본 연구는 범주와 현대의 주요 문헌분류표의 주류선정에 있어서의 상관성에 대해 규명해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저, 범주의 유래와 의미를 알아보고 철학적 관점, 논리학적 관점, 문헌정보학 관점에서 범주가 어떤 기능을 하고 어떠한 유형이 있는지 논하였다. 다음으로 문헌분류의 주류선정이 어떻게 이루어지고, 범주가 어떻게 적용되었는지 그 상관성에 대해서 분석하였다.

기존의 보안 관점에서의 정보보호는 암호화, 인증과 접근제어를 이용하여 권한없는 접근을 방지하는 부분과 침입탐지와 같은 수동적인 관점에서 많이 연구되었다. 그러나 프로그램의 계속적인 취약성이 발견됨에 따라 보다 적극적인 방어 개념인 정보 생존성에 대한 연구도 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보 생존성에서 네트워크 관점에서 고장 또한 침입에 의한 결함에도 지속적인 네트워크 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 결함허용 네트워크에 대한 아키텍처를 제시한다.

This study aims at analyzing 6 OECD countries' (Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, England, South Korea) national early childhood care and education curriculum (framework) based on the perspectives of its implementation. Its design and development always focus on how the national early childhood education and care curriculum will be applied in the early childhood settings in a correct and faithful way. As a result, teachers are considered the user or deliverer of the national curriculum rather than the one who interprets it and construct their own curriculum in accordance with their students. Five OECD countries which have achieved an integrated system between early education and care systems, take the constructive view of designing and applying the national curriculum. Accordingly, a national early childhood education and care curriculum within an integrated system should be developed in Korea, in order to accept the constructive view of curriculum development and application.

In this study, the performance analysis was divided into the public sector and private business sector. The four perspectives of the BSC performance analysis for the private business sector can be applied to all of the enterprises as there are Logical Linkages between the four Perspectives. However, these can not be applied in the same way to the public sector. There is no Logical Linkage between public sector and private sectors. Therefore, since there is no Logical Linkage, the KIX project of the public sector has a constrained condition. With the internal and external perspective views, the BSC of the KIX identifies the quality(operation) factor, user(customer) satisfaction factor, and economic costs effects(finance) factor. Based on the linkage model in both the internal and external perspective views and the BSC performance analysis of these views, a performance analysis model was developed and then performance results were analyzed of the whole KIX project.

The purpose of the paper is to discuss the restructuring of the family policy from a gender-integrating perspective. Several meaningful conclusions were reached. First, examining family policy from the laborer's perspective, the issue of work and family becomes not a gender-related issue but rather an issue for universal people. Second, in order to include the difference in interest among men and women in the labor market, and to view the issue from a gender-integrating perspective, the framework for family policy should consider the place of labor. Third, if family policy is divided into family and labor arena based on the above mentioned framework, the core content of the policy should gear toward loosening and/or eliminating barriers to fulfill the right to work for pay and the right to care for family. Lastly, family policy should aim at men and women sharing the responsibility of supporting and caring for the family. By doing so, we may be closer to maintaining work and family together, the ultimate goal of family policy.

This paper studied the impact of CIO leadership on the IS performance. The survey was developed to measure the relationship between CIO leadership style and the IS performance. The study shows that the differences in CIO leadership style along the two dimensions of goals and modes do not cause a statistically meaningful difference in business efficiency, one of the IS performance. Contrary to the existing studies that suggest a balanced leadership is effective, this study illustrates that strategic leadership and enabling leadership are more effective in the aspects of targets and manners respectively. This study does contribute to the introduction and utilization of CIO: unlike existing studies on leadership, it proposes a new approach to classifying leadership style based on the styles exhibited by CIO's flexibly from one situation to another. It will provide companies considering appointing CIO's or already using CIO's with insights into effective CIO role. It is important to provide CIOs with position and authority to exhibit their leadership flexibly.

