Pressure Control of Hydraulic Pump using SR Drive with Pressure Predict and Direct Torque Control Method (압력예측기법과 직접순시토크제어기법을 통한 유압펌프용 SRM의 압력제어구동)

  • Pressure control of hydraulic pump using SRM with pressure predictor and direct torque control method is presented in this paper. Nowadays, high efficiency and high performance motor drive is much interested in hydraulic pump system. But the hydraulic pump system has an inherent defect that its dynamic behavior causes by interaction between the sensor and hydraulic load. It will make low performance of whole system, even unstable and oscillatory. Proposed system integrates pressure predictor and direct instantaneous torque control (DITC). The pressure predictor includes Smith predictor, which is easy to improve unstable or long oscillation in traditional negative feedback control and popular PID control architectures. And DITC method can reduce inherent torque ripple of SRM, and develop smooth torque to load, which can increase stability and improve the torque response of SR drive. So high dynamic performance and stabilization can achieved proposed hydraulic system. At last, the proposed hydraulic system is verified by simulation and experimental results.

  • In this paper, a motor parameter identification system has been implemented to improve the performance of the position sensorless stroke controller for linear compressors. In order to control the cooling capability of a refrigerator or an air conditioner in which linear compressors are applied, the piston speed should be controlled. The piston speed control can be obtained by adjusting the frequency or the stroke of linear motors. The dynamic performance of linear compressors depends on how accurately the stroke or the piston amplitude is estimated. The merits and demerits of Constant method and PIM (Parameter Identification Method) concerning the needed memory space and the stroke error are discussed and verified via some experimental studies.

  • Drone technology has been used in various fields including personal hobby, pesticide application and shipping etc. However, only few drone technologies are used in restricted fields such as transportation of alimony goods and utilization of video because of the limited utilization aspect of disaster management field. Especially, disaster specialists' the lack of understanding of the drones seems to increase the difficulty of activating drone technology in disaster management. The theme of the thesis aims to share outline of drones' control method and education plan. This project also analysis the reasons why drone has not been used in disaster management with the fact that drone can be a vital part of emergency management. We propose improved application plan to use drone technology and future development direction in disaster management by deriving problems in terms of institutional aspects(regulation and education) and sensor-based application problems camera, thermal camera, infrared sensor, RFID.

  • It is important to collect reliable measured data for proper bridge health monitoring. However, in reality incomplete and unreliable data may be acquired due to sensor problems and environmental effects. In case of sensor malfunction, parts of measured data are missing and thus health monitoring cannot be carried out reliably. Due to environmental effects such as temperature variation, dynamic characteristics of natural frequencies may change as if the structure is damaged. The paper proposes a systematic procedure of data processing and data analysis for reliable structural health monitoring. Also, it applies the Mahalanobis distance as a health index computed statistically using revised data. The proposed procedure has been examined using numerically simulated data from a truss structure and then applied to a set of field data measured from Seohae cable-stayed bridge.

  • Interest in reducing standby power is increasing because of electric power shortages. Most of electric equipment are in standby state that does not use a function of the original, most electronic devices consume a lot of electric power even in standby mode. In many countries, research on the smart plug is advanced in order to prevent power consumption due to standby state. However, due to the nature of the function, expensive in many case. These smart plugs would be to cut the standby power using motion detecting sensor or pattern control of the user. Theses features have no advantages because of malfunction of motion detecting sensor and in accordance with the diversification ot user's pattern. In this study, developing a multi-smart plug system that linked with bluetooth function of user's smart phone. Using smart phone bluetooth function, determination of the position of the user. The suggestion smart plug cutting the standby power of the electronic apparatus. It was confirmed that it is able to reduce the power consumption according to the location of the user.

  • In a long-span bridge, the cables are important elements that support the load of the bridge. Accordingly, the cable tension is a very important variable in evaluating the health and safety of the bridge. The most popular methods of estimating the cable tensions are the direct method, which directly measures the cable stresses using load cells, hydraulic jacking devices, etc., and the vibration method, which inverses the tensions using the cable shapes and the measured dynamic characteristics. Studies on the use of the electromagnetic (EM) sensor, which detects the magnetic field variations caused by the change in the stress of the steel in the cable, are increasing. In this study, the lift-off test, the EM sensor, and the vibration method (Vision-based System and Accelerometer) were used to measure cable tension, and their results were compared and analyzed.

