A Study on the Technical Evaluation of the Quality Certification for e-Learning Contents (이러닝 콘텐츠 품질인증 기술성 평가기준에 관한 연구)

  • The increase of social interest for the e-Learning industry leads to the increase of e-learning contents and the system providers which are targeted at private education companies and public institutions. As the e-Learning is used in various areas, the evaluation for evaluation criteria and suitability are needed to provide a high-quality service and reliability. Previous works suggested the evaluation criteria for quality certification, however, the technical evaluation criteria are not provided. In this paper, we suggest the technical evaluation criteria for quality certification of e-Learning contents and describe the detailed features. Through the proposed work, we can establish the technical evaluation criteria and suggest detailed evaluation items for them by providing examples. It is expected that the proposed study is able to be utilized in e-Learning industry, if the policy is reflected and notified according to the feedback of the results of the trial service.

Development of Smart Mining Technology Level Diagnostics and Assessment Model for Mining Sites (광산 현장의 스마트 마이닝 기술 수준 진단평가 모델 개발)

  • In this study, we proposed a diagnostics and assessment model for mining sites that can evaluate the smart mining technology level in a systematic and structured way. For this, the maturity of the smart mining was defined, and detailed assessment items of the diagnostics and assessment model for smart mining were derived by considering the smart factory diagnostics and assessment model (KS X 9001-3) used in the manufacturing industry. While maintaining the existing system, the existing 46 detailed assessment items were modified to be suitable for mining. As a result, a total of 29 detailed assessment items were derived in the areas of promotion strategy, process, information system and automation, and performance. Based on this, a questionnaire was designed to diagnose the level of smart mining technology, and assessment was performed by applying it to domestic iron mines. The level of smart mining technology in the study area was found to be level 2, and it could be inferred that it was about 40% lower than the average smart level of the general manufacturing industry. In addition, by using the developed model, it was possible to recognize the weak points of the mine at each stage of the introduction, operation, and advancement of smart mining, and to suggest investment and improvement directions.

  • In this study, we developed evaluation indicators of dam rehabilitation considering climate change in order to prepare for safety of aging dam facilities in accordance with changes in rainfall intensity. The validity and appropriateness of each indicator, and the evaluation criteria were selected for quantitative indicators for each detail through domestic and international case studies, literature review, and expert advice. The survey was carried out to estimate the importance of each indicator for dam rehabilitation. The subjective assessment of the respondents was rearranged using pairwise comparison from the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The reliability of the survey results was evaluated through consistent verification. In addition, a comparative assessment was carried out which evaluated the reliability importance estimation result to refine the criteria to distinguish rating scales between expert and non-expert groups on dam-related fields.

Development of an evaluation tool for dietary guideline adherence in the elderly (노인의 식생활지침 실천 평가도구 개발)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop a comprehensive tool for assessing dietary guideline adherence among older Korean adults, focusing on the domains of food and nutrient intake, eating habits, and dietary culture. Methods: Candidate items were selected through a literature search and expert advice. The degree of adherence to dietary guidelines was then evaluated through a face-to-face survey conducted on 800 elderly individuals across five nationwide regions. The items for dietary guideline adherence evaluation tool were selected through exploratory factor analysis of the candidate items in each of the three areas of the dietary guidelines, and construct validity was verified by performing confirmatory factor analysis. Using the path coefficient of the structural equation model, weights were assigned to each area and item to calculate the dietary guideline adherence score. A rating system for the evaluation tool was established based on national survey results. Results: A total of twenty-eight items were selected for evaluating dietary guideline adherence among the elderly. Thirteen items related to food intake, seven to eating habits, and eight to dietary culture. The average score for dietary guideline adherence was 56.9 points, with 49.8 points in the food intake area, 63.2 points in the eating habits area, and 58.6 points in the dietary culture area. Statistically significant correlations were found between dietary guideline adherence scores and food literacy (r = 0.679) and nutrition quotient scores (r = 0.750). Conclusion: The developed evaluation tool for dietary guideline adherence among Korean older adults can be used as a simple and effective instrument for comprehensively assessing their food and nutrient intake, dietary habits, and dietary culture.

  • 지금까지의 피난계획이 피난 시 가장 취약한 재해약자에 대한 고려가 미흡하여 이들을 고려한 피난계획의 방향을 제시하고자 하며, 건축물 화재 시 재해약자들의 피난안전성 확보를 위해 기존문헌들을 통해 피난계획 항목 및 요소를 조사하고, 건축 소방분야 전문가들을 대상으로 예비 조사 및 본 조사를 실시한 후 통계분석 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, 중요도분석, 상관분석을 통해 피난계획의 항목 및 세부요소의 중요정도를 알아보고자 한다.

