In this paper, we analyzed the function elements of the Integrated meter reading system based on PLC which is working in Mok-dong, Seoul and studied how to improve the vulnerability. Also we propose an efficient method for the estimation of abnormal life status through frequency domain processing of utility meter readings. We found out that even after removing the high-frequency components from the raw meter data, the shape of the graph still maintains the original graph characteristics. The graph of the inverse transformed data has simpler and smoother curve than the original graph pattern. The original graph is not good to be used in deciding whether the residence's life pattern is normal or not. We could find out that the graph which is processed frequency signal has simple and intuitive graph pattern.

The purpose of this study was to compare the content of 'Management of Resource and Environment' area in middle school Home Economics textbook with other middle school subject textbooks. The middle school textbooks of Korean. Mathematics. Social Science. Science. Ethics. Technology. Arts. Music, and Physical Education were analyzed how the contents of these textbooks were similar to or different from those of 'Management of Resource and Environment' area in Home Economics textbooks. The contents of 8 subject textbooks except Music were related with those of 'Management of Resource and Environment' area in Home Economics textbooks. The content of Social Science was the most similar to 'Management of Resource and Environment' area in Home Economics textbooks although perspectives and focus were somewhat different. The unit of Home Economics textbook most related with contents of other subject textbooks was' Our Consumption Lives'. while 'Management of Time and Work for Adolescence' is the unit of Home Economics textbook least related with contents of other subject textbooks. However. similar contents were dealt with different focus and depth in textbooks according to objectives and characteristics of subject.

The purposes of this study are to develop cyber home study program on consumer life for youth in middle school students and to compare the learning effect of this program with that of teacher's off-line lecture in class. The contents of the middle school Home Economics. Technology textbooks was analyzed. Based on this analysis 4 cyber home study lesson plans on youth's consumer life were developed. The topics of lesson plan were as 'youth and consumer behavior', 'utilizing consumer information'. 'effective consumer choice', 'resolving consumer problems'. The cyber home study were composed of 5 steps which were 'guiding' $\rightarrow$ 'learning activities' $\rightarrow$ 'evaluation' $\rightarrow$ 'further study' $\rightarrow$ 'summery'. The second grade middle school students as an experimental group participated in cyber home study through on-line class. The control group of students who had same condition with the experimental group were taught by home economics teacher using traditional instructional methods in off-line class. After the experiment, the changes in consumer's attitudes and knowledge of both groups were analyzed using Analysis of Covariance. The significant improvements of consumer's attitudes and knowledge were found in both the experimental and control groups of students. However, the consumer's attitudes and knowledge of the students who were taught by the teacher in off-line class improved more than those of the students who studied using cyber home study program in on-line class. Thus, the following conclusion is made that the cyber home study could be one of the useful learning methods to aid traditional off-line teaching in class.

국내광업은 '90년대 이후 석탄산업합리화조치와 국제금속광물시장 가격안정화로 그동안 광업을 주도한 석탄산업과 금속광업은 급격히 위축되는 한편, 산업원료의 수요증가 추세에 힘입어 비금속광물 개발은 비교적 활발한 상태이다. 이와 같이 국내 광업의 주된 영역이 석탄광과 금속광에서 비금속광 중심으로 개편되고 있으나, 현재 가행중인 비금속광은 고품위광체 확보 미흡, 고부가가치 기술낙후 등으로 고가의 주요 산업원료는 주로 수입에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 국내광업으로서는 비금속광 중심의 단순한 원광석 생산$\cdot$판매체계를 고부가 산업으로 전환시키기 위한 전략적인 방안이 필요한 시기이다. 본 발표문은 이러한 국내광업의 향후 발전방향을 모색하기 위하여 국내 광업이 국가 경제에서 차지하는 영역을 중심으로 $\ulcorner$광업동향$\lrcorner$ $\ulcorner$광업의 국내$\cdot$외 환경분석$\lrcorner$ $\ulcorner$광업의 경제활동 현황$\lrcorner$ $\ulcorner$광업의 경제적 위치와 역할$\lrcorner$로 분류하여 자료분석을 실시하였으며, 분석한 자료를 토대로 국내광업의 중요성과 당면과제를 도출하고 이에 따른 광업의 새로운 역할을 제시하고자 하였다. 국내광업은 각종 지표에서 나타난 바와 같이 여러 가지 구조적인 문제점으로 인해 개발에 어려움을 겪고 있지만 각종 산업원료의 중간재 공급원으로서의 전통적인 역할을 충실히 담당하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 과학기술의 급격한 발달, 소비패턴의 변화, 생활환경과 삶의 질을 중시하는 새로운 가치관의 확산 등으로 광업의 역할도 새로운 변화의 전기를 맞이하고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 국내광업이 21C 급변하는 산업환경에 적응하여 생존하기 위해서는 각종 첨단산업에서 요구하는 소량 다품종의 원료광물을 적기에 공급 할 수 있는 전문화된 기술력을 하루속히 확보해야 하며, 이를 위해 고품위의 원료광물 확보를 위한 탐사 및 개발을 적극 추진하고 가공기술의 선진화를 위해 선진국과의 기술제휴 등 자원산업 글로벌화 정책이 절실히 요구되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 삶의 질을 향상시키려는 현대인의 가치관에 부합하기 위해서는 각종 소비제품의 원료를 제공하는 광업의 본래 목적 이외에도 자연환경 훼손을 최소화하며 개발 할 수밖에 없는 구조적인 어려움에 직면할 수밖에 없다. 이처럼 국내광업이 안고 있는 여러 가지 난제들을 극복하기 위해서는 업계와 정부가 합심하여 국내광업 육성의 중요성을 재인식하고 새로운 마음가짐으로 관련 정책을 수립 일관성 있게 추진해 나가야 할 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the trends of HE exam questions through analyzing the examination items for secondary Home Economics(HE) teaching certification from 2002 to 2011. The results of the study were as follows: First, regarding the analysis on pedagogy of HE course, it accounted for 30.9% of the total questions, and recently, it increased to 35%. Regarding the ratio of questions by each evaluation element, 'practice of teaching and learning methods for HE course'(33.2%) had the highest ratio, and 'essence of the education of HE'(3.2%) had the lowest ratio. Second, regarding the analysis on eating habits, it amounted to 17.5% of the total questions, and recently reached 15%. With regard to the ratio of each evaluation element, 'cooking theory and practice'(26.1%) had the highest ratio, and 'culture of eating habits'(3.7%) had the lowest ratio. Third, regarding the analysis on clothing habits, it accounted 15% of the total questions, and recently reached 12.5%. With regard to the ratio of each evaluation element, 'clothing management'(25.1%) and 'production of clothing and living necessaries'(25.1%) had the highest ratio, and 'selection of clothing and self-expression'(3.0%) had the lowest ratio. Fourth, regarding the analysis on housing life, it accounted for 11% of the total questions, and recently reaches 12.5%. With regard to each evaluation element, 'the understanding of housing life culture'(22.5%) had the highest ratio, and 'the understanding of housing interior design'(10.7%) had the lowest ratio. Fifth, regarding the analysis on daily life as a consumer, it accounted for 12.4%, and recently reaches 12.5%. With regard to the ratio of each evaluation element 'management of domestic resources'(34%) had the highest ratio, and 'planning of entire life and domestic welfare'(0%) had the zero ratio. Sixth, regarding the analysis on family life, it accounted for 13.3% of the total questions, and recently reaches 12.5%. With regard to the ratio of each evaluation element, 'the understanding of family and the changes in family'(23.8%) had the highest ratio, and 'marriage and the development of family'(2%) had the lowest ratio.

