본 논문에서는 시장 도입단계에 있는 무선 LAN 서비스가 본격적으로 시장성장을 이루기 위한 통신사업자의 시장개발전략 방향을 제시하였다 이를 위한 선행작업으로써 무선 LAN 시장규모 핀 전망을 살펴보았고 포터(M. Porter)의 산업분석 모형을 통해 국내 무선 LAN의 산업구조와 시장 성장동인을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 도출된 통신사업자의 시장개발전략을 살펴보면, 1) 신규 통신서비스 성공 및 실패사례를 벤치마킹하고 2) 브리징 통신서비스의 특성에 적합한 전략을 적극적으로 반영하며 3) 고객지향적인 서비스의 개발 및 마케팅전략이 필요하다. 또한 4) 시장성장 동인을 바탕으로 기회요인은 강화하고 위협 요인은 조기에 해결해야 하며 5) 가치전달시스템내의 참여기업들간의 상호적인 협력과 제휴를 중요시 해야한다. 이와 같은 무선 LAN 시장개발의 전략적 방향설정은 통신사업자들에게 마케팅과 서비스 개발에 있어서 전략적인 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

In this article, I analyze Korean Dong-in culture and its relationship with Yaoi, focusing on the changes in the 1990s. While Korean Dong-in culture has developed under the influence of Japanese Dojin culture, it is not well-known that Korean Dong-in culture has its own characteristics, reflecting the unique situations surrounding the Korean society. The reason that I pay attention to the changes in the 1990s is that they have created the foundation of the current Korean dong-in culture through changes such as the import and reception of Yaoi, the creation of 'virtual community' in PC telecommunication, the enforcement of Juvenile Protection Law, and the inauguration of 'Comic World,' Among them, the import and reception of Yaoi, a genre characterized by homosexuality including sexual relationship and fanwork, played a decisive role in the change of dong-in culture from manwha circle by highly motivated amatuer artists to fandom. The circumstances that original manhwa dong-in by manwha circle and Yaoi by manhwa fandom coexisted by the mid-1990s, the enforcement of Juvenile Protection Law and the lift of ban on Japanese popular culture rapidly weakened original manhwa dong-in. Also, the popularity of Comic World as a new type of dong-in events reflected the spread of fanwork as a new trend of Korean dong-in. In summary, the import and reception of Yaoi should be considered as one of the important changes in the 1990s Korean Dong-in culture, because 1) Korean women considered Yaoi as a liberating subculture by its powerful contents-homosexuality with sexual relationship, and 2) Yaoi succeeded in attracting new population favoring fanwork as a major trend in Korean Dong-in, differentiated from original manhwa circle population.

This paper suggests some strategies for the regional regeneration of Dongincheon Railway station and surrounding area. One is the reduction of the regional unbalance in those divided into two parts, the other is multi-dimentional plan through the efficient land-use on the side area of railway. For these regional refurbishment Plan, organizing the integrated transit system for the passenger's convenience, connecting existing commercial area and existing northen station square, modernization and improvement of environment are suggested.

최근 지역 경제주체들의 혁신역량을 극대화할 수 있는 지역혁신체제 구축을 통해 지역의 국제경쟁력 제고가 중요한 이슈가 되고 있으며 이러한 지역혁신의 원동력은 지역에서 성장가능산업의 발굴 및 활성화를 통한 지속적인 성장동인을 제공하는 것이 중요하며 지역 전략산업 및 지연산업 중심의 산학연관의 지역혁신체제 구축이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 지역의 혁신역량 분석을 통한 산학연관의 네트워크를 구축하고 지역산업 육성 및 활성화를 위해 우리나라의 성장동력인 항공산업의 특성화를 통해 지역에서 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구가 진행되었다.

최근 한국(韓國)을 비롯한 동(東)아시아지역(地域) 몇 나라들의 성공적인 성장업적(成長業績)에 자극되어 이들 국가들의 성공사례를 모형내(模型內)에서 이론적으로 설명해 보려는 노력이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이 글에서는 최근의 이러한 노력의 일환으로 개발되고 있는 '내생적(內生的) 성장이론(成長理論)'을 개관하고 그 함의(含意)와 한계점(限界點)을 정리해 보았다. 먼저 내생적(內生的) 성장모형(成長模型)의 비판대상이 되고 있는 신고전파(新古典派) 성장모형(成長模型)의 한계점(限界點)을 요약하고 대체모형(代替模型)으로 제시되고 있는 몇 가지의 대표적인 신성장모형(新成長模型)을 그 특성별로 구분하여 정리하였다. 성장(成長)의 기본적 동인(動因)이라고 할 수 있는 기술진보(技術進步)나 인적자본(人的資本)의 축적(蓄積)을 내생화시키고 이를 통해 국가간(國家間) 성장률(成長率) 격차(隔差)를 모형내(模型內)에서 설명하려고 시도하는 등 여러 가지 새로운 이론적(理論的) 혁신(革新)이 이루어지고 있으나, 아직 비현실적인 수학적(數學的) 가정에 의존하고 있고 모형(模型)의 경직성으로 인하여 성장과정(成長過程)의 설명에 필수적인 주요 이슈들이 간과되어 있다는 점 등을 지적하였다.
