국내 인용 데이터베이스에서도 해외와 마찬가지로 저널 영향력 지수가 핵심 지표로 제공되고 있으며 저널 평가나 연구성과 평가의 기준 지표로 사용되는 경향이 확산되고 있다. 그러나 국내 저널에서는 논문이 발표된 당해년도에 인용되는 비율이 해외에 비해서 높기 때문에 이를 반영하지 않는 영향력 지수는 국내 저널에 대해서는 더 불완전한 지수라고 할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 여러 해에 걸쳐 발행된 논문이 특정 연도에 인용된 횟수로 평가하는 저널 영향력 지수와 달리, 특정 연도에 발행된 논문이 여러 해에 걸쳐 인용된 횟수로 평가하는 통시적 영향력 지수의 개념과 산출방법을 알아보고 정보관리학회지를 대상으로 시험 측정한 결과를 살펴본다.

최근 선진국을 중심으로 국가R&D사업에 있어서 사업의 연구성과 측정 및 관리가 주요 이슈가 되고 있다. 특히 표준과 특허는 국가R&D사업의 연구성과를 경제적 성과로 전환할 수 있는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 정보통신표준화정책 및 국가R&SD정책에 따라 추진되고 표준 및 특허 창출에 초점을 두고 진행되고 있는 정보통신표준화사업의 사업 추진결과와 추세를 파악하고, 사업의 투자 효율성을 종합적이고 체계적으로 분석하기 위한 정보통신표준화종합지수를 개발하였다. 정보통신표준화종합지수는 사업의 효율적 정보제공을 통해 정보통신표준화사업의 효과적 체계구축을 가능하게 하여 정보통신표준화사업의 발전을 촉진시키고, 궁극적으로는 국가 정보통신표준화 역량 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

Recently, the Korean economy is congested with Japan's economic retaliation, the US-China trade war, the Bank of Korea's 0.25% base rate cut and Korea's economic growth forecast revision. The purpose of this study is to analyze the KOSPI, CPI, Treasury bonds(3 years) Interest rate & sales performance of all industries, and examine the impact of each index on the KOSPI. The analysis period is from January 2003 to June 2019, and the effect of each index on the KOSPI is analyzed. In numerical analysis, we performed correlation coefficients and regression analysis. In the model analysis, the distribution, quadrant, scatter, box-plot and impulse response were examined. This study examined the volatility and dynamic characteristics of each index. As a result, the KOSPI showed a high correlation with sales and Treasury bonds, but showed a very low correlation with the CPI. The KOSPI will continue to be affected by sales and interest rates.

This study investigated the effect of small-world structure in team processes on team performance. I discussed the theoretical relationship between small-world structure in team processes and team performance and analyzed the relationship using pass data of soccer teams. I constructed the 128 pass networks from the pass data of the 2014 FIFA World Cup and then measured the structural features indicating small-world structure of the networks. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed in order to examine the strength and direction of the relationship. According to the results, the clustering has an exponential relationship with team performance and the connectivity has a log-function relationship with team performance. Finally, I found the positive effect of small-world structure in team processes on team performance. Through theoretical discussion and empirical analysis, this study found that small-world structure in team processes increase team performance by facilitating task coordination and collaboration between team members.

본 논문에서 훈춘 농업개발을 위하여 농업생산의 기본 자료인 토양자원에 대하여 평가하고 개발 이용에 대한 평가 방법은 여러 가지가 있지만 본 논문에서는 지수-등급법을 사용하여 훈춘시 토양자원의 등급을 확정했다. 지수 항목에서는 일반적으로 통용하는 항목 외에 적산온도, 토양생산성능을 증설했고 지수 설정에서는 부동한 항목에 대하여 부동한 지수를 주였다. 토양자원의 등급획분에서는 계산한 지수의 대소에 따라 4등 6급으로. 나누어 토양의 비옥성과 작물배치의 적합성을 종합적으로 개괄했고 토양 이용 방향에 대해 제시했다.(중략)

In this study, a comparison has been made among the countries regarding recent ICT practices being performed based on the measures of relative efficiency and productivity growth that use multiple inputs and outputs. Efficiency measures a country's ICT performance relative to a benchmark at a given point of time and productivity measures a country's performance over a period of time. An output-oriented Data Envelopment Analysis and Malmquist Index has been used for comparison among 28 countries over the period 2008-2011 by incorporating 9 variables. The empirical findings disclose gross inefficiencies in national ICT practices, which show that there is room for enhancing output gains through increased efficiency in their operations. In addition, 13 countries have performed better than others in total factor productivity mainly because of their improvement in the underlying technological progress in ICT. For those technically inefficient countries, however, technical inefficiency may hamper the growth of total factor productivity of ICT practices.

The purpose of this study is to identify the CSR activities and to investigate the relationship between CSR activities and business performance. Specifically, we analyzed the companies that were included in the SRI index as CSR activity companies, and analyzed how they affect the business performance of the companies according to SRI index incorporation disclosure. As a result of the analysis, the SRI index incorporation announcement has a significant positive effect on the corporate value(Tobin's Q) but it has not significant effect on the financial performance(ROA). This suggests that CSR activities are offered to companies' managers and stakeholders as a basis for investment rather than expense. In the future research, it will be more meaningful if the study on the intention to participate in CSR activities is conducted based on this study and previous studies.