가정학이 학교교육의 체계를 갖추기 시작한 것은 개화사상이 전반적으로 확산된 19세기 말이다. 미국인 선교사에 의하여 시작된 가정과교육은 그 후, 대학이 설립되고, 석.박사 과정이 증설되면서 양적인 증가와 더불어 가정학의 전문성이 강회되었다. 한국의 가정학은 초기부터 여성교육에 주도적 역할을 해왔으며, 실생활에 필요한 지식을 제공하여 생활개선에 계몽적인 활동을 추구해왔다. 현재 한국의 가정학은 초기의 가정과 교육에서 분화하여 아동 및 가족학, 가정관리 및 소비자학, 식품영양학, 의류학, 주거학 그리고 가정교육학 등 6개 하위영역으로 세분화해가고 있다. 따라서 현재의 한국의 가정학은 전문적인 분화와 전체적인 통합간의 균형을 추구하고 있으며, 변화하는 미래 사회에 적합한 전문인을 양성하기 위하여 새로운 교과과정을 준비하고 있고, 가정학의 발전방향을 공동연구하고 있다. 또한 그동안 상대적으로 소극적이었던 대외활동 및 서비스를 활성화하여 함께 발전하는 가정과 사회 건설에 적극 참여하고 있다. 한국에서의 가정학 역사는 60여년에 불과하나, 짧은 역사에도 불구하고 학문적 체계를 갖추고 의미있는 성과를 거두어왔으며, 미래 사회에서는 가정학이 더욱 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 전망된다.

최근 들어 우리의 활동영역이 실외에서 실내로 점차 이동됨에 따라 실내공간의 공기 오염은 중요한 관심사가 되고 있다 실내공기오염은 주로 학교, 사무실, 공공건물, 지하공간 등에서 발생하는 것으로 조사되고 있으며, 그 위해성이 심각한 정도는 아니지만 하루 24시간 중 80% 이상을 실내에서 생활하는 사람들의 건강에 해를 미치는 것은 분명한 것으로 인식되고 있다(NRC, 1981； 김윤신, 1995). 이러한 실내공기 오염현상은 전세계적으로 빌딩 등이 밀집되어 있는 대도시에서 자주 보고되고 있으며, 국내의 경우도 1970년대 이후 대도시화와 에너지 소비가 급증함에 따라 실내공기 오염의 우려가 높아지고 있으나, 실외 대기오염에 비해 다소 소홀히 인식되고 있다. 현대 사회는 다양한 사회적 생활과 활동을 통해서 에너지를 소비하는 형태이기에 이로 인한 스트레스 등을 해결하기 위해 매운 음식을 선호하는 사람들이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 매운 음식을 섭취했을 경우, 사람의 체질에 따라 얼굴의 주요 영역에 대한 색상 변화를 측정하고 이를 비교, 분석하는 실험을 수행하였다. 이를 위해 체질감별 설문 검사지를 통해 피실험자를 체질에 따라 5명씩 구성하였으며 매운 음식을 섭취하기 전과 후의 얼굴 영상을 수집하였다. 수집된 얼굴 영상을 입력 신호로 받아 Lab 색체계를 적용하여 붉은색의 정도를 수치 값으로 표현해주는 a*값의 변화를 비교 분석하는 연구를 수행하였다.

The concept of the Independent Living (IL) movement has been affected on recent disability public policy to enhance the right of consumers with disabilities, as well as to eliminate the barriers on employment. The IL movement emphasizes the empowerment and autonomy of consumer with disabilities to achieve their rights in educational, social, and employ environment. This paper presents three vocational rehabilitation(VR) services that affect consumers with disabilities based on the values of the Independent Living movement, and recommend some practical strategies. These VR services include the collaboration projects between the VR agencies and Independent Living Centers, the intervention programs to enhance the self determination or informed choice as a consumer, and the projects to strengthen the relationship between consumers with disabilities and their service providers.
