반작용휠 기반 자세제어기의 임무기간 동안의 성능 변화 분석

  • 저궤도 위성에 사용된 반작용휠을 이용한 자세제어 로직의 임무기간 동안의 성능 변화 양상을 분석하였다. 분석에 사용한 저궤도 위성은 임무기간 3년에 고도 685km의 태양 동기 궤도이며 자세제어 센서로 별 추적기 2개를 사용하였고, 구동기로 반작용 휠 4개를 사용하였다. 시간에 따른 성능 감소 경향성을 분석하기 위해 2006년 8월부터 2009년 9월까지 원격측정 데이터를 분석하여 반작용휠을 이용한 자세제어기의 기동시의 기동각에 따른 수렴시간 분석을 수행하였다. 임무 초기에 수행한 기동 수렴시각과 임무 종료 시점 근처에서 수행한 기동 수렴 시각을 비교한 결과 여전히 초기와 유사한 성능을 보이고 있음을 확인하였다.

A Study on the Contact Seam Tracking Sensor by Using Strain Gauges (스트레인 게이지를 이용한 접촉식 용접선 추적 센서에 관한 연구)

  • There are many kinds of seam trackers in the industrial welding field. We are proposed the contact seam tracking sensor applying strain gauges kind of contact sensor that mostly used in welding part now. For this seam tracking experiment, we made the strain gauges sensor by ourselves and tested how well the sensor tracks the seam. The experiment device consist of strain gauges sensor, amplifier circuit of strain gauges signal, saw wave generator, MOSFET power diving circuit and X-Y slide by moved DC motor. The tracking areas are X-Y planes(left, right, up and down) and the change of strain gauge resistance causes to move DC motor that connected to X-Y slide. As a result of experiment, we confirmed that the strain gauges sensor tracks a seam well, and X-Y slide DC motor was controlled by PWM control.

  • The products using blowers include hand dryers, automatic car washers, dryers, and vacuum cleaners. The features of these products require a structure and control algorithm so that a strong wind is blown out at the moment. Electric motors according to the existing excitation method include a direct winding type, a decentralized type, a lottery type, and a permanent magnet type. Conventional electric motors have a disadvantage when the starting current is large during high-speed rotation and the number of rotations is irregular. In order to improve this, research on high-speed BLDC motor control has designed 800W-class high-speed BLDC motor control and circuit through driving circuit design, sensorless control algorithm, simulation, experiment, etc., and more than 95% high efficiency evaluation method of driving performance of controller, prototype experiments and verification were studied.

  • Biophotonics is an emerging area in a fusion of biology and photonics, especially in advanced bioimaging, optical biosensors, photomodulation, and biochip optical read-out, and optical manipulation. This emerging area also creates many opportunities for interdisciplinary study of biology and photonics. Micro-Electro-Mechanical-System(MEMS) is an attractive technology in miniaturizing sensors and actuactors. For last decade, it has contributed to the development for active and passive small and integrated optical components in optical communication. Recently, this technology is also merging into biology for high sensitive biosensing and high resolution and fast bioimaging in small form factor. In this talk, some key advantages of small optical components and recent biophotonic MEMS achievement will be discussed for miniaturized advanced biophotonic systems.

  • In this paper, we designed and implemented mobile object automatic system based on senor networks for telematics. For developing this system, we gather the various sensing data through wireless communication method using zigbee sensor networks and analyze them in monitoring equipment. And we enable the driver to recognize the car state information on the whole by interfacing analyzed data to telematics unit. And, we implemented automatic controller that can control temperature and humidity in car automatically by actuating air conditioner based on the data that was monitored throughout temperature sensor, humidity sensor and brightness sensor based on sensor networks.

  • In order to detect damage in early stages and properly maintaining structures, the structural health monitoring technology is employed. In most cases, active-sensing SHM needs many piezoelectric (PZT) sensors and actuators. Thus, if there is a defect on PZT used for active-sensing SHM, the structural status could be misclassified. This study, for reliable SHM performance, investigated to detect defects of sensors by using the admittance-based sensor diagnostics. This study also introduced an algorithm that can diagnose sensor defects based only on data measured from the sensors in case that information about the changes in adhesive and environmental investigation, this study confirms that the proposed algorithm could be efficiently applied to real-world structures in which a significant temperature variation could take place.

A DSP-based Controller for a Small Humanoid Robot (DSP를 사용한 소형 인간형 로봇의 제어기)

  • Biped walking is the main feature of a humanoid robot. In a biped walking robot, there are many actuators to be controlled and many sensors to be interfaced. In this paper, we propose a DSP-based controller for a miniature biped walking robot with 21 RC servo motors. The proposed controller has a hierarchical structure; a host PC, a DSP-based main controller, and an auxiliary controller with an FPGA chip. The host PC generates and transmits the robot walking data for given walking parameters such as stride, walking period, etc. The main controller implemented with a TMS320LF2407A controls 21 RC servo motors via the auxiliary controller. We also perform some experiments for balancing motion and walking on a slope terrain with interfacing a 2-axis acceleration sensor and a TMS320LF2407A.

  • 본 논문에서는 7.5kW급 저속 전기자동차용 전력변환 장치인 인버터 제어기 모듈의 설계 결과를 설명한다. 본 설계의 인버터가 차량용 부품임을 감안하여 그 설계의 관점을 고출력, 고효율, 고밀도와 신뢰성 확보에 두고 있다. 이를 위해 제어기로는 고성능의 TI사 TMS28335 DSP를 기반으로 설계하였고, 동력용 모터 구동에 적합한 고출력, 고효율 특성을 가진 PMSM을 적용하였으며, 정밀 위치센서에 의한 공간벡터제어 알고리즘 및 인버터 제어기를 개발하였다. 본 기술개발에 적합한 형태로 전력용 고효율 모듈을 구성하여 사용하였으며, 방열특성과 고밀도 실현을 고려한 Power Stack 설계를 적용하였다. 또한 본 기술개발을 통하여 개발된 인버터드라이버가 저속전기자동차의 구동에 적합함을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 다축의 모터 동력을 필요로 하는 전기자동차에 있어서 각 모터를 구동시키기 위한 모터제어기를 개발하고자 한다. 20kW급 IPMSM 모터를 구동하기 위해서 32비트 고성능 DSP 프로세서로 벡터제어 알고리즘을 적용하고, 모터의 회전 정보와 위치 정보를 얻기 위하여 레졸버 위치센서를 적용하였으며, 냉각성능을 높이기 위하여 수냉식으로 IGBT를 직접 냉각시켜 방열하는 구조로 설계하였다. 제안된 제어기의 특성을 얻기 위하여 MATLAB 시뮬레이션을 수행하였고, 시제품을 제작하여 유용성을 검증하였다.

  • This study was how to control the mass flow controller in gas supplying system. The flow controller consists of piezoelectric material and sensor with heating wire. It is difficult to obtain accurate model, because MFC was composed of many parts, and the relationship between input and output of controller is nonlinear. The model for control was obtained by time constant and DC gain Based on this model, PID controller was applied to flow controller using DSP board. Also, the results were compared to controller using system identification.
