of wireless earphones is a factor that can directly affect consumers' purchases, so it is necessary to prepare a standardized test method to properly measure it. This paper introduces the current status of wireless earphones and related standard trends, and proposes a method for measuring the audio playback time of wireless earphones developed through this. In addition, this measurement method will be proposed as an international standard (IEC) after being established as the national standard, the Korean Industrial Standard (KS).

  • 현대는 브랜드의 시대이다. 애플 브랜드는 1,453억 달러라는 천문학적인 가치를 가지고 있으며, 코카콜라 브랜드는 수십년에 걸쳐 세계적인 브랜드로 자리매김하고 있다. 이와 같이 글로벌 경쟁 시대에는 브랜드가 기업의 생존을 좌우한다. 기업의 경쟁력은 인지도가 높은 파워 브랜드를 얼마나 많이 가졌는가에 따라 판가름나고 있다. 소비자의 마음을 사로잡는 강력한 브랜드는 기업의 수익 창출을 보장하는 소중한 자산이다. 시장을 지배하는 강력한 브랜드를 육성하는 것은 이제 모든 기업의 미래를 좌우할 정도로 중요한 핵심 과제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와같은 브랜드 가치를 디자인이라는 관점에서 보다 효율적으로 생성하고 관리할 수 있는 브랜드 경영을 위한 웹 기반의 컨설팅 서비스를 제안한다.

  • Today is so-called brand war age. Brand equity has been a critical factor to evaluate the business value according to changes of competitive situation and consumer's choices under the 21 century market situation. Brand advertisement with character on TV commercial has long been common and effective ways for many years as useful methods of brand differentiation in the consumer mind. In this thesis, character's roles and possibilities are researched to enhance a brand awareness in marketing, and also the interrelation between the patterns of character and the involvement on TV commercials over several categories are analyzed through the grid model of FCB that is a advertising agency in U.S.A. The attitude of Character usage and technique are also examined by analyzing the materials and the expressive methods of characters in each category.

  • The e-commerce market is growing faster as demand for non-face-to-face shopping increases due to COVID-19. These changes lead to the expansion of various opportunities for consumers, but companies are required to understand consumer characteristics and reflect them in their sales strategies so that they can be competitive in the market. This study examined how the perceived ease and utility of consumers affect the intention to use the platform according to the technology acceptance model (TAM). As a result, it was confirmed that the price competitiveness, awareness, and ease of use of the platform had a significant effect on the utility. In addition, it was confirmed that there was no moderating effect of user characteristics on the effect of ease of use on the platform intention. These results present important implications for a company's sales strategy, and in future studies, it is necessary to expand the study in consideration of more diverse variables.

  • The specific gravity is heavily focused on the service industry in the economic development of domestic and overseas in these days. This will be predicted to increase persistently in the future society. Therefore the franchise system has been diffused as one of a management methods for these service industry. The franchise system is an advanced country's circulation system which has been populated in an advanced country. After the opening of circulation market, rapid growing trend has been showing on foreign country's popular brands in the local domestic market. So the franchise system has been largely focused on among the domestic manufacturing and the circulation companies. This study is to review how the management characteristics(headquarters' supports, communication, menu development, compensation) will affect the fairness perception of franchisee owner. The results of my study are as follows; It appeared that communication, menu development and compensation affected all the distribution fairness and the procedure fairness affirmatively.

  • This study examined the consumers' awareness and information need toward the irradiated foods and environmental hormones. The data were collected from 350 adults living in Daegu and Busan by the self-administered questionnaire. Frequencies and chi-square tests were conducted by SPSS. The results of the survey were as follows: (1) consumers' awareness regarding the irradiated foods and environmental hormones were low, while consumers' concerns for them were high, (2) the orders of the information needs for the irradiated foods are safety of irradiated foods, dose permitted for food irradiation, benefits of irradiated foods, kinds of permitted irradiated foods, and legislations of food irradiation, and (3) the orders of the information needs for the environmental hormones are harmfulness of environmental hormones, standards for contamination by environmental hormones, materials releasing environmental hormones, methods to prevent environmental hormones, and kinds of environmental hormones.

동충하초의 현황과 문제점 및 연구방향

  • 이미 작고한 중국의 자도자 등소평이 복용하여 장소를 누렸다고 하는 동충하초. 1992년 일본 히로시마에서 개최된 국제육상경기대회에서 마준렌이 이끄는 중국의 육상선수들이 신기록을 양산한 비결로 알려지면서 더욱 유명해진 버섯이다(1). 그런데 최근 국내에서 동충하초가 건강식품으로 인지도가 높아지면서 이의 판매를 둘러싸고 이해가 대립된 기관 또는 농민 집단 사이에 마찰이 발생하고, 일반 소비자는 동충하초에 관한 정확한 지식이나 정보가 없는 가운데 상인들의 상술에 농락당할 우려가 있어 자칫 건강에 유익한 새로운 식품소재에 대한 불신이 높아질 수 있는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 저자는 동충하초에 대한 모든 사람들의 이해를돕고자 그 동안 진행되어 온 상황을 설명하고 (1999년 9월까지), 여기에 내포된 문제점을 지적하였으며, 끝으로 동충하초를 국내 산업에 국한할 문제가 아니라 전세계적으로 동충하초 시장을 석권할 수 있는 발전방향과 규제완화 필요성을 제기하였다. 동충하초에 관한 일반 사항과 효능에 관하여는 저자들이 식품과학과 산업에 투고한 총설에 관련 문헌을 종합하여 요약한 바있다.
