A Survey of Sexual Dysfunction by Antidepressants (항우울제와 연관된 성기능 장애에 대한 조사)

  • Objectives: Antidepressants are frequently associated with sexual dysfunction. Especially, there were few report of sexual dysfunction related with venlafaxine and mirtazapine in Korea. The purpose of this survey was to evaluate the frequency and nature of sexual dysfunction related with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs), venlafaxine and mirtazapine by the use of specific questionaires. Methods: In one hundred twenty two patients, sexual dysfunction was investigated cross-sectionally by using The questionaires for sexual dysfunction, which includes questions about decreased libido, delayed orgasm or ejaculation, premature ejaculation or orgasm, absence of orgasm or ejaculation, erectile dysfunction in men/vaginal lubrication dysfunction in women, sexual pain and patient's tolerance of the sexual dysfunction. BDI was also measured. Sexual dysfunction was analyzed in association with the duration and the dose of medications and the severity of depression. Results: The incidence of sexual dysfunction during antidepressants use in our survey was 37.7%. There were no difference of incidence in sexes(p=.746). In comparison of paroxetine, venlafaxine and mirtazapine, there were no significant differences of the incidence(p=.065) and the severity of any type of sexual dysfunction. Conclusion: Although there were no significant differences of sexual dysfunction in our survey, sexual dysfunction may be closely associated with antidepressants. Further prospective study of sexual dysfunction should be needed.

  • 기계적에너지를 전기적에너지로 변환하는 발전기를 내 외부 고장으로부터 보호하기 위해 보호계전기가 설치되어 있으며, 이러한 보호계전기의 동작신호 중 하나인 전압신호를 검출하기 위해 발전기와 변압기를 연결하는 모선에 설치된 계기용변성기를 이용한다. 본 논문은 발전기의 보호계전기용 계기용변성기 손상원인에 관한 연구로서, 계기용변성기의 철공진에 이한 손상가능성을 고찰하였고 발전소에 많이 사용되는 G사의 계기용변성기와 손상된 I사의 계기용변성기에 대한 전기적 시험결과를 비교하였으며, 계기용변성기를 직접 절개하여 제작 및 적용특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 발전기 전압신호 검출용 계기용변성기는 발전기 중성점 접지형태에 관계없이 반드시 Line to Line type을 적용해야 함을 도출했다.

  • Seasonal occurrence in each stages of rice water weevil, Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel, was studied in paddy field transplanted on May 25, Siehung, 1989. The peak of overwintered adults was late May an that of newly emerged adults was early August. Oviposition occurred in late May and late June and its peak was observed on early June. Larvae were observed from early June to early August and pupation occurred from early July to late August. The first adults of newly emerged rice water weevil was observed on early July and its emergence peak was early August.

A Duvall Beamformer with Spatial Interpolation to Solve Coherent Interferences Problem (코히어런트 간섭문제 해결을 위한 공간보간 Duvall 빔형성기)

  • This paper proposes a modified Duvall beamformer performing spatial smoothing with spatial interpolation. In the proposed beamformer, virtual array signals are generated by spatial interpolation between each neighbor array elements, then all signals are used to perform spatial smoothing. The proposed beamformer overcomes the loss of degrees of freedom caused by spatial smoothing by forming subarrays with interpolated signals. Mathematical description shows that the proposed beamformer can restore the rank of away covariance matrix. Accordingly, the proposed beamformer can minimize the loss of degrees of freedom. Simulation results show that the proposed beamformer can remove all coherent interferences while conventional beamformers cannot.

Association between Perceived Periodontal Status and Sexual Function in Adult Men (성인 남성의 주관적 치주건강상태와 성기능의 관련성)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate the association between perceived periodontal status and sexual function among adult men. Three hundred thirty adult male participated in this study living at Changwon and Jinju. All the participants surveyed the socio-demographic characteristics, perceived periodontal status, stress, and international index of erectile function (IIEF) using self-administrated questionnaire. The univariate and multivariate analyze were adapted to access the crude and adjusted associations using PASW Statistics 18.0. In univariate analysis, there were significant differences between perceived periodontal status and IIEF and most of socio-demographic characteristics (p<0.05), but no significant differences between stress and all of socio-demographic characteristics (p>0.05). The sexual function was negatively correlated with perceived periodontal status (r=-0.228, p<0.001) and stress (r=-0.257, p<0.001), respectively. In multivariate analysis, perceived periodontal status was significantly associated with sexual function (b=-0.889, p=0.030) after adjusting for socio-demographic characteristics and stress. Therefore, it is found that perceived periodontal status negatively influenced on sexual function in adult men.

