The public corporations have already implemented ERP to improve productivity, quality, and cost saving. This paper presents the result of business process improvement based on implementation of ERP. Therefore, this paper performed case study of K corporation. Survey was conducted to define the degree of improvement and evaluation method was presented using AHP. The weights for each business area is assigned based on AHP. Then ERP is evaluated in efficiency, work transparency, information sharability, and easy of use. It is meaningful achievement considering its short term implementation. The human resource management shows a relatively larger improvement than other management processes. However, information sharability shows relatively low improvement than others. This quantified result of user-oriented subjective evaluation on ERP implementation will contribute to evaluate the impact of ERP for owner organizations.

BPMT는 워크플로우 관리 시스템에서 프로세스의 정의 도구이다. BPMT는 워크플로우 시스템의 종속된 도구이기 때문에 워크플로우 시스템에서 요구하는 사항에 대처하기 위한 방안으로 확장성과 재사용성이 필수적이다. 이러한 확장성과 재사용성을 달성하기 위해 본 논문에서는 객체지향적인 개발 방법을 선책하고 BPMT에 적합한 디자인 패턴인 Visitor 패턴과 Serializer 패턴을 사용하였다. Visitor 패턴을 이용하면 새로운 표현 방법을 추가하고자 할 때 새로운 모듈만 추가한다는 점에서 표현의 확장성을 달성할 수 있다. 또한 Serializer를 이용함으로써 저장매체에 독립적인 입출력을 가능케 하고 하나의 인터페이스를 제공함으로써 객체의 확장성을 달성하였다.

Recently there has been huge efforts to improve performance in construction process by applying emerging techniques such as the Lean principle, Just-in-time concept and so on. However, little achievement as we expected has come out in reality due to the lack of strategy to set a definite goal of the execution and differences of personal viewpoints on construction productivity. Accordingly, it is the most important to promote the circumstances for the construction process improvement by quantifying the goals of respective unit activity groups. This research explores feasible solutions for the improvement of construction projects performance by combining the six-sigma principle for the generic administrative innovation based on the idea of construction process performance. For this purpose, mutual comparisons of various current approaches are performed in an attempt to establish the advantages in applying six-sigma idea and to provide its fundamental strategy. Furthermore, through a case study with the simulation of applying six-sigma to a unit activity group in construction process, this paper verifies that the overall performance improves as the degree of sigma level gets advanced.

프로젝트 관리는 통합적인 노력으로 수행되어 어떤 분야에 대한 특정의 조치 또는 불이행은 다른 분야에 영향을 미치게 된다. 즉 프로젝트 범위의 변경은 거의 대부분 프로젝트의 원가에 영향을 미치게 되지만 팀 사기나 품질에는 영향을 미칠 수도 있고, 그렇지 않을 수도 있다. 이와 같은 상호작용은 종종 프로젝트 목표들 간의 다음 그림과 같이 상호절충(Trade-Off)을 필요로 하여, 특정 분야의 성과가 다른 분야의 성과를 희생해야만 향상될 수 있는 경우도 생길 수 있기 때문이다. 한 프로젝트의 성공적인 관리는 이와 같은 상호작용의 적극적인 관리를 필요로 한다.

Even though there are growing numbers of IT utilization in many organizations, they are required to use only constrained amount of resources due to the decrease in IT Investment, following economic recession. Besides, the CEOs in those organizations are required to assess how IT Investment, which has been gradually increased during the industrial growth, affects their organizational performances. Thus, they began to enforce IT governance so as to measure IT efficiency and minimize business risks. As a result, they improved the decision making process of IT Investment, enforced IT value assessment, and established the IT Investment-performance evaluation process as well. In this article, I aimed to make it clear how IT Investment affects the IT Performance by analyzing the effects of the factors constituting the IT Investment managing system and the Process Maturity on the User Satisfaction. This analysis can suggest a practical IT Investment-performance model, which can increase organizational performances.

