개체명 인식은 정보 추출의 하위 작업으로, 문서에서 개체명에 해당하는 단어를 찾아 알맞은 개체명을 분류하는 자연어처리 기술이다. 질의 응답, 관계 추출 등과 같은 자연어처리 작업에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 세부 분류 개체명 인식에 대한 수요가 증가했다. 그러나 기존 개체명 인식 성능에 비해 세부 분류 개체명 인식의 성능이 낮다. 이러한 성능 차이의 원인은 세부 분류 개체명 데이터가 불균형하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 데이터 불균형 문제를 해결하기 위해 대분류 개체명 정보를 활용하여 세부 분류 개체명 인식을 수행하는 방법과 대분류 개체명 인식의 오류 전파를 완화하기 위한 2단계 학습 방법을 제안한다. 또한 레이블 주의집중 네트워크 기반의 구조에서 레이블의 공통 요소를 공유하여 세부 분류 개체명 인식에 효과적인 레이블 임베딩 구성 방법을 제안한다.

It is reported that binge drinkers show cognitive impairment similar to alcohol use disorder patients. A previous studies using neuropsychological tests and brain imaging techniques to investigate the visual perception of alcohol use disorder patients reported that they had global-local visual perception defects. Although the neurological basis for the global-local visual perception deficit in the heavy drinking group has been presented, there are no studies to date that have investigated the global-local visual perception in the heavy drinking group. This study investigated local-biased visual perception in female college students with binge drinking (BD) using event-related potentials (ERPs). Based on the scores of the Korean version of Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test and the Alcohol Use Questionnaire, participants were assigned into BD (n=25) and non-BD (n=25) groups. Local-global visual processing was assessed using a local-global paradigm, in which large stimuli (global level) composed of small stimuli (local level) were presented. The stimuli presented at global and local levels were either congruent or incongruent. The behavioral results exhibited that the BD and non-BD groups did not differ in terms of accuracy and response time. In terms of ERPs, the BD and non-BD groups did not show difference in N100, P150 and N200 amplitude. However, the BD group showed significantly smaller P300 amplitude than non-BD group especially in the local condition. In addition, a negative correlation between P300 amplitude and binge drinking score was observed, i.e., severer binge drinking smaller P300 amplitude. The P300 is known to reflect cognitive inhibition and attentional allocation. In the global-local paradigm, the local condition required to attend to local target while ignoring global non-target. Therefore, the present results indicate that female college students with BD do not have local-biased visual processing, instead they seem to have difficulties in inhibition of irrelevant stimuli.

This research was conducted to provide standardization method for new dental hygiene curriculum by identifying the overlapping of education content of the Department of Dental Hygiene and analytic syllabus. To complement these overlapping education programs, I would like to make some proposals. First, unified course shall be provided by compromising specific terms of overlapping subject, overlapping curriculums for the necessary skills required for job analysis of dental hygienist and overlapping class time. This shall increase the efficiency the class time and required curriculums. Next, proactive and continuos research for standardized approach to the Department of Dental Hygiene education content is necessary and Dental Hygiene academic circle shall build trust.

This study aims to discuss the issues of the detailed criteria of information subject to nondisclosure of the current National Assembly Information Disclosure Regulations and provide alternative strategies for the issues. As a theoretical study, the relevant previous studies were analyzed, the history of the National Assembly Information Disclosure Regulations was summarized, and the legal and institutional concept of the detailed criteria was discussed. Subsequently, the detailed criteria were analyzed in three aspects, namely, composition, operation, and content. For this analysis, opinions were collected by conducting interviews with five experts related to information disclosure at the National Assembly. In conclusion, the study provides alternative strategies, including a comprehensive revision of the National Assembly Information Disclosure Regulations, the necessity of revising detailed criteria, and the formation of a temporary specialized organization for revising detailed criteria.

LOD중에서 점진적 메시는 실시간으로 세부 수준을 변경할 경우 높은 수준에서 변을 제거하는 방식으로 세부 수준을 낮추고, 한 정점을 분리하는 방식으로 세부 수준을 높이고 있다. C-LOD는 현재의 거의 모든 3D 엔진에서 지원되고 있으며 현재까지 많은 발전을 거듭해온 점진적 메시는 이제 렌더링 효과에서 벗어나 전체적인 성능의 효율에 초점을 두어 메모리나 CPU비용 등을 줄일 수 있는 방법을 모색하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전체적인 성능을 높이는 방법으로 메시 간략화의 방법 중 삼각형 축약과 점진적 메시를 동시에 수행하는 방법으로 세부 수준 전환에 드는 비용을 최소화하면서 매우 빠른 간략화를 보여줄 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 제시한다.

농림축산식품부는 지난 11월 11일 "무허가 축사 개선 세부실시요령"을 지방자치단체에 전달하고, 이에 대한 교육을 순차적으로 실시하기로 했다. 농림축산식품부, 국토교통부, 환경부가 합동으로 만든 "무허가 축사 개선 세부실시요령"에는 올해 3월 25일에 개정된 "가축분뇨법 시행령 및 시행규칙"을 보완하는 내용이 담겼다. 농림축산식품부는 2018년 3월까지 무허가 축사를 적법화 할 계획이다. 이번 호에서는 무허가 축사 개선 세부실시요령 중 낙농육우 부문에 해당되는 내용을 발췌했다. 목장마다 무허가 축사 보유 실태가 다른 만큼 꼼꼼히 살펴보고 도움을 받는 것이 좋겠다. 보다 자세한 사항은 농림축산식품부나 시군 축산담당과에 문의하면 안내받을 수 있다.

정부는 2011. 5. 6 "가축질병 방역체계 개선 및 축산업 선진화 세부방안"을 확정 발표하였다. 이는 지난 3월 24일 관계부처 합동으로 "가축질병방역체계 개선 및 축산업 선진화 방안" 기본계획 발표 후 대책 홍보와 함께 축산관련 단체, 관련 전문가, 지자체 축산·방역 담당자 등과 세부방안에 대한 논의해 왔으며, 지역 순회 토론회(5회), 전국단위 전문가 워크숍 등을 통한 의견수렴 결과 등을 반영하여 세부방안을 발표하게 된 것이다. 주요 내용을 발췌해 본고를 통해 소개한다.

Case-based reasoning is a methodology for solving problems more quickly and efficiently by bringing the most similar case of a given problem from past cases and transforming it to fit the current situation. The most important performance indicator of case-based reasoning is the number of cases, so it is difficult to apply the methodology for the area which has not enough cases. In this paper, we proposed a method to exchange cases based on the Semantic Web in order to overcome the problems. Inparticular, we separated cases into sub-cases to make it possible creating new cases by combining the appropriate sub-cases even if there was no proper full case. In order to achieve that, we designed an ontology that connects a case and its sub-cases, represents detailed similarity rules that compare sub-cases, and represents the rules for the combination of sub-cases. Moreover, we designed and implemented a semantic distributed case-based reasoning framework where a case requester can request sub-cases via the Web from case providers and integrates sub-cases into a new case by using the ontology.