초고속 터보 분자펌프의 자기부상 회전 특성 해석

  • 반도체 및 디스플레이 공정등에서 고진공 및 급 배기 환경을 제공하기 위하여 사용되는 터보분자펌프 (Turbomolecular Pump, TMP)는 다층의 회전깃을 갖는 로터를 회전시켜 분자를 배출시키는 방식을 사용하는 진공펌프이다. 또한 최근에는 디스플레이 및 반도체 공정에서 높은 진공도뿐만 아니라, 높은 배기속도를 요구하는 추세에 따라, 터보 펌프와 드래그 펌프부분을 동시에 가지고 있어 상대적으로 작동 진공도 영역이 넓은 복합 분자펌프(Compound Turbomolecular Pump, CMP)의 활용도가 넓어지고 있다. 이러한 분자펌프가 장시간의 고속회전에 적합하고, 베어링에서의 오염을 없앨 수 있는 비접촉 방식인 자기부상 방식이 주로 적용된다. 자기베어링 시스템은 하드웨어와 소프트웨어로 나누어질 수 있는데, 하드웨어는 회전하게 되는 블레이드 로터 및 자기베어링 로터, 모터 로터 등이 포함된 축과 고정되어 있는 자기베어링 코어와 코일, 변위센서 등의 펌프 하우징 부분, 또한 이를 제어하기 위한 전력 증폭 시스템 등의 기전적인 요소들이 이루어져 있다. 소프트웨어라 할 수 있는 제어시스템에 있어서 자기 베어링이 불안정한 특성을 갖는 개루프계를 갖고 있으므로 안정화를 위한 능동제어 시스템이 필수적이며 진동제어 등의 기능을 갖도록 적용된다. 따라서 이러한 복합분자펌프의 성능은 이러한 시스템을 구성하는 개별 요소의 성능과 이를 통합한 제어시스템의 성능이 결정한다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 개발중인 2,500 l/s급의 자기부상형 고진공 복합분자펌프의 시작품에 대하여 고속회전의 안정성에 대한 연구를 수행한 내용을 보고하고 있다. 디지털 제어시스템을 적용한 시작품의 최대 26,000 rpm까지의 고속회전시의 회전 응답 및 진동 특성을 측정 분석하였으며, 로터의 고유진동수 및 진동 모우드를 분석하였다. 또한 연속 작동시의 발열특성과 각 부분의 온도와 회전 안정성과의 관계를 평가하였다.

Electrical properties of 0.05pb($Sn_{0.5}Sb_{0.5}O_3-xPbTiO_3-yPbZrO_3$ PZT System With variation Of PT/PZ (0.05pb($Sn_{0.5}Sb_{0.5}O_3-xPbTiO_3-yPbZrO_3$계에서 PT/PZ비 변화에 따른 전기적 특성)

  • The effects of PT/PZ ratio variations in a modified PZT system on crystal structure and electrical properties were studied. $0.05Pb(Sn_{0.5}Sb_{0.5})O_3+xPbTiO_3+yPbZrO_3$+0.4Wt% $MnO_2$(=0.55PSS+0.11PT+0.84PZ+0.4wt%$MnO_2$ ; x+y=0.95) systems with variations of PT/PZ from 0.50/0.45 to 0.l1/0.84 were sintered at $1250^{\circ}C$ for 2 hr, and then sintering density, crystal structure, dielctric, piezoelectric, pyroelectic and voltage responsity to infrared were investigated. Sintering density was increased from 7.52g/$\textrm {cm}^3$ to 7.82g/$\textrm {cm}^3$ with increasing PZ content. Dielectric constants at 1 KHz were decreased from 1147 to 193 with variation of PT/PZ from 0.50/0.45 to 0.l1/0.84 after poling of $4 KV_{DC}$/mm at $140^{\circ}C$ for 20 minutes. All Dielectric losses at 1 KHz were less than 1 % in all specimens. $K_{p}$ was increased near to 1 of PT/PZ, and maximun value of 48.2 % was .at 0.45/0.50. Pyroelectric coefficient of PT/PZ with 0.l1/0.84 was maximun value, 0.0541 C/$\m^2$K, and voltage responsity to infrared was 1.5 V.

  • The structural modification to install a heavy sensor was made at the front extremities of the foreign-produced helicopter operated in the Korea Navy Mounting the sensor directly to the nose structure is unlikely to be practical because it lowers a dynamic mode of the airframe close to rotor blade passing frequencies, leading to increased helicopter vibration. Unfortunately we have no information on dynamic characteristics of the imported helicopter. So the experimental modal model derived from shake testing on the overall airframe of a working helicopter was used to solve the sensor Installation problems. The sensitivity analysis was done to evaluate what the best of modification woo)d be. Simple ID model and experimental modal data for mount system with sensor were Incorporated into overall dynamic model to assess the effects of the sensor installation on helicopter. Modal testing for the modified helicopter shows that the airframe modes are sufficiently displaced from rotor passing frequencies. The mount system has been proven fight to be sufficiently stable to meet vibration-level requirement for all required operational profiles.

  • 지상, 항공 및 우주를 이동하는 모든 물체는 반드시 자신의 자세를 결정하기 위해서 여러 가지 센서들을 장착하여 그 신호를 이용해서 자동 항법, 유도 및 제어를 수행한다. 이때, 동역학 특성이 빠른 시스템들은 반드시 각속도를 측정할 수 있어야 하는데 이를 해결하는 장비가 자이로인 것이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 자이로를 소개하며 그 원리와 성능 그리고 적용 분야에 이르기까지 현황을 집중 분석하고 특히 세계적인 자이로 개발업체를 소개하면서 그 업체가 보유하고 있는 제품들을 일부 소개한다. 자이로는 초창기 김벌 시스템을 이용한 관성원리를 적용한 것부터 시작하여 현재는 광학 시스템을 적용한 RLG 및 FOG 자이로가 많은 분야에서 사용되고 있고, 최근 새롭게 부각되어 개발을 시작하고 있는 MEMS 자이로가 있는데 아직 우주 비행체 분야에서는 적용되지 못하고 있다. 그리고, 자이로의 큰 범주로 다루어지지는 않지만 자기력을 이용해서 회전체인 로터와 고정체인 플랫폼 사이에 기계식 접촉이 전혀 없는 새로운 시스템인 ESG 자이로도 일부 상용으로 생산되고 있다. 현재까지는 기계식 자이로의 정밀도 및 안정성이 광학식 자이로보다 우수하여 많이 사용되고 있지만 최근의 개발 추세로 보면 곧 광학식 자이로의 강세가 두드러질 것으로 보인다.
