This case study quantifies the savings that can be realized through integration in National Computing & Information Agency (NCIA) of the Korea Government. It is based on the process of the NCIA development project that consolidating and integrating distributed 24 agencies. And it used the widely accepted Gartner TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) Solution and applies that methodology consistently before and after integration. Specific measurement items for examining the information system integration saving cost are developed pilot test for 2 agencies through compare TCO before integration and TCO after integration. The results of measuring on information system integration in NCIA are showed lots of economic cost reduction in TCO by integrating and consolidating each computing environment in agency. Especially in detail, NCIA realized the most savings in IT Capital Cost including development of hardware, software and recovery system. Also IT Support Cost and IT Administration Cost examined more savings than before IT integration.

The goal of this paper is to set up the order list of performance measurement factors according to the its weights. For this purpose the AHP method were implied. The research of this paper is carried out in two steps. At first step, the performance measurement factors are crystallized through review of the korean and foreign researches. In second step, the weights and order list of critical success factors of Hospital Information System were complete. The AHP method were performed in second step. The order list of all CSFs will be determined according to their weights and priorities. This order list shows which factors have the most useful influence on the performance of HIS. This result could play the role as milestone for the effective management of Hospital Information System in Korea.

기업의 성과는 기업이 갖고 있는 유형, 무형의 자산 운용 결과이므로 성과측정은 유형, 무형의 모든 측면에서 이루어져야 할 것이다. 그러나 측정하고자 하는 대상이 반드시 정량적 결과를 확보하고 있다는 보장이 없으므로 객관적 성과측정에 대한 신뢰를 확보하기가 쉽지는 않다. 특히 대기업과 중소기업의 조직 생성과 운용 방식이 근본적으로 상이하므로 측정 방식도 다를 수밖에 없다. 본 연구는 중소기업에 적합한 성과측정의 관점을 직무, 태도, 능력, 자격의 관점으로 제시하였으며 조직성과측정보다는 개별측정 방식을 권고하였다. 또한 시스템의 구성은 사용자와 팀장 및 BSC 담당자로 구성하여 BSC 서버를 중심으로 각 사용자의 인터넷 계정을 통하여 입력하고, 평가하고, 승인할 수 있도록 하였다.

Performance of corporation results from operation of tangible and intangible assets. Thus, measuring performance need to be taken place in terms of tangible and intangible aspects. However, the research objects, in the measurement of performance, do not guarantee researchers to achieve quantitative results and it is difficult to have objectivity. There are also many different points between a big enterprise and a small-medium size company. These facts require new measurement methods. This study suggests aspects of measurement method as task, attitude, ability and qualification for small-medium size companies. Specially, this study suggest individual measurement method than organizational one. The research system consists of users, team leaders and staffs charge of BSC and the users can access BSC sewer to input, to evaluate and to prove data through their own accounts.

수위, 우량, 유량, 유사량 등 수문자료 중에서 유량자료는 가장 많은 쓰임새를 갖고 있음에도 불구하고 신뢰도가 낮은 이유로 인해 많은 문제점을 안고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이렇게 유량측정자료의 신뢰도가 낮은 이유는 크게 5가지로 들 수 있는데 1)측정 수행자의 잦은 교체 등에 따른 조사역량 부족, 2)수행자별 유량측정 및 분석방법 상이, 3)장비의 유속검정 등 관리미흡 및 성능 저하, 4)유량측정 상당시간 경과 후 유량측정성과 정리로 오류 수정 곤란, 5)유량측정성과의 체계적인 관리 미흡 등이다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하고 현장에서의 유량측정 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위하여 (주)웹솔루스에서는 PDA를 이용한 유량측정 관리시스템을 개발하였으며 기존의 한국수자원공사에 국한된 기능을 건설교통부 한국건설기술연구원에서 활용이 가능하도록 프라이스컵을 이용한 유량측정이 가능하도록 유량측정 관리 시스템의 기능을 개선하였다. 현재 이 시스템 C/S 기반 및 웹 기반으로 개발되었으며, 2003년부터 2005년까지의 주요 댐 지점에서의 성과를 바탕으로 그 활용성을 검토하였다. 본 시스템을 기반으로 측정된 자료들은 사용자가 보유하고 있는 서버에 실시간으로 저장이 되며, 현 2006년에는 한국수자원공사에서 운영하고 있는 13개의 댐과 1개의 국가 하천에 대하여 총 59개의 관측지점에서 활용되고 있고 있다. 본 시스템 도입을 통해 유량측정성과가 체계적으로 관리되고 있으며, 향후 시스템에 대한 지속적인 유지 관리가 이루어진다면 오랜 기간에 걸쳐 축적된 많은 양의 유량자료는 수자원관리에 큰 역할을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 입력자료로 변환하도록 하는 자료 동화 기능, CE-QUAL W2 모형을 수행하는 기능 및 결과자료를 분석하는 기능으로 구성되어 있으며, 각 기능을 선택하면 해당 화면으로 GUI가 전환된다. 따라서 다량의 측정자료의 신뢰성을 유지하고 이를 모형의 입력자료로 활용하는 일련의 과정을 시스템화하기 때문에 자료의 이상적 유지 관리가 이루어지며 복잡한 2차원 수질해석 모형을 수월하게 운영할 수 있는 시스템으로 개발하였다.제외하면, 부자측정 방법에 의한 유량산정시 가장 큰 오차원인은 홍수시 측정된 유속측선의 위치와 홍수 전후로 측정된 횡단면상의 위치가 일치하지 않는 점과, 대부분 두 측정 구간의 평균값을 대푯값으로 사용한다는 점이다. 본 연구는 다년간의 유량 측정 및 검증 경험과 자료를 토대로 현장에서 부자를 이용하여 측정된 측정성과를 정확도 높은 유량자료로 산정하는데 있어서의 문제점을 도출하고, 이로 인해 발생하는 오차를 추정하여 그 개선방안을 제시해 보고자한다. 더불어 보다 정확한 유량 산정을 위한 기준과 범주를 제시하고자 한다.리적 특성을 잘 반영하며, 도시지역의 복잡한 배수시스템 해석모형과 지표범람 모형을 통합한 모형 개발로 인해 더욱 정교한 도시지역에서의 홍수 범람 해석을 실시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 모형의 개발로 침수상황의 시간별 진행과정을 분석함으로써 도시홍수에 대한 침수위험 지점 파악 및 주민대피지도 구축 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 있을 것으로 판단되었다.4일간의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관

