The maintenance management system of domestic public facilities is shifting from the concept of diagnosis and repair for maintaining safety of facilities to performance evaluation method that improves and maintains the performance of facilities. However, in Korea, the performance evaluation method for the maintenance of facilities has not been established, so the performance evaluation has not been properly performed. In this study, we propose an asset management model that introduces the concept of performance evaluation to complement the simple maintenance strategy focused on safety management of current facilities. This model differentiated from the existing model by proposing a method for using WBS as a method for collecting facility maintenance information. This model proposed the most important level of service evaluation method and performance measure factors in the performance evaluation of facilities, and conducted a case analysis to assess the appropriateness of this model.

As the needs for accessing distributed informations and computing resources are increasing the need for network interconnection is growing. There are many of the network management packages including performance management tools; but most of them are not appropriate to be used in heterogeneous interconnected networks. To monitor and to control efficiently the performance of heterogeneous network, first, we have to define all performance parameters in general meaning. We need models and criteria for supporting performance analysis activities of the management system. In this study, we have designed a centralized performance management system based on the OSI management, which can be used in heterogeneous networks.

현재 다양한 교통정보 서비스와 소통수준 제고를 목표로 국내 여러 도시에서 진행중인 첨단교통관리체계(ATMS)사업이 운영 또는 구축중에 있으며 도로상의 교통정보를 보다 정확히 수집하기 위해 다양한 종류의 차량검지시스템이 도입되고 있으나 기존 국내외 사례를 볼 때 제반 검지기의 성능평가 방안이 사업별로 상이한 기준으로 진행되었으며 객관적인 성능수준을 제시하지는 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 검지시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위한 과정을 최근의 서울시 내부순환로 교통관리시스템의 사례를 토대로 고찰한 결과 시공단계에서 지속적인 튜닝과 성능제고방안을 추진한다면 상당한 수준의 정확도 확보를 기대할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 제시된 평가방안은 향후 보완을 거쳐 타 시스템에 있어 초기설치시 또는 유지관리시 성능의 척도로써 목표를 선정하고 활용하는 데 있어 하나의 대안으로 제시할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 제반 ATMS관련 연구기관에서는 시스템의 성능과 정확성을 좌우한다 해도 과언이 아닌 차량 검지기에 대한 성능평가 기준의 표준화 방안에 대한 연구를 진행하여, 검지기 성능제고를 위한 객관적인 기준목표와 각 검지기변 평가기준의 표준화 방안을 제시한다면 통행시간, 속도 등 제공정보의 신뢰성을 상당수준 향상시킴과 동시에 사업시행에 따른 시행착오를 최소화할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

In this days, information resources are very important in the organization. So, Many public institutions as well as private companies eager to IRM(information resource management). Especially, one of core elements in this IRM is server's performance. Determinating server's performance is a big issue of an acquired organization. In this paper, we examine the key performance issue of server purchase and then we proposed the three measurement method of sever's performance that is considered environment of public sector.

IETF's NETCONF WG has taken efforts in standardizing configuration management protocol, which allows high interoperability of configuration management. In addition to interoperability, high performance is also required in configuration management, but many researches have often discarded the performance aspect of it. In order to fill that void, this paper proposes methods to improve performance with layers of NETCONF. It demonstrates and compares the performance evaluations to verify the efficiency of the proposed methods.

Generally, asset management procedure consists of exact information collection, decision of service level, analysis of aspiration level, analysis of financial condition and available budget, preparation of asset management plan, and value of modified asset. In this study, for the risk-based asset management, condition assessment and performance measuring, assessment of failure modes and risks, evaluation/selection of treatment options, and implementation of optimum solution are additionally included. For this, bridge inventory and performance measure considering risks are classified and method of quantitative/qualitative performance measure is suggested. Also, evaluation method of risk analysis for bridge asset management is suggested and basic research is carried out for applicable method of risk-based asset management. Using suggested risk procedure and method of risk-based bridge service level evaluation, it is possible to perform resonable asset management. Moreover, it is concluded that the proposed applicable method of risk-based asset management will provide a solution to contribute the development of systematical asset management for optimal decision making and prototype asset management system.

