소형제트엔진연료펌프의 무선제어방식을 적용한 임베디드시스템 고안 (Design of Embedded System with Radio Control Method for Small Jet Engine Fuel Pump)

  • 소형제트엔진은 주로 연구, 실험, 교육 등의 목적으로 사용되고 있다. 이러한 소형제트엔진은 고도가 높고 고속으로 비행하는 드론에 추력 발생 장치로서의 중요한 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 그러나 엔진의 실질적인 활용을 위해서는 기존의 유선으로 구성된 컨트롤러를 무선으로 제어할 수 있는 방식으로 재구성하는 것이 필요하다. 이 중에서도 연료펌프의 무선제어시스템이 우선적으로 개발되어야만 다른 부분에 대한 무선제어개발이 가능해질 것이다. 본 논문에서는 소형 제트 엔진의 연료 펌프를 무선으로 제어할 수 있는 방식을 적용한 임베디드 시스템의 구성과 방식에 대해 제안하고 있다.

허리관절가동기법이 만성요통환자의 균형과 요통 기능장애 지수에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Spine Mobilization Technique on Balance and the Low Back Pain Disability Index of Patients with Chronic Back Pain)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of waist mobilization technique intervention for patients with chronic back pain on balance and the low back pain disability index. Methods : The subjects were 30 patients with chronic back pain. They were sampled and divided into a manual therapy group and a spinal decompression group. 15 subjects were randomly assigned to each group. Each training in this study participated for 6 weeks, 5 times a week, once a day, 15 minutes a day. Balance ability was measured with a balance analyzer, and the low back pain disability index was measured using the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI). Results : In the balance abilities, there was a significant difference in the manual therapy group compared to the spinal decompression group. In the low back pain disability index, there was a significant difference in the manual therapy group compared to the spinal decompression group. Conclusion : The analysis results of the effect of 6 weeks of waist mobilization technique intervention on the balance and low back pain disability index for patients with chronic back pain revealed that the manual therapy is more effective for static and dynamic balance ability and the low back pain disability index. In the future, we can promote independent life skills and expect a rapid recovery of patients with chronic back pain. Based on this study, further studies are needed on the effects of balance, the mechanical properties of muscle, and the low back pain disability index depending on various manual therapy techniques.

  • 기존의 제설작업은 인력에 의존하여 시간과 비용이 많이 소요되고, 작업 중 발생할 수 있는 안전사고의 위험성이 존재한다. 본 논문은 제설작업의 효율성과 안전성 그리고 신속성을 높이기 위해 임베디드시스템을 활용한 드론용 제설장치의 설계에 대해 다루고 있다. 임베디드시스템은 RF모듈을 구성하고 무선으로 제어조종이 가능하도록 고안하였다. 드론에 장착되는 제설장치의 임베디드시스템으로는 아두이노메가2560을 채택하였다. 아두이노메가2560은 제설장치의 제어에 필요한 실시간 데이터수집, 처리, 응답을 처리와 RF모듈에서 오는 데이터에 대한 연산 및 제어 수행을 할 수 있다. 제설장치를 장착한 드론은 기존의 제설작업보다 안전하고 신속하게 수행될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본고는 십성당 엄흔의 시세계를 살펴보는 데 목적을 두었다. 본고가 특히 주목한 점은 엄흔의 현실인식과 이를 바탕으로 지향한 삶의 태도이다. 엄흔은 당대의 현실을 부정(不正)한 것으로 인식하였다. 이는 훈구파에 의해 독점되는 세계로서 시비곡직(是非曲直)을 가리느라 시끄러운 세상, 풍랑 이는 바다, '풍상(風霜)'과 '루의(?蟻)' '구탁조(求啄鳥)' 등에 의해 오동나무가 말라 죽은 태평스럽지 못한 세상이었다. 엄흔은 이러한 부정(不正)의 현실 속에서 고사(高士)와 같이 명철보신하는 출처(出處)를 택하지 않았다. 그가 지향한 삶의 태도는 부정(不正)의 현실을 외면하지 않고 그러한 현실 속에서 자신의 재능을 갖추고 세한(歲寒)의 절조를 지키며 세상을 구제하는 것이었다. 엄흔이 구름이 모이면 사라지고 구름이 걷히면 나타나는 달을 비판하고 세한에도 푸르름을 잃지 않는 경초(勁草)(굳세고 질긴 풀)와 푸르름과 하늘을 찌를 우뚝함을 갖춘 정원의 소나무(정송(庭松))를 찬미한 것은, 바로 경초(勁草)와 정송(庭松)과 같은 삶을 살아가겠다는 엄흔의 삶의 지향이었던 것이다.

