The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing sexual consciousness, gender egalitarianism and awareness levels of sexual harassment among college students. Methods: As a descriptive, correlative study, the data was collected from 274 college students. The copies of the questionnaire were collected from April 23 to 30, 2015. The data was analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression. Results: Sexual consciousness, gender egalitarianism and sexual harassment awareness levels averaged 3.00 (range of score 1-5), 1.97(1-4) and 4.09 (1-5), respectively. Awareness levels of sexual harassment had a positive correlation with sexual consciousness, and a negative correlation with gender, major field of study, living patterns, and gender egalitarianism. Conclusion: This study has identified sexual consciousness and gender egalitarianism, as well as the associated influencing factors, among college students. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for developing strategies and programs for the prevention of sexual harassment among college students.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the film in gender equality education classes for elementary school students. For this study an experiment was conducted with students to gender equality education lessons in the 5th grade of Seongwhan elementary school in Cheonan. It was to observe whether the student's gender consciousness changes with the same questionnaire in the starting lesson and the last lesson of gender equality education. Observations of gender equality education with film are very effective for elementary school students. Therefore, this paper is to share the following results. First, this study is a model of teaching gender equality education through film that would be proposed. Second, using film gender equality education lessons will be conducted in a real elementary school. The satisfaction of students will be examined. Third, using film to demonstrate the effectiveness of gender equality classes would be. Finally, the use of film in teaching of gender equality according to the curriculum would be proposed.

In this paper, we sought for instructional methods to guarantee equitable access to successful mathematics learning for students with a low economic status. For the purpose, we analyzed the PISA2012 data to investigate the effect of diversity-inclusive instruction and teacher-student relationship on mathematics achievement of Korean students with a low economic status. The analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between diversity-inclusive instruction and the mathematics achievement of the students. In addition, it indicated a partial mediating effect of teacher-student relationship between diversity-inclusive instruction and the mathematics achievement of the students. Further analysis is necessary to examine the effect of diversity-inclusive instruction on the achievement of students from deprived backgrounds. Based on the results, we discuss the implications for the improvement of mathematics instruction to guarantee educational equity for all students.

여러 개의 섹터에 존재하는 안테나들로부터 협력적으로 신호를 전송 받는 다수의 사용자를 시간축에서 선택하는 스케쥴러의 성능을 시스템 전체 성능과 평등성 지표의 관점에서 개선하기 위하여 섹터 간의 협력을 고려할 수 있다. 기존 스케쥴러는 단일 셀에서의 사용자를 선택하는 방식으로 평등성 지표의 향상만을 고려하였으나 제안하는 섹터 간 협력 비례적 평등 스케쥴러는 동시 전송 사용자들 간의 채널의 직교성을 고려함으로써 시스템 전체 성능과 하위 사용자의 성능을 개선할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 총 3 개의 인접한 섹터로 이루어진 분산 다중 안테나 시스템에 스케쥴러를 적용하고 그 성능을 분석한다. 섹터 간 협력 비례적 평등 스케쥴러는 각 섹터에 존재하는 사용자들의 채널 직교성을 활용하는 동시에 채널 변화 속도가 빨라짐에 따른 다이버시티 효과를 이용하여 시스템 전체 성능을 크게 향상시킨다. 또한 이 방식은 하위 사용자 성능이 우수한 수정된 협력 최대-최소 평등 스케쥴러의 하위 사용자 성능의 최고 99%의 성능을 달성한다.

The gender equality consciousness of public service workers is important since it is not only existed as attitudes and behaviors but also utilized as a policy tool. Therefore, it should be developed to improve practical abilities which enable them to analyze and integrate their own works based on gender perspective. This study examined the experiences and attitudes toward gender egalitarianism education, based on a survey of public service workers in Daejeon city(699 men and 457 women). The results can be used for desirable changes of gender egalitarianism education. We can see that the will of men to participate in the gender egalitarianism education is lower compared to it of women. To expand gender egalitarianism education, the motivation and legislation for participating in education, and the development of various education programs according to gender, age and positions are needed.

The purpose of this study was to develop a practical problem-based lesson plan for the "Understanding Myself and My Family" unit and to examine the effects of the lesson plan. Learning objectives and contents were selected, and a practical problem-based lesson plan for five sessions was developed and implemented. With 150 students participating in the study, a pre-test and post-test comprised of a questionnaire were conducted to explore the effectiveness of the lesson plan on the students' sex role characteristics, awareness of gender-role equity in occupational, familial and societal settings and of participation in household chores. Results from the post-test revealed that the students displayed androgynous sex-role characteristics, a heightened awareness of gender-role equity and a higher degree of participation in household chores after the five sessions. Assessment of the class was found to be very positive. Consequently the study showed that the lesson proved to be helpful for the students.

The gender mainstreaming strategy was formulated at the 4th UN World Conference on Women in Beijing in 1995 and quickly spread globally. In the Korean film industry, the gender ratio of the key creative roles - directors, writers, and producers is very unbalanced. The staffs are divided into woman and man departments and there is a gap in wages between woman and man workers. Gender equality in the Korean film industry require the adoption of a gender mainstreaming strategy that involves independent agenda setting and key performance indicators.

This paper explains concepts and methods of indexes measuring gender gaps. There are mainly 4 indexs, GDI, GEM, GII and GGI. UNDP developed GDI, GEM and GII. WEF developed GGI. Each index has its own strengths and weak points. Therefore it is important to understand each index in detail. For Korea, as men and women have been developed equally in areas of education and health, the GDI score was in a high group. However, the GEM and GGI scores were low. This implies that in order to reduce gender gaps, it is necessary to expand gender equality policies empowering economic and political empowerment.

A national curriculum must be organized with consideration given to the equality of education in all aspects. In addition, educational equality must be discussed from the standpoint of fairness in addition to uniformed identity. This study was conducted with a goal to analyze and examine how China's informatics curriculum takes into consideration equality and excellence. It has been found that China's compulsory curriculum takes into consideration equality to give the same opportunity of education to all students, and that high school education is implemented from the perspective of excellence to reflect students' needs and abilities. Therefore, this study suggests considerations to be made in the discussion of software education that is being carried out at the moment and also for the formation of the respective curriculum.

성교육의 기본은 남녀평등의식이다. 성불평등은 궁극적으로 여성의 건강을 헤치고 여성들의 성적 활동에 대한 관리 능력과 원치 않는 임신, HIV/에이즈 및 성병으로부터 자신들을 보호하기 위한 능력 증진에 많은 지장을 주게 된다. 성평등적 성문화 형성과 남자 청소년의 건전한 성의식을 위한 노력이 필요하다.
