한국조세연구원에 따르면 현 종합부동산세 구조가 급격한 세 부담 증가로 이어질 수 있어 비과세 및 감면 혜택 등을 검토할 필요가 있다고 지적했다. 세부담의 급격한 상승도 문제지만, 헌법이 보장하는 기본권에 대한 침해가 사실성 더 큰 과제일 수 있다.

This study clarified the intellectual structure of international collaboration in psychiatry based on analyzing networks in order to vitalize for international collaboration in psychiatry in South Korea. The data set was collected from Web of Science citation database during the period from 2009 to 2013. SU="psychiatry" search formulary (means field of psychiatric medical research) was used through advanced retrieval function and a total of 18,590 articles were selected among international collaborations. A total of 85 different keywords were selected from the 18,590 articles, and the results of analysis were as follows. First, this study examined 8 sub-subject areas focusing on disorders, and found that major subject areas could be divided into a total of 8 sub-subject areas. Second, this study examined 6 keywords that have a strong impact, and extend subject areas by promoting intermediation between other keywords Third, this study examined sub-subject areas by using the Knowledge Classification Scheme of the National Research Foundation of Korea through community analysis, and found a total of 15 clusters and a total of 12 sub-subject areas.

This paper proposes a methodology for automatic hierarchy classification of subtitles in a engineering document by the a fact that heading symbols of subtitles represent a hierarchical structure of the document. The proposed methodology is composed of two methods: extracting subtitles from plan text document and determining hierarchical structure of the subtitles. The subtitles in a document is extracted by comparing heading symbol patterns with predefined heading symbol groups, and the depth levels of the subtitles are determined by analyzing relative location of subtitles according to change of the heading symbol patterns. A prototype module, which can transform a plain text document into a structured XML document in accordance with a hierarchical structure of subtitles, is developed based on the proposed methodology, and the performance of the module is analyzed with 20 engineering documents.

Until recently, most of GCS(Ground Control Software) has been required to visualize attitude, position, status of vehicle and to transmit control and mission commands for a single UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). However, the GCS needs to expand its functions to handle more complex situations. Simultaneous operation of multiple UAVs is emerging as a new practice. Hence, we set up requirements for operation of multiple UAVs and suggest the architecture of GCS that satisfy the requirements. In this study, we analyze the upper requirements and define the total structure of GCS at first. Then we design the inner structure for requirements in detail. Finally, we verify the functions of GCS on PILS(Processor In the Loop Simulation) System.

To meet sectoral emission target by 2020 and prepare for the emission trading scheme from 2015, decomposition analysis of energy consumption and GHG emission is required by 18 subsectors in industry sector where emission targets are established. Log Mean Divisia Index decomposition method was used to analyze factors' effects on energy and emission in the industry sector and by 18 subsectors from 2004 to 2011. Industrial energy consumption was increased due to the production effect and energy intensity effect. However structure effect contributes to the decrease of energy consumption. In terms of emissions (including indirect emission due to electricity consumption) in the industry sector, only structure effect contributed to the emission reduction. Factors' effects by subsectors were different. Cement industry, which is included at Nonmetal shows different results from those of Nonmetal industry and machinery industry, which is a subsector of Fabricated Metal, was also similar. In this regard, we should not apply the policy implications from decomposition analysis of aggregated industry such as Nonmetal or Fabricated Metal to its subsectors uniformly and develop a differentiated policy for each subsector industry.

이 연구에서는 응급구조인력에 관한 소방공무원들의 주관성을 진단하고, 기능적인 측면에서 세부적인 유형적 효과요인들을 짚어봄으로써 향후 개선과 방향성을 알아보고자 한다. 위에서 제기된 사항들의 해답을 얻기 위하여 주관성연구 분석방법을 활용하며, 응급구조인력이 소방공무원들에게 미치는 영향에 관하여 소방공무원들의 주관적 성향을 살펴보기 위해서 Q방법론을 이용하였다.