  • 혹자는 '여성에게도 성기능장애가 있나?'라고 되물을 수도 있다. 왜냐하면 여성이 성기능장애 때문에 성행위를 못했다는 애기를 별 들어본 적이 없기 때문일 것이다. 혹 어떤 이유로 아파서 못할 수는 있겠지만, 아니 어쩌면 상대가 아파해도 무리하게 성관계를 해본 남성이라면 더 더욱이 고개를 갸우뚱거릴 것이라고 생각된다. 쉽게 얘기해서 남성도 조루가 있는 사람이 성관계 자체에는 별 문제가 없지만 성적 만족도가 떨어지기 때문에 의료인의 도움을 청하는 경우와 유사하다고 이해하면 되겠다. 여성은 성기능에 문제가 있어도 성행위가 가능은 하지만 매 성행위마다 별로 성적 중족감을 느끼지 못한다면 무언가 문제가 있지 않을까?

  • 본 논문에서는 딥 러닝 기반의 홀로그램생성기를 통하여 얻은 홀로그램의 공간 확장 기법을 제안한다. 방대한 계산 양을 줄이기 위하여 딥 러닝 기반의 홀로그램생성기를 만들었다. 하지만 이 홀로그램생성기는 객체가 놓일 공간에 제한이 있다. 홀로그램생성기의 공간 확대는 학습시간이나 네트워크의 확장 등 비용적 부담이 크다. 따라서, 생성기로부터의 홀로그램을 서브 홀로그램으로 이용하여 넓은 공간의 객체를 홀로그램으로 만들고 복원할 수 있음을 보인다.

Electronegativity and CMC Characteristics of Hydrophilic and Hydrophobic Group for Surfactants (계면활성제의 친수·소수성 그룹의 전기음성도와 CMC 특성)

  • On the basis of theory of Bratsch's electronegativity equalization, the electronegativity equalization, the group electronegativities and the group partial charges for anionic and nonionic surfactants could be calculated by using Pauling's electronegativity parameters. From calculated results, we have investigated how CMC, hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups, group partial charge, electronegativity of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups, structural stability of micelle for anionic and nonionic surfactants are related. It was fround that CMC depends upon group partial charge and group electronegativity of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups of surfactants. For the anionic surfactants, negative partial charge in hydrophobic group is delocalized as the carbon number in hydrophobic group increase. So negative partial charge of hydrophilic group has very large electronegativity that is decreased. And CMC decreases as hydration ability of hydrophilic groups which decreases relatively. For the nonionic surfactant, partial charge and electronegativity in hydrophobic group increases with the increment of carbon number in hydrophobic group. And CMC decreases because electronegativity of hydrophilic group is decreased with the increment of electronegativity of hydrophilic group. However, with the increase of repeating units in hydrophilic group, the negative partial charge of hydrophilic group increases. So CMC increases because surfactants hydrate rather than form micelles in aqueous solution by the increase of hydration ability.

Robust Beamformer to Source Range Mismatch (신호원 거리 부정합에 대한 로버스트 빔형성기)

  • Under signal range mismatch, the LCMV beamformer has the performance degradation to cancel a desired signal. Using the eigenstructure properties of the array covariance matrix, we investigate the cause of this problem. From this investigation, a robust beamformer to source range mismatch is presented. The proposed beamformer has the maximum output signal-to-noise ration (SNR). When a desired signal is in a far field, the weight vector of the proposed beamformer is not biased.

  • Transmission signal in wireless environment receives a signal in which a source signal, interference, and noise are mixed. The goal of this study is to estimate the desired signal from the received signal. In this paper, we have studied a method correctly estimating a target in spatial by modified beamformer method. The modified bemaformer uses an adaptive array antenna and perturbation matrix to obtain the optimal weight, and estimate the desired signal by radiating the beam in spatial. We estimate a desired signal of the target by improving resolution with the modified beamformer method which does not have complicated calculation amount. Through simulation, we compare and analyze the modified beamformer method and the MUSIC method with good resolution. In result of simulation, we showed that modified beamformer method has better resolution of 10degree than classical beamformer method and showed similar performance as the MUSIC method. The resolution of this paper was estimated to be about 5 degrees.