최근 몇 년 사이 정부 내의 정보화 사업규모는 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 국민의 정부시절 약 2,400억 규모의 정보화 예산이 참여정부에서는 약 9500억으로 증가한 사실이 이를 반증하는 증거이다. 그러나, 이러한 정보화 사업에 대한 투자규모에 비하여, 막대한 예산을 들여 진행되는 사업에 대한 지속적인 성과관리는 체계적으로 진행되지 않은 현실이다. 오히려 성과관리라는 것이 사업의 추진을 방해하는 부정적인 요소로 인식되기도 한다. 하지만, 정보화 사업에 대한 성과관리의 부재는 장기적으로 조직의 전략목표와 정보서비스와의 GAP을 심화시켰고, 결과적으로 막대학 IT 투자 전체에 대한 회의감만을 대두시키는 결과를 가져 왔다. 2006년 IT최대의 화두인 IT거버넌스 개념 역시 IT와 비즈니스의 GAP을 줄여 IT 서비스가 조직의 목표와 전략을 올바르게 지원하도록 IT운영을 하자는 것이 핵심사상이다. 이러한 IT거버넌스 실현의 중심에 IT 투자성과관리체계가 있다. 해양수산부는 IT투자성과관리체계구축을 통하여 정보화사업 전체 프로세스를 지원하며, 각 단계별 이력관리를 통해 매년 사업 담당자가 바뀌는 상황에서도 안정적인 사업의 추진이 가능하도록 하였으며, 각 사업에 대한 평가지표개발 및 평가체계 구축을 통해 사업계획, 시행, 종료 단계에서 과학적인 정보화 사업의 투자성과평가를 지원하는 체계를 마련하였다. 이러한 IT투자성과관리체계는 기 구축된 ITA, ITAMS, IT자산관리체계와 연동하여 해양수산부 IT거버넌스 실현에 이바지 할 것으로 기대된다.

Evaluating the work process of the organization is necessary to improve efficiency and make high quality of results. As size of construction projects are bigger, it is also applied to design firm. By applying efficient process, design team can reduce rework and waste. To make systematic process and keep a continuous progress, process evaluation is required. On this study, CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) concept is benchmarked. Originally CMMI is suggested to evaluating capability of work process of Soft Ware developing organization by SEI(Software Engineering Institute). From CMMI system, direction of making evaluating method of design project performing team is drove. After worked out the evaluation method of capability maturity of process in design team, it could contribute making progress in the design process and satisfying client.

A construction project is a complex process consisting of interdependent tasks. If one task has variation, other tasks will be affected additionally and it is difficult to reach consensus on task variation due to the characteristics of the construction site that is going on quickly and complicatedly. Therefore, this study identified the root cause of task variation in construction process. Adjacent matrix was created with the tasks corresponding to major causes of variation, and the network analysis was performed. The results of social network analysis in the construction process can stabilize the work flow in the complex process and improve the reliability of the process plan and the project performance.

This study is intended to look into the structural relationship between SCM activity, process innovation and quality performance in small and medium sized enterprisers(SMEs). To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 354 SCM operating officers and managers who perform the SCM activities in small and medium sized manufacturing firms. The results are summarized as follows. Overall, the SCM activity and process innovation had a significant effect on the quality performance, having a structural relationship with the quality performance in SEMs. This implies that the strategic alliance of the SCM activities and competence concentration based on technology development in SEMs can organize the unity through organizational members' information sharing. In other words, when the information integration supports the compatibility and reliability of shared information system by raising technological competence through this, the process innovation can lead to non-financial cost reduction, product quality, delivery compliance and inventory cost reduction as quality performance of the structured process, management and distribution.

We explored the relationship between the level of change awareness and deployment of software process improvement (SPI) approaches using a competing values framework. To measure awareness level of organization's change, we used DICE framework provides means for predicting the outcome of change management initiatives. The four factors for organizaton's change: duration, integrity, commitment, and effort are evaluated and a score is calculated. The DICE(R) score is used to classify projects into win, worry, or woe zones. In this paper, we apply the DICE(R) score as an independent variable to predict the outcome of a software process improvement. Our results indicated that the Organization have a higher chance of success have the better outcome in software process improvement.
