A Study for Secure the Reliability of Automated Warehouse System (자동화창고 시스템의 신뢰성 확보를 위한 연구)

  • Recently, not only domestic businesses but also overseas businesses are expanding development and investment in automated warehouses as domestic and foreign logistics environments undergo drastic change. In such an environment, automated warehouse systems are being rapidly changed, and automated warehouse systems equipped with diversified functions are being developed accordingly. But the assessment systems of developed automated warehouse system is at a standstill. In the present article, characteristics of the automated warehouse systems in diversified development and trends of technology were analyzed, based on which evaluation items of functional suitability and reliability were derived by referring to ISO/IEC 25000 as the international quality assessment standard to secure reliability of the automated warehouse system, and an evaluation model was developed through the derived evaluation items. Through the present article, evaluation standards of functional suitability and reliability to enhance quality levels of automated warehouse systems are considered to be secured.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of Logistic Information System on performance by efficiency of internal operation and organizational innovation. The results of this study as follows : The characteristic variable evaluation model that extended from the performance(user's value, perceived usefulness) of Logistic Information System were verified meaningfully. In this study, the efficiency of internal operation and organizational innovation were very important factor, to analyze the effects of Logistic Information System on performance. This study expect that Logistic Information System will achieve their Logistic Information System competitiveness through continuous quality measurement and improvement to increase the performance.

A Prediction Method of Learning Outcomes based on Regression Model for Effective Peer Review Learning (효율적인 피어리뷰 학습을 위한 회귀 모델 기반 학습성과 예측 방법)

  • The peer review learning is a method which improves learning outcome of students through feedback between students and the observation and analysis of other students. One of the important problems in a peer review system is to find proper evaluators to each learner considering characteristics of students for improving learning outcomes. Some of peer review systems randomly assign peer review evaluators to learners, or chose evaluators based on limited strategies. However, these systems have a problem that they do not consider various characteristics of learners and evaluators who participate in peer reviews. In this paper, we propose a novel prediction approach of learning outcomes to apply peer review systems considering various characteristics of learners and evaluators. The proposed approach extracts representative attributes from the profiles of students and predicts learning outcomes using various regression models. In order to verify how much outliers affect on the prediction of learning outcomes, we also apply several outlier removal methods to the regression models and compare the predictive performance of learning outcomes. The experiment result says that the SVR model which does not removes outliers shows an error rate of 0.47% on average and has the best predictive performance.

Analyzing User Satisfaction of the Standard Records Management System (표준 기록관리시스템에 대한 사용자 만족도 분석)

  • It is necessary to diagnose the standard record management system when the system is being spread out to entire public organization and institutions. This study aims to analyze the standard record management system for improving system and revising the related standards in the future. This study evaluates the satisfaction on the interface and functional quality of the system through questionnaire survey on records managers. It is found that the satisfaction of functional quality is just above the line, but the interface fails to satisfy records managers. Also the reliability of the system appears to be higher satisfaction than efficiency and usability. Therefore, the study suggests that the standard records management systems should try to improve 'easy of use' and effectiveness and efficiency by implementing heavy batch job and promoting modulation of key function. And the study emphasizes that the standards will be revised with the long-term plan in order to develop standard records management system systematically and continuously.

  • 미국 국방성에서는 고수준 아키텍쳐(High Level Architecture)를 국방성의 모델링, 시뮬레이션 프로그램의 표준으로 채택하고 있으며, 광범위한 어플리케이션, 컴퓨팅 아키텍쳐, 통신 환경으로 그 영역이 확장되고 있다. 지난 '99 춘계 학술 대회에서 발표된 논문에서는 이러한 경향을 수용하면서 효율적인 분산 시뮬레이션을 지원하기 위한 시스템 아키텍쳐와 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 시스템의 변경 내용을 소개하고, 시스템의 프로토타입을 구현한 후, 그것에 대한 성능 평가 결과를 제시한다. 성능 평가는 시스템의 확장성과 네트워크 트래픽이 많은 경우의 메시지 전송 정책에 초점을 두고 진행되었다.

Web-based Evaluation Framework for the Flood Warning Facilities and Operational System (홍수예경보 시설 및 운영시스템에 대한 웹기반의 평가체계)

