항만종합개발계획(PMP)의 적응력 제고 방안

  • 당해 항만의 장기개발방향을 제시하는 항만종합개발계획(Port Master Planning; PMP)은 향후 해당 항만의 확충 정비 개발을 위한 기본계획이나, 계획의 실행단계에서 많은 한계에 봉착하게 된다. 이 연구에서는 전통적인 PMP의 한계점을 분석한 후, 미래의 불확실성에 대응하기 위한 적응계획(adaptive planning) 방법론을 검토하고, 로테르담항만의 적응계획법 적용 사례 소개 및 시사점을 도출하여, 우리나라 항만개발계획의 견실성과 적응성을 제고할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • MPEG-4 컨텐츠는 데스크 탑 PC 와 같은 유선 환경은 물론 PDA나 휴대폰 등 다양한 이동 단말기 환경에서도 압축된 MPEG-4 컨텐츠의 QoS를 보장하면서 제공받을 수 있어야 한다. 그러므로 특정 단말기에 적합한 MPEG-4 컨텐츠의 제공을 가능하게 하기 위한 적응성 기술의 개발은 매우 중요한 일이다. 이 논문에서는 PDA의 MPEG-4 재생기에 자동으로 적응하여 MPEG-4 컨텐츠가 재생되도록 적응성을 지원하는 MPEG-4 컨텐츠 저작 기법을 소개한다.

  • The performance of anti-submarine sonar detection is required to improve by the development of submarine noise reduction technology. because of the need of an anti-submarine detection ability, known for superior beamforming performance, adaptive beamforming algorithms have been considered as an alternative beamforming algorithm of a conventional beamforming algorithm. In order to achieve improved performance by applying an adaptive beamforming algorithm to the sonar system, the adaptive beamforming algorithm applicability of system must be verified, To do this, the performance index for the system applicability must be established. In this paper, a tracking initiation probability of the adaptive beamforming algorithm and the conventional beamforming algorithm was calculated and the performance of both techniques was quantified, a system applicability of the adaptive beamforming algorithm was reviewed.

Convergence Analysis of Adaptive L-Filter (적응 L-필터의 수렴성 해석)

  • In this paper we analyze the convergence behavior of the recursive least rank (RLR) L-filter. The RLR L-filter is an order statistics filter, filter coefficients of which are the weights according to the order of magnitude of inputs. And RLR L-filter is a non-linear adaptive filter, that uses RLR algorithm for coefficient updating. The RLR algorithm is a non-linear adaptive algorithm based on rank estimates in Robust statistics. The mean and mean-squared convergence behavior of the RLR L-filter is examined with variable step-sizes. The RLR L-filter adapts the median filter type to the heavy-tailed distribution function of impulse noise, and adapts the average filter type to Gaussian noises.

  • Fixed systems are limited in their performances to achieve the more complicated and higher level operations. Accordingly adaptive system, which adjusts itself in accorance with the time-varying environments, has been introduced to camouflarge the defficiency of fixed systems in varying environment, and adaptive filter is the outstanding fields in adaptive system. Adaptive recursive filter is far more efficient in that it can perform the signal processing with relatively lower filter order, but there remains severe problem in stability(convergency). On the basis of hyperstability introduced by V.M. Popov, a hyperstable new adaptive recursive filter is introduced which is theoretically guaranteed in stability. In this paper a more stable algorithm for adaptive recursive filter is devised.

  • This study investigated whether there is the difference of the level of impulsiveness school adjustment according to the internet addiction level of elementary school students or not. Also, this study examined the effect of internet addiction of elementary school students on impulsiveness and school adjustment. The result suggested that there was the difference of impulsiveness according to internet addiction level and the impulsiveness level of addiction and addiction potential groups were the highest. And, the school adjustment level of the addiction group was lower than the non-addiction and addiction potential group's. The more elementary school students are addictive, the more their impulsiveness level are higher and their school adjustment level are lower.

  • This aim is to explore the change of lifestyle caused by climate change and develop available adaptation policies against climate threats in Central Asia with the perspective of nomadism, which depends entirely on natural ecosystem. This article also attempts to pinpoint the dynamics between nomadic lifestyle and adaptation options for the resilience of nomadic community against climatic change threats. The adaptation options and opportunities as well as the impacts of land use change and nomadic pastoralists' lifestyle caused by climate change cannot be overemphasized. We suggest that nomadic lifestyle may aggravate the degree of vulnerability to climate change threats, whereas the capacity of nomad to successfully adapting to new environment in developing countries can be superior to that of settler lifestyle in one place in developed countries.

  • The pursuit of independent self-development in adolescence and the development of self-identity are related to their adaptation in social life. In Korea, too, college is the place where graduates from high school go to advance in society. The purpose of study is to investigate the relationship between self - identity and college life in university students. First, self - identity has a positive effect on academic adjustment. Specifically, goal orientation has a positive effect on academic adjustment. Second, self - identity has a positive effect on emotional adjustment. In detail, self-acceptance, future confidence, and goal orientation were found to affect emotional adaptation. Finally, self - identity did not affect university satisfaction.

  • 소프트웨어는 많은 상황을 염두에 두고 만들어진다. 하지만 모든 문제를 해결하도록 만들 수는 없기 때문에 문제가 발생했을 때 그 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 적응성을 두어야 한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 아키텍처는 WSAS, 컴포넌트 변환, 적응성을 위한 부분으로 구성된다. WSAS는 기존의 UDDI를 변경하지 않고 확장된 검색을 지원하는 서비스이다. 그리고 컴포넌트 서비스를 위한 컴포넌트 저장소를 제공한다. 변환 아키텍처는 검색된 서비스를 통해 컴포넌트를 변환하고 변환된 컴포넌트는 적응형 아키텍처에서 재구성을 통해 문제를 해결한다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 기반의 아키텍처에 적응성을 위해 개선된 웹 서비스 발견 기법을 제안한다.

  • 구조물이 과동한 기진력을 받을 때에 구조물의 진동 제어를 위하여 적응형 뱅뱅 제어 알고리듬이 저자들에 의해서 제안된 바 있으며, 이 제어 알고리듬을 1자유도계의 시험 구조물에 적용하여 제어 성능을 실험적으로 확인하였다. 본 논문은 이의 연장으로서 제안된 적응형 뱅뱅 제어 알고리듬을 최상층에 유압식 농동질량 감쇠기가 설치된 다자유도계의 시험 구조물에 적용하여 이의 유용성을 확인하였다. 이를 통하여 제안된 적응형 뱅뱅 제어 알고리듬은 제어 및 전체 구조계의 안전성이 보장되는 가운데 과도항 외부의 기진력을 받는 다자유도계의 구조물의 진동을 제어함에 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다.