기업에 있어서 성과측정은 무엇보다도 중요한 경영활동으로 미래의 기업 전략 수립을 유도할 수 있는 역할을 발휘하고 있다. 기업의 경영방식은 바뀌어 가고 았지만 기업의 성과를 측정하는 방법은 여전히 재무적 성과 측정 방법에만 너무 의존하여, 이미 행해진 성과 향상을 위한 의사결정들의 결과는 보여주지만 장기적 전략개발을 위한 적절한 지침을 보여주지는 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 보다 포괄적이며 과학적인 성과 측정 방법이 나타나고 있으며 이 중 BSC 가 많은 기업에서 사용되고 있거나 수용과정에 있을 만큼 그 유효성을 인정받고 있다. 하지만 이러한 BSC마저도 문제점을 내포하고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 BSC의 문제점을 극복하기 위해 시스템다이내믹스 (System Dynamics) 방법론을 통한 Dynamics BSC 모델을 전략 및 경영활동에 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

국내 무역업무 환경이 EDI 시스템 도입 및 정부의 적극적인 활성화 정책에 힘입어 급속도로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화와 함께 EDI 시스템 도입, 활용방법, 성과측정 및 표준화에 대한 연구들이 다각적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이 중에서도 기업에게 있어서 EDI 도입에 따른 성과향상 및 성과측정이라는 이슈는 대단히 중요한 의미를 가질 뿐만 아니라, EDI 시스템 도입의 궁극적인 목표이기도 하다. 이러한 배경하에서 EDI 시스템도입에 따른 기업성과를 향상시키기 위한 EDI 시스템 구현 및 활용방안 등에 대한 기존연구들이 많이 소개되어 있다. 그러나, 실제적으로 EDI 시스템을 활용하면서 시스템에 대한 통제요인의 개발 및 통제요인간의 인과관계 확인과 요인들간의 상관성 조절을 통해서 기업 전체의 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 EDI 통제모형의 개발에 관한 연구는 부족하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 EDI 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 통제요인 및 이들간의 상관관계를 밝히고, 이를 퍼지인식도 (FCM: Fuzzy Cognitive Map)와 연계하여 효율적으로 EDI 시스템을 통제할 수 있는 통제모형을 제시하고자 한다.

Researches on performances analysis of companies which adopted ERP system and factors influencing introduction of ERP system have been conducted. This study presents service quality and system quality on ERP system and verifies how each factor influences the users satisfaction. This study finally verifies relationship among job satisfaction, job performance and satisfaction of system.

The study investigated the indicators for information service system performance measurement through the review on the related literatures, and developed 16 indicators for the performance measurement in 4 areas of library visit, lending, reference service and user instruction, and electronic service. And then with the indicators, the study surveyed 6 academic libraries including each 2 of large, middle, and small sized academic libraries. Based on the survey results, the study made a proposal for the application of performance indicator and the improvement of information service system performance.

본 연구의 목적은 이원화된 위험을 분류하는데 사용된 여러 가지 데이터마이닝(datamining) 기법들의 성과를 측정·비교하는데 있어서, 표본추출(sampling error)의 영향, 표본의 구성비 영향, 기존의 전통적 위험예측치의 문제점등을 살펴보고, 새로운 위험예측치를 제시하여 실증적으로 비교, 검증하는 것을 연구의 주목적으로 하고 있다.