데이터웨어하우스내에서 실체뷰는 소스 데이터에서 갱신이 발생하였을 경우 질의에 정확한 결과를 제공하기 위하여 릴레이션의 변경사항과 동일하게 갱신되어야 한다. 이 뷰를 갱신할 때 전체 릴레이션이 아닌 갱신된 부분만 이용하여 점진적으로 뷰를 관리하는 것이 효과적이다. 뷰의 점진적인 갱신 방법중에서 부가화일을 이용한 방법은 부가적으로 유지하는 정보의 양이 적고 뷰 관리 비용이 적게 든다는 장점이 있다. 이 논문에서는 이 방법에 의해 뷰를 관리할 때의성능을 평가하기 위하여 이 방법의 비용 모델을 분석적으로 제시하였으며, 이 모델을 기반으로 성능을 비교, 분석하여 부가 파일을 이용한 방법이 다른 기존의 방법보다 성능이 우수함을 보였다.

선체성능, 선박운항성능 및 기관성능의 현황파악과 예측을 하는 것은 선박설계자, 선박운항자 및 선박관리운영자에게 설계, 보선관리 및 용역관리상 대단히 중요하다. 선체성능의 전산원용예측에 관한 대부분의 문헌은 모형수조시험 및 공시해상시험의 자료를 수식화하는 데 집중하고 있다. 따라서 현재까지 자료의 수식화, 예측된 자료와 성능시험결과치의 상관기법 및 PC soft ware를 이용한 선박성능예측의 체계적 접근법 등에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 또한 선박의 Abstract Log Book의 자료 및 주기관 성능자료의 수식화, PC soft ware 개발에 의한 선박운 항성능 및 기관성능예측에 대한 연구가 역시 수행되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 고에서는 선체 성능(저항과 추진계수), 선박운항성능 및 주기관성능의 예측에 관하여 그 개요를 소개코져 한다.

OSI 망 관리는 TMN의 하부 구조로 채택됨에 따라서 앞으로 더욱 많이 쓰일 것으로 기대된다. OSI 망관리는 관리자-대리인 모델을 기본으로 하는데 , 관리 시스템(관리자 역할) 보다 관리대상 시스템(대리인 역할)이 더 중요한 역할을 수행하는 특징을 가진다. 기존의 관리대상 시스템들은 많은 관리 객체들을 대상으로 하는 CMIS 연산 요구를 받았을 때, 관리 객체들을 순차적으로 처리하기 때문에 빠른 응답시간을 보장할 수 없었다. 본논문에서는 CMIS 연산을 효율적으로 처리하는 관리대상 시스템을 위한 다중 쓰레드 기반의 프로세스 구조를 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 OSIMIS TMN플랫폼을 이용해서 솔라리스 운영체계에서 구현되었다. 제안된 시스템의 성능을 측정해본결과, 관리대상 시스템 내부의 망 자원들을 관리할 때는 성능이 그리 좋지 않았으나 , 시스템 외부의 망 자원들을 관리 할 때는 뛰어난 성능을 보였다.

In this paper, we shows the implementation of Web based performance manager which analyze the traffic of a Web server to support the diagnostics of it. The manager monitors the HTIP traffic by polling and measures and presents is performance on demand. To enhance the adaptability of management interface Web based interfaces with JAVA is used. Recently, the need of traffic management on s Web has grown, because of increasing Web traffic. Therefore, the traffic management of Web service and the effective management of a Web server's performance are needed. We have designed interfaces with which is comprised of Collection-Request, Analysis-Request, Realtime-Monitoring, Comparison-Analysis on a client with Web Browser on a network, and implemented the server system that can analyze these requests. Also we have introduced some perfonnance indicator by referring a Web related MIB. Also, we have designed and developed a message format for communication between the Web client and the server system.