경두개 직류자극을 결합한 목 안정화 운동이 경추성두통환자의 근육특성과 기능에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Neck Stabilizing Exercise Combined with Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation on Muscle Characteristics and Function in Patients with Cervicogenic Headache)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide an effective method of exercise therapy for patients with cervicogenic headache. Methods: The subjects were divided into the following three groups according to the intervention received: cervix-stabilizing exercise (n=12, group 1), transcranial direct current stimulation (n=12, group 2), and cervix-stabilizing exercise combined with transcranial direct current stimulation (n=12, group 3). The intragroup and intergroup differences in muscle characteristics and neck disability index were compared and analyzed. Results: The comparison and analysis of the changes in muscle tone and post hoc analysis revealed statistically significant intragroup decreases in the upper trapezius and suboccipitals in groups I and III, and statistically significant intergroup differences in the upper trapezius, with greater changes in group III than in group II, and in the suboccipitals, with greater changes in groupIII than in groups Iand II. The comparison and analysis of the change in muscle stiffness and post hoc analysis revealed a statistically significanti ntra group decrease in the upper trapezius in group Iand suboccipitals in group III, and a statistically significant intergroup difference in both muscles, with greater change in group III than in group II. The comparison and analysis of change in neck disability index and post hoc analysis revealed a statistically significant intragroup decrease in all the three groups and a statistically significant intergroup difference, with greater change in group III than in groups I and II. Conclusion: The neck-stabilizing exercise and transcranial direct current stimulation were shown to be effective in decreasing the tone of the cervical muscles by stabilizing the cervical bone and improving muscle durability, and in improving the movement and limitation of joint range of motion by decreasing muscle tone and stiffness.

불안정한 지지면에서 과제운동이 뇌졸중 환자의 팔과 다리의 불수의적 움직임과 균형에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Dual-Task Exercise on an Unstable Surface on Involuntary Arm and Leg Movement and Balance in Stroke Patients)

  • PURPOSE: This study aimed to analyze the effects of task exercise on an unstable surface on the involuntary arm and leg movement and balance in stroke patients. METHODS: 20 stroke patients were clinically sampled and randomly assigned to two groups of 10 patients each. Experimental group I received task exercise intervention on an unstable surface and experimental group II received task exercise intervention. The interventions were carried out 3 times a week for 4 weeks (30 minutes per session). The global synkinesis (GS) and Berg Balance Scale (BBS) of the patients were evaluated as pre-tests prior to intervention, and then the post-tests were re-measured in the same manner as the pre-tests after a 4-week intervention period. RESULTS: In the experimental group I, there were statistically significant differences in the changes in the arm and leg GS (p < .01) and in the BBS (p < .05). On the other hand, in the experimental group II, there were statistically significant differences in the changes only in the arm GS (p < .01) and in the BBS (p < .05). Also, in the comparison of the changes between the two groups, there was a statistically significant difference in the changes in the leg GS only (p < .05). CONCLUSION: In the experimental group I, the arm and leg GS were statistically significantly reduced, but the balance ability was statistically significantly improved. The reason was that in the experimental group I, similar movements of the paralyzed arm were promoted due to the double-task exercise on the unstable surface, and sensory feedback and posture strategies were well utilized in the legs, which was found to be effective in reducing the GS and improving the balance ability. Therefore, based on these results, the double-task exercise on an unstable surface should be fully utilized for the rapid rehabilitation of stroke patients.

비침습적 전기자극과 결합한 몸통 안정화 운동이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 및 낙상 효능감에 미치는 영향 (Effects of noninvasive electrical stimulation combined trunk stabilization exercise on balance and fall risk in stroke patients)

  • Background: This study aimed to investigate the effects of noninvasive electrical stimulation combined with trunk stabilization exercise on balance and fall risk in patients with stroke. Methods: Twenty-two patients with stroke were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into experimental and control groups, each with 11 patients. noninvasive electrical stimulation combined with trunk stabilization training was applied to the experimental group, and sham noninvasive electrical stimulation combined with trunk stabilization training, to the control group. Both groups were treated for 6 weeks, five times a week for 30 min each time; the balance and fall risk of patients with stroke were measured before and after treatment, and the changes in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The experimental group's left and right weight-bearing indices (affect and non-affect sides) and the front and rear weight-bearing indices, were significantly improved (p<.05, p<.001). when the changes in balance ability between groups were compared before and after treatment. The total fall efficacy score in the experimental group was substantially lower than that in the control group when the changes in fall efficacy score were compared between groups following treatment (p<.001). Conclusion: The improvement in balance and fall risk in patients with stroke can be attributed to using noninvasive electrical stimulation in combination with trunk stabilization training. This clinically helpful treatment method for patients with stroke warrants further promotion and implementation in the clinic.

