The purpose of this study was to analyze the school location and site planning direction for land use planning of public land development. And this research proposed the direction of small park in school. So this research present the implication on urban planning and design for architecture, park-school complex. This study perform the relationship analysis on location of school and park. The result follows as this : 1) land use planning : Location and space of park-school must be checked in advance. Schools and parks are placed together. The park is located south of the school. 2) school site planning : Small field for dynamic activity is needed in school. The character of small park in school is relationship of educational programs. 3) management : CCTV is installed at school. Bright lights are placed in school. This result will be used in decision-making-process of land use planning, public land development construction, urban design and city policy.

The purpose of this research is furnishing of basic material for acoustic planning hereafter, after understanding the acoustic merits and demerits through measuring and analyzing on room acoustic of small performance hall. As the result of the measurement, those physical evaluation indexes such as SPL, RT, EDT, $D_{50}$, $C_{80}$, RASTI have being kept the satisfiable acoustic condition for the service of performance hall. Therefore, as small performance hall is regarded as equipped with sufficient volume of sound, reverberatory feeling and diffusive feeling, it judges as an excellent performance place, also it is considered that it could be utilized as a useful material when design so similar performance hall, hereafter.

올해 3조3000억원 가량의 정책자금이 중소기업 지원에 투입된다. 중소기업청과 중소기업진흥공단은 청년층 창업 촉진과 미래성장 기업 집중 육성을 위해 올해 3조3000억원 규모의 중소기업 정책자금을 운용할 계획이라고 밝혔다. 3조3000억원의 정책자금 규모는 지난해의 3조2000억원보다 3.9% 증가된 것으로, 만 39세 이하 청년창업기업 지원을 위해 2100억원 가량이 늘어난 게 주효했다. 우선 청년층 창업에 대한 부담 완화를 위해 창업 실패 시, 심사를 통해 대출금 상환부담을 줄여주는 융자상환금조정형에 500억원이 투입된다. 또 민간매칭으로 시중은행을 통해 집행되는 민간연계형 자금 1600억원과 청년전용창업자금 등이 신설된다. 1인창조기업 특성을 반영한 특화자금으로 500억원이, 제조기반기술분야 경쟁력 강화를 위한 소공인 특화자금으로 450억원이 투입되고, 1500억원 규모로 투자와 융자의 장점을 복합시킨 투융자복합금융이 별도로 신설된다. 자세한 사항 및 정책자금 신청 희망기업은 중소기업진흥공단 홈페이지(www.sbc.or.kr) '정책자금 융자도우미'를 통해 신청요건 및 추천자금 등을 자가진단 후 신청하면 된다.

Today, as interest in the importance of urban parks increases, many citied internationally are actively creating small parks, but their maintenance systems remain ineffective. Accordingly, in this study, the limitations and problems in the operation and management of urban parks were derived by examining previous studies on overall urban park maintenance and management. Based on this, the study tried to understand the actual state of maintenance and management of small parks through data surveys and field surveys related to budget execution on case sites. Then, we sought to clarify the actual state of maintenance and management of small parks through data surveys and field surveys regarding the budget execution of case sites as a basis for research to prepare an efficient and systematic improvement plan for the maintenance management system of city parks.

No.87 Sogong-dong where is the Chosun hotel stand. There was the Nambeol-gung(south ern royal villa) which had been a reception hall for enboys of the toadied country before Hwangudan圜丘壇 being set up in the year 1897. The site of the Nambeol-gung was Gyeongjeong慶貞 princess's a lot for house in the early 15th century. But after princess's death, it occurred property dispute between her son and four daughters. As a result of the dispute, a lot and a house of all the princess's properties reverted to the government. At reverted this lot was established a big royal villa in the year 1583 and that royal villa was granted to Uian prince. The villa reverted to the government again when the Uian義安 prince was dead in 12 years old by an epidemic. After the Imjin Invasion壬辰倭亂, another houses and buildings got to be role as a palace because of all the palace in the capital was burnt down to ashes. Among others Nambeol-gung was brought into play as the royal audience chamber. As well as, the villa became brought out role as a reception hall for enboys of the toadied country instead of a damaged reception hall the Taepyong-gwan太平館. In period when the envoy didn't come, the Nambeol-gung was used to extraordinary office of government like Dogam都監. This situation is to mean that the Nambeol-gung is not the royal villa any more. Because of the Nambeol-gung was built as a royal villa, that spaces were composited like space of house and palace. But this spatial composition and spatial name were not fit to hold a ceremony of government office. After all, Nambeol-gung was used change only the spatial name conform to ceremony of office keep up the spatial composition.

Bus stops are places that a variety of things happen including waiting, meeting and taking breaks. Therefore, these locations need to be made to meet the usage demands. They should be landscaped to provide a comfortable and satisfying environment for users. At present, bus stops are made with artificial materials and are all unified in form without consideration to landscape, ecology and other characteristics. Users are exposed to the poor surroundings. However, if small urban parks, which are of vital importance as well as extremely convenient, were connected to bus stops, the results would be a quantitative increase in the leisure locations and a qualitative change in the form of improved landscape and various forms of parks. The research was carried out to determine the effects of connecting bus stops and small parks, and the results are as follows. First, small parks provide resting areas for waiting passengers and buses. Second, it provides presently insufficient rest areas with convenience facilities and makes it more comfortable to take buses and use the park. Third, it provides a multi-functional efficient use of space that functions as both bus stop and park. Fourth, it can be a symbolic landmark that can represent the color of the area by adding a cultural element. Fifth, the existing green space in the park can contribute to the natural environment of the city. This study deduced general problems surrounding bus stops on the basis of selected indices and researched bus stops which are being used as parks and the places which have the potential for such purposes, in order to suggest a plan of attack. In addition, this proposal can create a new form of space, the bus stop park, and try to create a module of cases to establish it.

This study investigated how the location of sound absorptive materials and sound diffusers affects the acoustic performance of small auditoriums. It was conducted for a standard model established with the averaged dimension of 36 auditoriums which had opened since 2000 in Daehak-ro, Seoul. In this study, the installation area of finishing materials was calculated upon a back wall which had the smallest installation effective area of finishing materials. To analyze the changes of acoustic performance according to installation location of finishing materials, experiments were carried out using the 1/10 down scale models for 8 cases which were made by classifying the installation location of ceiling and side wall into the front, middle and rear part.The used acoustic parameters were reverberation time (RT), early decay time (EDT), clarity (C80), definition (D50) and speech transmission index (STI). In result, the index related to the amount of reverberant sound (RT, EDT) showed the great changes when evaluating it through just noticeable difference (JND), but the one related to clarity (C80, D50, STI) hardly indicated the changes. In case to obtain short reverberation time, it was most effective to control reverberation time through the side walls when installing sound absorptive and diffusive materials, and side wall front was the location which could get the shortest reverberation time.
