Relationship among Role Conflict, Ambiguity, Overload and Service Delivery Level of Tour Conductor (국외여행인솔자의 역할갈등, 모호성, 과부하와 서비스 제공 수준과의 영향관계)

  • Many approaches exist for studying travel service quality, employee's satisfaction, and traveler' satisfaction. Although tour conductor play an important role in travel service, there is a lack of research on how to conceptualize and measure tour conductor's role, role stress and service delivery level. So this paper presents a conceptual framework and research approach for examining the role conflict, ambiguity, overload, and service delivery level of tour conductor in group package and the impacts of role stress on service delivery level. Results indicate that there are significant affection on service delivery level of TC among the role conflict, ambiguity, and overload. For the most part, the role conflict and ambiguity more impacted on responsibility and empathy with service encounter, the role overload affected on professional and tangibles. In conclusion, the studies reported here highlight the importance of individual effort as well as organizational police in reducing strain and improving service delivery level.

The Effect of Resources and Family Saliency on Business Performance of Women Entrepreneurs in IT Business (IT 여성 기업인의 외부자원과 가족역할 중심성이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향-경험적 연구)

  • This paper empirically explores how resources and family saliency of women entrepreneurs in IT business influence their business performance. Building up on prior research and Shelton[2006], we develop hypothesis on how the strategies of resolving wok family conflict relate to determinants of performance and business performance. The central hypothesis states that role sharing would be the strategy raising up the business performance. We also posit that the role sharing strategy would be adopted by women who show high saliency in both family and work. and women who have high levels of resources. Results suggest that financial resources have significant impact on role sharing strategy and the sales. The hypothesis of positive role sharing effect on the performance is not supported, indicating that combining family role might be an obstacle to business performance of women.

Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment According to Women Leaders' Gender Role (여성 리더의 성 역할에 따른 직무만족과 조직몰입의 관계)

  • This research attempts to carry an empirical study on women leaders' gender-related leadership styles and relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. For these purpose, this study built two hypotheses based on literature review and tested them using the survey method of 1,172 female workers in sales departments of the K company. The results of this study show that both the androgynous gender role and the masculine gender role are superior to the feminine gender role in employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment level. But there isn't significant level difference in job satisfaction and organizational commitment between androgynous gender role and the masculine gender role.

  • 분산 응용 시스템의 컴퓨팅 환경이 유비쿼터스 네트워크 환경으로 바뀌면서 기존의 개방성 및 이질성과 같은 특성 외에 적응성이 중요한 이슈로 부각되었다. 적응성을 지원하기 위해 분산 응용 시스템은 컴포넌트를 동적으로 찾아 추가하거나 교체하고 이들 간의 상호작용을 지원해야한다. 최근 이 같은 적응적 상호작용을 위한 역할기반 분산 시스템 모델이 제안되었다. 역할기반 분산 시스템 모델은 응용을 추상적인 역할들로 이루어진 조직으로 보고, 조직을 구성하는 역할과 실제 행위를 수행하는 행위자를 분리한다. 실행 시 응용은 행위자를 역할에 바인딩하고, 행위자는 수행할 역할 업무를 동적으로 응용으로부터 제공받아 실행함으로써 적응성을 높여주는 모델이다. 하지만 이런 역할기반의 분산 시스템 모델을 위한 실행환경의 구축에 대한 연구는 미비한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 역할기반 분산 시스템 모델의 실행환경으로 응용 프레임워크를 제안한다. 응용 프레임워크는 응용에 필요한 역할들로 이루어진 조직을 구성하고 관리하는 조직 프레임워크와 행위자의 역할 수행과 역할 프로세스 관리를 수행하는 행위자 프레임워크로 나누어진다. 행위자 프레임워크에 대해서는 이전 연구에서 제안하고 있고, 본 논문에서는 이와 결합되는 조직 프레임워크를 구현하기 위해 조직 프레임워크의 요구사항을 분석하고 설계한다.

  • 연안역에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지면서 산업화 및 관광권역화가 급속하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 연안역에서 발생하는 잇따른 안전사고로 인해 인적, 물적 피해가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 피해사례를 분석한 결과, 대다수 사고가 안전시설물이 설치되어 있지 않거나 안전시설물의 시인성이 확보되지 않아 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 연안역 안전 시설물의 시인성 확보 필요성을 제시한다.

  • In this paper we propose an algorithm for generating role-performer bipartite matrix for analyzing BPM-based human resource affiliations. Firstly, the proposed algorithm conducts the extraction of role-performer affiliation relationships from ICN(Infromation Contorl Net) based business process models. Then, the role-performer bipartite matrix is constructed in the final step of the algorithm. Conclusively, the bipartite matrix generated through the proposed algorithm ought to be used as the fundamental data structure for discovering the role-performer affiliation networking knowledge, and by using a variety of social network analysis techniques it enables us to acquire valuable analysis results about BPM-based human resource affiliations.

  • Serious games are developed under particular purpose. This study provides a theoretical background on serious games for social change as a basis for future experiments and practice. By examining the elements of games and related theories, narrative immersion and critical participation are identified as the two main experiences of games, which are realized through role play. Based on educational theories for behavioral and cognitive change, this study suggests to use role play as a strategy on serious games for social change. Analyzing the cases of serious games in Korea, this study concludes that participants are able to experience the context of the situation through role play.

  • 최근에 역할기반 접근통제와 역할계층에 관한 않은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이는 역할기반 접근통제 모델에서 역할계층은 역할과 접근허가권이 상속성을 이용하여 사용자에게 접근가능 여부를 결정할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 접근허가 방식보다 강력한 허가권한의 특성을 갖는 새로운 역할기반의 계층적 접근통제 모델을 제안하였다. 계층적 접근통제 구조는 역할의 상속성에 의해 접근허가 여부를 결정하는 새로운 기법의 역할기반 접근통제 모델이다. 본 연구는 제안된 모델이 어떻게 털러 보안등급에서 역할에 의해 접근통제가 이루어 질 수 있는지를 실험하였다. 실험의 결과는 일정하게 접근허가권이 실행되도록 역할을 할당함으로서 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 파악하였고, 그러한 문제를 어떻게 역할계층으로 해결할 수 있는지를 보였다.

  • The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of authentic leadership on occupational self-efficacy and role-based performance and to investigate the effect of occupational self-efficacy on role-based performance. Moreover, another objective of this study is to analyse the mediating role of occupational self-efficacy in the influence of authentic leadership on role-based performance. To accomplish the purpose of the study, this study employed two methods: literature reviews and empirical studies. The results showed that authentic leadership increase employees' occupational self-efficacy and have a positive influence on role-based performance. And it was found that employees' occupational self-efficacy also positively affect employees' role-based performance.