최근 전 세계적으로 전파통신 기술이 급속히 발전하면서 여러 가지 형태의 다양한 통신 방식을 사용하는 무선 기기들이 새롭게 도입되고 있다. 이에 따라 새로운 주파수 자원에 대한 수요가 지속적으로 증가하고 있으나 각 나라에서는 주파수 자원의 유한함으로 인하여 주파수 재할당과 재분배를 통하여 주파수 이용 효율성의 최대화를 위한 제도를 수립하거나 법 제정을 진행중이다. 대표적인 것으로서 수신기에 대한 법규 제정움직임을 들 수 있다. 지금까지 모든 무선기기는 송신기 관점의 기술기준을 통하여 규제되어 왔으며 수신기 관점의 규제는 기술기준에 거의 포함되어 있지 않았다. 그러나 앞으로는 주파수 또는 스펙트럼 이용의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 수신기 관점의 규제가 기술기준에 도입될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 연방통신위원회(Federal Communications Commission, 이하 FCC라 한다)가 수신기에 대하여 어떻게 생각하고 있는지, 수신기관점의 규제를 위하여 간섭을 정량화하고 관리함으로써 스펙트럼의 효율적인 관리를 추구하는 간섭온도의 개념과 간섭온도에 대하여 어떻게 생각하고 있는지를 FCC의 관련 문서를 통하여 정리하고 분석할 것이다. 이러한 간섭량의 측정과 관리를 통해 효율적인 스펙트럼 관리를 추구하는 것은 FCC에서 지금까지 수행해 왔던 스펙트럼 관리방법에 대한 근본적인 패러다임이 송신기에서 수신기로 이동함을 의미한다.

웹서비스가 등장 하면서 주목받기 시작한 서비스 지향 아키텍처 (Service-Oriented Architecture)는 이 기종 애플리케이션 간의 상호운용성을 보장하는 웹서비스 기술의 이론적 배경을 제시할 뿐만 아니라 보다 전사적인 관점에서 시스템과 시스템 간의 연계 및 통합을 위한 방법론을 제시하고 있다. 전사적 체계통합 방안인 전사적 아키텍처(Enterprise Architecture)는 조직 내 정보 기술 자원을 효율적으로 통합, 관리 할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 서비스 지향 아키텍처와 전사적 아키텍처의 관계는 여러 가지 다양한 관점에서 바라볼 수 있으며, 그 관계를 바라보는 관점에 따라 전혀 다른 형태의 EA를 구축할 수 있다. 글로벌 IT환경 하에 정보체계 간 상호운용성 수준을 향상시키기 위해서는 SOA와 EA간의 관계를 명확히 이해하고, 애플리케이션 수준의 SOA적용을 넘어 전사적 체계통합 관점에서 SOA개념의 효과적인 적용방안을 찾아내는 것이 보다 더 절실히 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 소프트웨어 아키텍처 관점에서 EA틀 구성하는 정보기술의 한 요소로 SOA를 적용하는 방안을 살펴보았으며, 비즈니스와 정보기술을 연결하는 연결고리로 전사적 차원에서 SOA를 도입, 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다.

Attention to Korean perspective mathematics education has been increasingly paid m international academic meetings or international comparative studies. Personal or intuitive, vague explanation has been given based on limited literature or observations. This increasing attention and Jack of studies warrant the necessity of systematic researches on it. This article aims at clarifying the research issues in searching for Korean perspective on mathematics education and finding the starting point through discussion on mathematical modeling by teacher on researchers and researchers. Firstly, hypothetical perspective will be described. Secondly, Fourteen teacher educators' and seven researchers' opinion on it will be discussed. Findings imply that strong responsibility for Korean mathematics teachers to reveal theoretical aspects of mathematical knowledge, i.e., structure or essence, as well as to pursue efficiency and effectiveness in mathematics teaching and learning is the main aspect of Korean perspective on mathematics education.
