본고에서는 테마파크내의 이용객의 안전 지원시스템인 소방·재해방지·안전·감시시스템에 대해서 소개한다. 소방·방재설비시스템에서는 소방용 설비 및 본격 소방활동 지원시스템의 개요에 대해서 소개한다. 그리고 각 시설의 방재정보를 집중 감시하는 종합 방재 정보시스템과 소방서에 의한 24시간 체제의 방화관리·운영체제 및 이용객의 안전성 확보를 위한 테마파크 특유의 쇼·라이드설비와 방재설비 관련에 대해서 소개한다. 또한, 정보·감시시스템에서는 파크전체의 정보를 감시하는 BMS(빌딩 매니지먼트 시스템), 정보통신 시스템, 안전 시스템 등에 대해서 소개한다.

In Korea, overall disaster prevention system or 119 emergency rescue system has been established to protect life and fortune of citizens. This system supports command at control operation, emergency 119 caller location indicator, automatic formation of fire troops and dispatch, and emergency management. To do this, various new information technologies such as CIS, telematics, CTI and TTS are applied to implement the system. In the future, however, it is not impossible to prevent a large scale disasters caused by world climate environment change and complication of city culture using the current system. In this paper, we propose enhancement plan for overall disaster prevention system to solve this problem.

사회가 고령화, 초핵가족화 및 재난취약계층이 늘어나면서 요구호자에 대한 고품질 맞춤형서비스가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 소방방재청의 24*365 긴급대응서비스에 IT첨단기술, 바이오 의료기술을 접목하여 언제 어디서나 고품격 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 U-119시스템 개념, 구축사례 및 발전방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

재해발생 형태가 시간과 장소에 따라 미료하게 달라지고 사고 발생시 재산피해는 극대화될 가능성이 높아짐에 따라 위험요소 감지를 위한 중앙집중적감시의 방재 시스템을 선호하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 종합 방재 시스템에서 사용하고 있는 RS232C나 RS422로는 원거리에서의 제어 및 감시가 곤란하다. 본 논문에서는 인터네트상의 WWW프로토콜인 HTTP를 사용하여 원거리에서 감시 및 제어할 수 있는 자동화 방재시스템의 통신환경을 구현하였다.

The objective of this study is to draw basic data for the application of the fire protection planning for the future plan large enclosure buildings in Korea through an analysis of its characteristics by case studies of the domestic and foreign large scale gymnasiums. In this study, domestic building codes for the fire protection are investigated and fire detection systems, fire extinguishing systems, smoke control systems and evacuation systems of three large scale gymnasiums located at Korea and eight foreign countries are compared and analyzed. The results of this study show that infrared light fire detection system and flame detector for spacial characteristics are potentially used in fire protection systems of large scale gymnasiums: dry type sprinkler and sprinkler water gun are adopted in fire detection system; and smoke accumulation system is widely utilized in smoke control system.

Recent patterns of diversification of a disaster, depending on the size of the larger trend, quick and efficient response to disaster prevention, to increase the importance and role of advanced equipment and technology of fire protection industry is becoming more, over market size 11 trillion won and 10 million workers in industries of national importance, but to exceed, As most SMEs compared to other industries are backwardness. Therefore, in this study closely the characteristics of the fire protection industry analysis, the systematization of theoretical models of the finance cooperative system considering the characteristics of fire protection industry and provider the fosterage, they will contribute to independent economic activity and industrial development for operators to use the finance cooperative system of fire protection industry.