  • PURPOSE: This study examined the effectiveness of task gait exercise combined with self-observation training to provide basic clinical data by analyzing the factors that task gait exercise combined with self-observation training has on the leg muscle activity and gait improvement in stroke patients. METHODS: The subjects were assigned randomly to experimental Group I, which mediated task gait exercise combined with self-observation training, and experimental Group II, which mediated task-walking movement. They received 30-minute interventions three times a week for four weeks. The leg muscle activity and 10 m walking test (10MWT) were conducted as pre-intervention tests, and they underwent a post-test four weeks later in the same manner as the pre-test. RESULTS: A statistically significant difference was observed in all muscles and 10MWT (p < .01) in experimental group I (p < .05), while there were significant differences only in the rectus femoris, biceps femoris, and 10MWT (p < .05). In a comparison of the changes between groups, there were statistically significant differences only in the tibialis anterior, soleus muscle, and 10MWT (p < .05). CONCLUSION: Self-observation training in experimental group I was effective in increasing the leg muscle activity and improving walking speed by discovering and correcting incorrect movements and following a normal gait pattern using the ankle joint. Therefore, the task gait exercise combined with self-observation training should be introduced and actively utilized for the rapid social recovery of stroke patients.

로봇보조 보행훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 운동학적 요인에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Robot Assisted Gait Training on Kinematic Factors of the Stroke Patients)

  • Purpose : The goal of this study is to examine the effect of robot assisted gait training (RAGT) on the kinematic factors (temporospatial gait parameters, gait cycle ratio, and gait line length) of gait in stroke patients. Methods : The subjects of this study were 24 stroke patients selected by inclusion criteria. Participants were randomly allocated to two groups: robot assisted gait training (n=11) and general neurological physical therapy group (n=11). In the robot-assisted gait training group, robot-assisted gait training was mediated for 30 minutes a day in addition to general neurological physical therapy. The general neurological physical therapy group was mediated by general neurological physical therapy for 30 minutes a day in addition to general neurological physical therapy. The number of interventions was 5 times a week for 5 weeks. In order to compare the kinematic factors of walking between the two groups, gait analysis was performed before and after 5 weeks of training using the Zebris gait analysis system. Results : As a result of the gait analysis of the two groups, there were significant differences in temporospatial gait variables (step length, stride length, step width, step time, stride time), gait cycle ratio (swing phase, stance phase) and gait line length. However, there was no significant difference in the cadence (temporospatial gait parameters) in the robot assisted gait training group compared to general neurological physical therapy group. Conclusion : It is considered to be a useful treatment for stroke patients to promote the recovery of gait function in stroke patients. Based on the results of this study, continuous robot assisted gait training treatment is considered to have a positive effect on gait ability, the goal of stroke rehabilitation. In the future, additional studies should be conducted on many subjects of stroke patients, the kinematic factors of the legs according to the severity of stroke and treatment period, and the effect of gait training.

  • PURPOSE: This study assessed the influence of bilateral coordination exercises on unstable support surfaces on leg muscle activation and balance in stroke patients. METHODS: Two groups were recruited for comparison: an experimental group of 10 individuals who performed bilateral coordination exercises on unstable surfaces and a control group of 10 individuals who performed the same exercises on stable surfaces. All participants were assigned randomly. Pre-tests were conducted to measure the leg muscle activation and balance levels of the participants prior to the experiment. The intervention was comprised of three 30-minute weekly sessions for four weeks, followed by a post-test after the four-week period. RESULTS: Significant differences were identified within the experimental group in relation to all muscles (p < .01) and balance (p < .05). Within the control group, significant differences were identified in relation to the rectus femoris muscle, biceps femoris muscle, and balance (p < .05). Significant differences between the two groups were only observed in relation to the tibialis anterior and soleus muscles (p < .05). CONCLUSION: Only the tibialis anterior and soleus muscles showed significant differences between the two groups. This effectiveness may be attributed to using an ankle strategy to maintain body balance during exercise on unstable surfaces.
