지난 8월 21일, 부동산 관련 세제 완화안이 발표됐다. 하지만 발표된 내용만으로는 시장을 만족시키지 못해 세제 추가 완화가 예상되고 있다. 현재까지 논의되고 있는 세제 개편 방향과 시장의 요구를 살펴보고, 한나라당 등이 국회에서 발의한 부동산 세제 개정안을 짚어보자

As the standard of living improves, the amount of synthetic detergent consumption greatly increases. Detergents which are not treated in the sewer treatment processes, flow into rivers or waterstreams and accelerate the pollution of the surface water resources. Detergents contain lots of toxicants. And it is difficult to evaluate gross toxicity of each toxicant in thereceiving water. In the study, the acute toxicity of the synthetic detergents for home laundering and kitchen use were monitored with daphnia magna and photobacterium phosphoreum. Seven kinds of detergents were tested to evaluate the acute toxicity. The mean 24hr, 48hr-LC50 of the synthetic detergent for home laundering were 4.25%, 2.50% and these for kitchen use were 2.01%, 1.36% respectively. And the mean 5min, 15min-EC50 of the synthetic detergent for home laundering were 1.83%, 1.02%.

모의 방사성 세탁폐액을 제조하여 오존에 의한 세제 파괴를 확인하고 활성탄 및 이온교환수지를 이용하여 세제 및 Co, Cs 제거율을 조사하였으며 모의 방사성 세탁폐액을 오존으로 부분적으로 산화ㆍ파괴시킨후 활성탄 및 이온교환수지에 의한 흡착 및 이온교환 실험을 수행하여 오존의 세제 파괴가 방사성 물질 제거에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 오존에 의해 세제는 75% 정도 제거될 수 있었고 활성탄으로 방사성 모의세탁폐액을 처리할 때 세제농도가 증가하면 방사성 핵종 제거율이 감소하였다. 이온교환수지로 세제를 제거할 때 성취가능 제거율은 Co의 경우 99% 이상이었으며, 세제 존재시 방사성 Co 및 Cs 제거율은 감소하며, 방사성 모의세탁폐액을 오존으로 조사후 활성탄과 이온교환수지로 방사성 핵종을 제거할 때 그 제거율은 거의 변화가 없었다. 이상과 같은 실험 결과로부터 오존으로 부분적으로 산화시켜 활성탄의 세제 제거효율을 최대화하고, 역삼투막에 의한 방사성 핵종을 제거하며 이온교환수지로 잔류 방사성 핵종을 완전히 처리할 수 있는 복합 공정을 도출하였다.

To develop multifunctional microorganisms for effective wastewater treatment, the cell of P. aeruginosa P1 enable to accumulate lead in its cell were conjugated with the cell of P. fluorescens S1 enable to degrade efficiently synthetic detergents. The plasmids of the P. aeruginosa P1 and the P. fluorescens S1 were found in the cell of the conjugants when determined by agarose gel electrophoresis. The conjugants obtained from P. fluorescens S1 as a recipient cell and P. aeruginosa P1 as a donor cell possessed the ability to degrade synthetic detergents as well as to accumulate lead.

The rapid development of e-commerce in the world has resulted in great challenges to the traditional taxation systems all over the world. As a developing country, anna should take into careful consideration the characteristics of e-business and work out countermeasures to meet the challenges. This thesis at first offers an introduction to the characteristics of e-business and the different kinds of taxes in e-business, then gives an overview of the present taxation situation in e-business and analyzes loopholes in the tax laws concerning it, and finally provides some suggestions concerning online taxation in the development of e-business.
