(사)한국포장협회(회장 임경호)는 지난 3월 30일부터 6월 12일까지 총 11주간 제31기 포장기술관리사(Packaging Professional) 통신교육을 진행하고 105명의 포장기술관리사를 배출했다. 이번 제33기 포장기술관리사 통신교육에서는 김성관 SK종합화학 과장이 총 1백점 만점에 95.5점을 획득해 최고 성적 우수자로 선정됐으며, 김명영 (주)시디즈 제품기술팀 반장은 94.1점으로 2등, 김민규 뉴팩코퍼레이션 주임이 91.1점으로 3등으로 수료했다. 다음에 제33기 포장기술관리사 우수성적 수료자들로부터 포장기술관리사 통신교육에 대한 견해를 들어보도록 한다.

본 논문은 무인감시 시스템의 특성상 조명 상태의 변화나 카메라의 흔들림과 같은 환경의 변화에 적응할 수 있도록 연속된 세 프레임간의 차영상를 이용하는 방법을 적용하여 움직임 정보를 추출하고, 영역의 분할 및 특징점 추출을 수행한 후에, 인공 신경회로망 기법을 적용하여 이동표적을 추적한다. 추적시에는 추출된 각각의 표적간의 데이터 연결을 움직임 정보의 특징점들을 이용, 레이블링하여 각각의 표적을 연결시켜 추적의 성능을 높였다.

성이 넘쳐 나는 시대, 성의식 개방과 더불어 이를 모티브로 한 사업은 그다지 경기영향을 받지 않는 특성을 가지고 있다. 최근 이러한 성관련산업이 크게 발전하고 있는 가운데 성인용품자판기 시장 역시 지난 한해 큰 시장성공을 일구어 냈다. 성인용품에 대한 인식확대와 수요확산과 더불어 익명성이 보장이 되는 유통수단이라는 제품성격이 모텔 등의 숙박업소의 니즈와 절묘하게 맞아 떨어진 점이 인기의 비결이다. 그러나 이러한 시장 인기가 지속력을 보이지 못한다는 데 문제가 있다. 최근 들어 성인용품 자판기 시장은 설치 로케이션의 제약성, 기대만치 높지 않은 운영수익성 등의 문제로 시장이 위축되어 가는 양상을 보이고 있다. 금호 테마기획에서는 성인용품자판기 시장의 현황을 살펴보고, 지속적인 유망시장으로 자리매김하기 위해서는 어떠한 선결과제들이 있는 지를 살펴봤다.

본 연구에서는 국내의 정보보호관리시스템(ISMS)와 국외의 비즈니스연속성관리시스템(ISO22301)의 비교를 통해 ISO22301의 인증 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 또한, ISMS와 ISO22301의 정의 및 필요성, 인증, 인증혜택 등을 알아보고 ISO22301 인증 활성화 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 연구 결과 ISMS 인증은 의무이고 인증 혜택도 전문업체 지정 시 가산점, 입찰 과제선정 평가 시 가산점 부여 등 명확한 혜택이 있었으나 ISO22301은 조직의 명성강화 브랜드 보호 등 인증의 혜택보다는 인증의 효과적인 측면이 강하므로 ISMS의 인증 중 입찰 과제선정 평가 시 가산점 부여, 정보보호관련 보험 가입 시 할인 혜택 등 명확한 혜택을 부여한다면 현재 ISO22301 인증 보다 활성화 될 것으로 판단한다.

The global trend for women's policy has selected gender mainstreaming to change unequal gender relation. The gender mainstreaming means that the gender perspective is integrated into all policy processes to accomplish gender equality. In other words, 'gender' should be considered as a basic factor such as classes, regions, and races when a policy is established and implemented. The government has implemented various gender mainstreaming policies to integrate gender perspectives. This study is to examine officials' perception about various gender mainstreaming policies. The survey was conducted for Daejeon city officials (699 men and 457 women). Officials' perception is very important, because it is an important means used as a tool in shaping and implementing policies. Variables such as gender, age, position, length of service, work place, etc. were chosen and the differences between variables were analyzed. The analysis showed that gender mainstreaming policies were perceived as ones only for women. Therefore, various education programs according to gender, age, position and length of service should be developed to improve the effectiveness of gender mainstreaming policies. In addition, education programs for officials to improve gender sensitiveness should be developed and expanded.

최근 모바일환경에서 영상검색을 위한 연구가 활발히 진행됨에 따라 MPEG에서도 국제표준을 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 모바일의 제한된 성능환경과 외부적인 실외환경변화에 강인한 알고리즘개발이 시급하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 환경변화에 강인한 영상검색 알고리즘을 개발하기 위하여 기존의 영상검색으로 많이 사용되고 있는 SIFT와 SURF 알고리즘의 성능을 분석하고자 한다. 실험에 사용된 데이터베이스는 MPEG에서 표준영상으로 채택된 ETRI dataset을 이용하였다. 실험결과， 기존의 알고리즘은 특징점 검출과 그 서술자가 서로 의존적임을 알 수 있었다.

MPLS(Multi-Protocol Label Switching)망에서 LSP(Label Switched Path)의 수와 레이블 수를 줄이는 것은 망 자원 관리 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 다중점대점(Multipoint-to-Point) LSP[1]는 이러한 요구사항으로 제안되었다. 하나의 다중점대점 LSP는 다수의 망 입구 노드로부터 하나의 망 출구 노드까지의 경로를 나타낸다. 다중 점대점 LSP는 미리 정의된 경로이다. 망 형태 정보가 빈번히 변하는 실제 망을 고려할 대 다중점대점 LSP는 경로가 신속히 재결정될 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 망의 트래픽 부하 균형을 위해 Monte-Carlo 시뮬레이션을 이용한 빠른 LSP 결정 방법을 제시한다. 또한 경로 결정시 Greedy 알고리즘을 사용하므로 최적의 다중점대점 LSP 결정에 접근하는 경로를 결정한다.

본 연구의 목적은 연속성 관점에서 군장병의 재난안전교육이 안전의식에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 군장병들에 대한 효율적인 안전교육 및 안전사고 예방하는 것이다. 이를 위해 군장병 200명을 대상으로 안전의식에 관한 설문조사를 실시한다. 분석 결과를 토대로 군부대 재난안전교육에 대한 모델 개발을 통하여 국방부 재난안전교육의 체계성을 높이는데 토대를 제공하고자 한다.

This study aims to analyzed the treatment factors in the reading activities in order to examine the possibility for such factors to applied to the actual life of the old, and sought for the utilization and direction of the reading program that is presented as the treatment and prevention of the emotional problems of the old people. Considering such circumstances, involving in reading activities improves the quality of the old people's life by meeting their internal desire by themselves and giving the meaning to their life with creativity. In addition, the reading activities helps the old people to express in-depth conflicts, emotion, desire and thinking that they are routinely experiencing, thus leading to the treatment of their agony, trauma, and pain. In such sense, it is very meaningful for the elderly to be joined in any reading activities.