  • 세계기상기구(WMO)에 의하여 홍수예경보시스템의 평가를 위하여 개발된 MOFFS Ver.3의 개선을 위하여 특정유역의 홍수방어체계의 취약성을 평가하고 홍수방어시스템의 완성도를 높이기위한 DSS-FOP를 개발하였다. DSS-FOP는 지점별, 홍수사상별로 예보시스템 운영결과를 간단한 평가양식에 나타내는 시스템이며, 홍수방어구조물(Flood control infra)과 홍수조절운영(Flood control operation)으로 분류한다. 홍수방어구조물은 수문관측, 홍수방어구조물, 홍수조절지휘소로, 홍수조절 운영은 자료처리 및 전송, 홍수예측모형, 예경보발령의 총 6가지 주요평가항목과 하부의 23가지 세부평가항목으로 구성하였다. 점수부여체계는 최대점수, 목표점수, 성과점수, 부족점수, 취약점수의 산정을 통하여 구조물인프라와 운영측면에서의 시스템취약부분을 평가 진단할 수 있도록 하였다. 개발된 DSS-FOP를 이용하여 국내의 한강유역과 UN/ESCAP 태풍위원회의 회원국인 태국의 Khlong U-Taphao 유역을 대상으로 적용하고 그 결과를 비교 평가하였다. 한강유역의 경우 하천정보센터 신설 및 조직강화로 인적자원측면에서 높은 성과점수를 보였으며, 향후 수문레이더 설치 등으로 관측분야에서의 개선이 기대된다. 태국의 Khlong U-Taphao 유역의 경우 목표수준을 다소 조정할 필요가 있으며, 비상행동계획의 마련이 시급하다. 더불어 홍수방어구조물에 대한 지속적인 투자가 필요한 상황이다. 이러한 DSS-FOP의 평가결과는 국가별, 유역별, 호우사상별로 관리되며, 태풍위원회 회원국의 적용 및 기술지침의 작성을 위해 많은 평가 및 조사가 축적되어야 한다.

한국벤처캐피탈 투자평가모형의 타당성 분석

  • 본 연구는 한국의 벤처캐피탈회사들이 투자안이 투자여부를 판단하는데 사용하는 평가모형이 실제의 성과와 비교하여 타당성을 갖는가를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 다음의 두가지 투자모형을 도출하여 그 내용을 비교하였다. 실제심사모형(Current Evaluation Model)은 심사과정을 거친 168개 투자안을 coxorehlse 그룹과 기각된 그룹으로 분류하여 이에 대한 판별분석을 통해 투자여부에 영향을 미친 평가요인의 우선순위를 규명하여 도출하였다. 한편, 성과모형(Performance-based model)은 앞 모형에서 채택된 투자안을 다시 성공과 실패의 두 그룹으로 분류하고 이를 종속변수로 한 판별분석을 통해 성과에 대한 평가요인의 영향도를 파악하여 개발하였다. 이 두 모형을 비교함으로써 본 연구는 우리나라 벤쳐캐피탈이 적용하는 투자평가시스템의 문제점을 파악하고 그 원인을 고찰하였다. 본 연구는 미국 등 선진국과 달리 다양한 투자환경에서 나타날 수 있는 투자평가모형의 타당성을 검증할 수 있는 접근방법을 제시했다는 점에 큰 의의가 있다. 이러한 접근을 통해 현 평가 모형의 문제점을 파악하고 개선방법을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

The Effect of the of Hotel Information System(HIS) quality on Acceptance Level and Personal & Organizational Performance (호텔정보시스템 품질이 정보시스템 수용 및 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • As the role that information system and technique plays in hotel firms is critical, the quality of IS and IT is considered as one of most important factors that determine success of hotel firms. This study aims to examine the influences of the quality of IS/IT exerted on the user's level of acceptance of the HIS and the operational performance on both personal and organizational levels. Based on the data collected from 256 employees in reservation departments of 3 Seoul and 3 Busan deluxe hotels, the study tested the applied TAM model. The results indicated that the quality of IS/IT affects the user's acceptance level (eg., satisfaction and perceived usefulness), and such acceptance behavior affects reservation employees' performance on both personal and organizational levels. Managerial implications are also presented for researchers and practitioners of hotel firms.

  • IT investment is usually very costly and takes a long time to get the results out of investment. However, most of currently available evaluation methods for IT investment are based upon short-term effects, hence their results are not fully trustworthy. In addition, those methods commonly consider only financial aspects such as ROI. For more reliable evaluation, it is necessary to consider non-financial factors such as system utilization, customer satisfaction, public relations, and so on, as well as financial factors. In this research, we propose an evaluation method that can evaluate both financial and non-financial aspects on a long-term base. For this purpose, we employed the research results developed in System dynamics and Balanced scorecard. System dynamics is useful in analyzing long term behavior of a given system, and Balanced scorecard is useful for evaluating both financial and non-financial aspects. We demonstrated the usefulness of our method by applying it to the evaluation of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) investment in a distribution and retail industry. From this application, we found that RFID investment may not be rewarding in the short term, but is sure to be returning the income relative to its investment in the long run.

  • 최근 정보시스템 감리분야에서 현안이 되고 있는 정보시스템 책임감리의 성격규정 및 책임감리 도입을 위한 요구사항에 대하여 논하였다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 서론에 이어 정보시스템 책임감리의 벤치마킹 사례로서 건설책임감리의 성과평가 결과와 시사점을 분석하였고 정보시스템 책임감리의 도입을 위한 요구사항을 논하였다. 끝으로 결론과 추후과제를 제시하였다.