  • This paper suggests frame of analysis about MMORPG and analyzes three representative games. That frame has seven categories and more divisional analysing items. The 7 categories are community orientation, PK orientation, convenient usability of item, variety of character, balance, convenience of interface, aesthetics of graphic and sound. As a result, We found that Lineage and WOW have many different characters and Ragnarok has the characters in-between Lineage and WOW.

  • This essay suggests frame of analysis about MMORPG and analyzes 3 representative games. That frame has 7 categories and more divisional analysing ietms. The 7 categories are community orientation, PK orientation, convenient usability of item, variety of character, balance, convenience of interface, aesthetics of graphic and sound. The result of analysis is quite correspond with empirical and general information. That is, Foreign games have multiple game factor and high asthetics of graphic and sound, Domestic games have good convenience of interface and well adapted balance.

  • 웹사이트의 사용성에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 매우 많으며 또한 각각이 갖는 비중 또한 다르다. 이러한 점들을 고려한 웹사이트의 사용성을 예측할 수 있는 평가방법의 개발은 웹사이트 개발자 뿐 만 아니라 사용자들에게도 중요한 문제이다. 이러한 다중기준 평가에서는 대상 시스템의 전체적인 사용성을 효과적으로 정의할 수 있는 단일기준을 추출할 수 없기 때문에 다중기준을 고려하였고 그에 따라 가중치를 설정하기 위해 AHP 모형을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 웹사이트의 설계, 개발 단계에서 사용성을 평가, 개선할 수 있는 효율적인 사용성 평가방법을 제시하는 것이며 이를 위해 웹사이트의 사용성 평가항목 정의, 각 사용성 평가항목에 대한 세부평가기준 정의, 각 평가기준에 대한 쌍대비교, 가중치 산출, 가중치 종합에 의한 사용성 평가값 산출의 단계를 거쳐 연구가 수행된다.

  • 효과적인 특정식물종에 보전대책 수립을 위한 정책척 측면에서의 연구결과를 요약하면 아래와 같다. 1) 특정식물종의 분류항목을 보다 더 세분화하고 세분화된 각 항목별 지정기준을 구체적으로 설정하는 것이 필요하다. 2) 조사의 범위를 특정지역에 대한 부분적 조사가 아니라 국토 및 지역차원에서 총체적으로 이루어져야 하고 조사내용도 특정식물종만이 아닌 타 환경요인들(Biotope, 식물지리적 분포, 토양조건 등)을 함께 조사내용에 포함시킬 필요가 있다. 3) 연구자의 주관적 편견이나 경험에 의한 평가를 지양하고 보다 객관적이고 과학적인 평가체계의 확립이 필요하다. 4) 국가차원에서 특정식물종을 총체적으로 관리할 수 있는 지도제작, 정보시스템의 구축, 현장보전 및 장외보전의 활성화가 필요하다. 본 연구에서 제시된 정책적 차원에서의 개선책은 관계전문가들 사이에 보다 더 구체적인 논의 및 연구를 위한 기초자료 제시로서, 세부적인 연구는 차후 계속 수행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

A Study on the Fun Factor Evaluation Model for Online Game (온라인 게임의 재미요소 평가모델 연구)

  • 전반적인 경기 침체에도 불구하고 게임산업은 급속하게 성장하고 있다. 매년 새로운 게임이 계속 쏟아져 나오지만 시장에서 성공하는 게임은 드물다. 이는 게임의 핵심적 요소인 재미요소를 제대로 구현하지 못했기 때문이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 온라인 게임의 재미요소를 평가할 수 있는 평가모델을 제안한다. 이 평가모델은 재미요소를 게임연출, 사운드, 조작성, 그래픽, UI, 기획성, 기술성 등 7개의 영역으로 구분하였다. 각 영역별로 세부 평가항목을 제시하고, 이를 기반으로 설문을 개발하였다. 실험결과 논문에서 제안한 평가영역으로 게임의 재미요소를 수치화할 수 있으며, 여러 게임의 재미요소 정도를 비교하는 것이 가능함을 입증하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 평가영역을 기반으로 해당 게임의 특성에 맞게 항목을 조절하여 게임의 재미요소 평가에 활용할 수 있다.
