VLSI 설계 생산성의 향상을 위하여 여러 대학 및 연구소, 기업체들은 다양한 종류의 CAD 툴을 사용하고 있다 각 단체에서 CAD 툴을 사용하기 위해서는 CAD 툴을 설치한 후. 사용자가 직접 라이센스 파일의 위치를 환경변수에 설정하거나, 라이센스 서비스 데몬이 실행되어 있는 컴퓨터의 포트번호와 서버의 이름을 관리자에게 요청하여 환경변수를 직접 설정해주어야 하는 번거로움이 발생한다. 또한, 라이센스의 관리 및 어떤 CAD 툴이 사용 가능한지 확인이 어렵다 본 논문에서는 네트워크 상의 라이센스 서버로부터 vlf요한 라이센스 정보를 찾고, 환경변수를 설정하는 라이센스 처리과정을 보다 효율적으로 하기 위해, 네트워크 상의 서비스 발견과 이용을 쉴게 해주는 Jini를 사용하여 라이센스를 공유하는 방식을 제안한다.

클러스터 기반의 계층적 트리 구조는 대형화가 용이하면서 라우팅 프로토콜이 단순하다는 점에서 장점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 무선 센스 네트워크에서 클러스터 트리 네트워크 관리를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 방안과 라우팅 프로토콜의 데이터 모음과 지연에 대해 분석한다. 수치 해석의 결과에서 보면 중간 노드에서의 데이터 모음을 통한 통신 메시지 수를 줄임으로 센스 노드의 에너지를 크게 절약할 수 있지만, 이에 따른 메시지 전달 지연이 커짐을 알 수 있었다.

최근 인터넷 사용의 증가라 네트워크 통신 속도의 향상으로 인하여, 인터넷을 통한 대용량의 데이터의 전송이 활발하게 이용되고 있다. 이로 인하여 공공기판 및 교육기관, 기업 등에서 사용되고 있는 소프트웨어 중 정식적인 라이센스를 구입하지 않고 사용자들이 개인적으로 인터넷을 통해 불법적으로 다운받아 설치하여 사용하는 사례가 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 조직에서 효과적으로 소프트웨어 사용량을 파악하고 사용을 통제함으로써 불법소프트웨어의 사용을 줄일 수 있는 방법으로 지능형 에이전트와 네트워크 통제 방식을 연동한 라이센스 통제 기법을 제안한다.

In this paper, we have implemented a ubiquitous healthcare system that can measure and check the blood pressure of human in anytime and anywhere. The implemented prototype are composed of blood pressure measurement terminal, data gathering base node, and medial information server. The implemented node constructs a sensor network using the Zigbee protocol and is ported the TinyOS. The data gathering base node is linux-based node that can transfer a sensed medial data through wireless LAN. And, the medical information server stores the processed medical data and can promptly notify the urgent status to the connected medical team. Through experiment, we confirmed the possibility of ubiquitous healthcare system based on sensor network using the Zigbee.

Digital home devices aims at providing the multimedia service which is not limited at time and space in home network environment. However, it is incapable of the fair use of consumers who legally buys contents, and causes damage to the contents providers owing to the indiscriminate distribution and use of illegal contents. DRM system appeared to solve this problem cannot protect the license stored on digital home devices and manage license by redistribution. This paper proposes a license audit model which makes an inspection of illegal access, modification and redistribution and reports alert logs to server.

기업에서 사용하고 있는 업무 및 개발용 컴퓨터상에 비인가 불법 소프트웨어를 무단히 설치하여 불법적으로 사용하는 것은 컴퓨터에서 발생하는 각종 오류의 원인이 되고 있으며 또한 해당 소프트웨어에 대한 저작권 침해를 발생시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 네트워크를 통해 사내 여러 PC에서 설치 및 운영되는 소프트웨어들을 관리해주는 사내 소프트웨어 자산관리 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템에서는 사내 중앙 서버에 데이터베이스를 두어 보유하고 있는 각종 소프트웨어에 대한 라이센스를 관리한다. 사내 각 PC에서는 소프트웨어들에 대한 사용시 서버에게 사용허가 요청을 하게 되며 서버는 라이센스 수 초과여부, 컴퓨터 동시 사용 대수 제한, 사용 기간 제한 등의 설정확인을 통해 사용허가 요청에 응답하게 된다. 이러한 사용허가는 각 소프트웨어의 설치시뿐만 아니라 사용시에도 이루어져서 라이센스 유효기간의 경과 및 정책변경에 따라 신속하게 반영, 관리되어질 수 있다.

Because the meteorological observation towers are scattered over large area, the collected meteorological data are very sparse. Therefore, the need for data collection on the limited urban areas like a specific building or subway area brings about vest cost which is required to install the corresponding sensors on the areas. Recently, to overcome this problem, the sensor network technique comes to the fore. This paper studies an application to service the meteorological map using mobile phone sensors.

홍콩은 3G MVNO를 제도적으로 도입한 대표적인 사례이다. 홍콩의 규제당국 OFTA는 3G MNO에게 네트워크 용량의 30%에 대해 개방을 의무화하였고, 3G MVNO에게 강력한 권리를 부여하는 라이센스를 발급하였다. 이로써 MVNO 사업자에게 3G 주파수를 보유하지 않고서도 3G 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기회가 제공되었다. 흥콩의 규제당국은 3G MVNO제도를 도입함으로써 3G 시장의 조기정착, 통신시장의 경쟁활성화, 소비자 혜택의 증대를 기대하였다. 우리나라는 2.3GHz Wibro(휴대인터넷) 라이센스에 네트워크 용량의 30%를 MVNO에 개방해야 한다는 도입근거를 마련함으로써 Wibro 시장의 MVNO제도가 주요 이슈가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 홍콩의 3G MVNO제도 도입과정과 제도적 특성을 분석함으로써 국내 Wibro 시장의 MVNO제도 도입에 참고가 될 수 있는 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

P2P 네트워크의 발달과 DRM 기술의 발전에 힘입어 지적 재산권 소유자와 P2P 네트워크 사용자들에게 있어 P2P를 기반으로 하는 DRM에 대한 발전이 크게 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 pure P2P를 기반으로 하는 DRM 시스템의 설계에 대해 제안한다. 이를 위해 기존에 제안되었던 P2P를 기반으로 하는 DRM 시스템과 라이센스 관리 기법들에 대해서도 아울러 설명함으로써 P2P를 기반으로 하는 DRM 시스템 모델과 효율적인 라이센스 관리 기법을 제시한다.

A hierarchical tree structure of clusters has advantages for the network design due to its scalability and simple routing protocol. In this paper, the cluster tree routing protocol is studied for the wireless sensor network. From the numerical analysis results, the data aggregation in the intermediate nodes reduces the number of communication message and saves the energy of sensor nodes, but it may result in increased data traffic latency. And also the selection of cluster head can increase the relaying hops very high.
