최근의 급격한 전자상거래 시장의 확대는 21세기 기업의 생존전략으로 부각되고 있으며, 각 기업에서 적극적으로 추진되고 있다. 이러한 전자상거래가 활성화되기 위해서는 사이버 스페이스상에서 현금과 동일한 기능을 수행하는 화폐가 필요하다. 이렇게 전자상거래에서 통용 가능한 화폐를 디지털 화폐(Digital Cash)라고 하며, 전자상거래 구현을 위한 핵심 기술이 된다. 디지털 화폐에 관한 기술 개발 및 사용에 관한 검토는 이미 미국, 일본 등을 중심으로 적극적으로 추진되고 있으며, 상업적으로도 충분히 성공하는 사례가 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래 활성화를 위한 디지털 화폐의 활용에 관한 연구로, 현재 부산에서 성공적으로 수행되고 있는 디지털 화폐인 “하나로교통카드(HANARO Traffic Cand)”를 중심으로 디지털 화폐의 성공 가능성에 대하여 검토한다. 여기에서는 하나로교통카드 추진 배경 및 추진 경위, 하나로교통카드의 성공 요인 분석 등을 수행하여, 향후 디지털 화폐가 전자상거래에서 성공할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 검토한다.

수학적 문제 해결은 수학 교육에서 중요한 이슈이고 문제 해결 전략으로서의 유추를 주제로 본 연구에서는 중학생들을 대상으로 단순히 유사한 문제를 제시하는 것만으로 문제 해결에 성공을 할 수 있는지, 문제 해결에 성공을 할 수 없다면 중학생들에게 어떤 과정을 제시해야만 문제 해결 과정에서 유추를 사용하여 문제를 해결 할 수 있는지를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 유추에 의한 문제 해결과정을 표상 형성, 인출, 사상, 적합성, 스키마 형성의 과정으로 보고, 이러한 과정 중 사상 단계에서 사상 과정의 명료화를 중심으로 학생들의 유추 추론에 의한 문제해결 과정을 탐구하였다. 연구 결과, 유추 추론 과정에서 근거 문제만을 제시하는 것은 목표 문제를 해결하는데 유추 추론의 성공을 보장한다고 할 수 없었으며, 근거 문제가 제시되었는데도 목표 문제를 해결하지 못하는 경우 사상 과정을 명료화하자 목표 문제를 성공적으로 해결하였다. 또한 학생들은 목표 문제의 성공 이후 유사한 새로운 목표문제를 푸는데 성공하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine Mediating effects of aging anxiety on the relationship between social activities and successful aging and Moderating effects of social support in relation to aging anxiety and successful aging. A total of 513 respondents participated in the questionnaire, 450 of which were used for the analysis. The analysis used mediating effect and regulatory effect test using regression analysis. The results showed that social activities lowered aging anxiety and helped to improve successful aging. Aging anxiety showed a mediating effect on the relationship between social activity and successful aging and confirmed the moderating effect of social support on the relationship between aging anxiety and successful aging. On the basis of this, the social activity providers diversify the social activity programs, reorganize the business system so that aging anxiety can be mitigated, and establish a mutual support system among the participants, so that successful aging through social activities will be more effective It is necessary to be managed so that.

This study is to identify which variables have influence on establishing successful Integrated Information Systems and relationships among these variables and to find a success model and success variables in establishing Integrated Information Systems in Korean universities. Precedent studies and other studies related to this study were reviewed and on the basis of these reviews, success variables were found to establish Integrated Information System. As for the research method, questionnaires were applied for employees working in universities and junior colleges. In order to verify influence relationships among success variables, a regression analysis was conducted. As a result, success variables for establishing Integrated Information Systems include organizational support, user support, development support, system quality, information quality, use, and net benefits. By identifying relationships among these variables, a success model was presented.

본 연구에서는 창업가의 역량을 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신으로 설정하여 창업기업의 성과와의 영향관계에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 특히, 최근 늘어나는 실업율과 정부의 창업지원 정책의 핵심대상군인 청년들을 대상으로 본 연구를 진행하였다. 일반적으로 청년창업이 어려운 이유 중 하나는 시장이나 사업에 대한 경험이 상대적으로 부족한 청년들이 실무적인 지원 및 실패에 대한 안전장치 없이 창업을 시작한다는데 있다. 하지만 창업교육을 통해 간접경험을 높이고 청년들이 가지고 있는 장점인 새로운 시각과 유연한 사고방식을 충분히 활용한다면, 실패에 대한 확률을 줄이고 혁신기업을 만들 수 있는 가능성은 더 높을 수 있다 하겠다. 최근 몇 년간 정부는 대학생을 포함한 청년층에게 창업 초기자금을 지원하여 청년창업의 활성화에 많은 노력을 해왔지만, 이러한 지원들은 대부분 창업을 시작하는 초기단계에 집중이 되어있다. 창업은 그 성공률이 3~4% 남짓으로 쉽지 않은 일이지만, 그래도 이러한 초기단계의 지원들은 청년들이 창업시장에 많은 참여를 할 수 있는 동인이 되고 있다. 또한, 청년들이 시장에서 자신의 아이디어를 실험하고 사업화하며 혁신을 이루어가는 창업의 과정은 훗날 그들에게 훌륭한 경험과 경력이 될 것이다. 경험을 통한 자신의 경력에 대한 주관적인 평가는 개인의 삶과 업무에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치게 되기 때문에, 청년들의 이러한 경험들은 우리사회에 지속으로 긍정적인 가능성을 만들어 줄 것이다. 본 연구는 창업가의 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신이 창업기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인하기 위한 분석을 수행하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 창업기업들이 성장을 위해서 개인이 가지고 있는 경력과 경험에 대한 활용을 높여야 하는 근거를 도출하였다. 이러한 근거 도출을 위해 창업가의 경력에 대한 중요성과 업무능력과의 관계에서 영향을 주는 요인을 가설로 설정하였고 이에 대한 검증을 통하여 주관적 경력에 대한 중요성을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 주 목적은 첫째, 창업가의 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 다양한 요인에 대하여 실증 분석하여 학문적 체계를 마련하고, 둘째, 창업가의 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 요인을 통계적 방법을 통해 찾아내어 창업지원정책의 평가시스템 개발에 유용한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다.

As startup companies are recognized as the important source of job creation and economic growth, the study is trying to find out the current situation of startup companies and their success factors in South Korea. The study analyzes the success factor of Woowa Brothers recognized as a unicorn start-up company in 2018 by using ERIS model and Start-up Developmental Stages. The ERIS model emphasizes Entrepreneurs, Resources, Industry Environment and Strategy for company performance and three developmental stages are divided into initiation, commercial and growth stages. The results indicate that the Woowa Brothers' success factor was to catch the appropriate timing in ERIS and to combine unique methods by differentiating itself from existing competitors at each stage. With analyses of success factor of Woowa Brothers as a case model, the study reveals limitations and recommends the direction of future research for producing more unicorn companies in South Korea.

Many RFID systems use dynamic slotted ALOHA to identify the label information of the RFID tags. One of the key problems in the RFID system is how to estimate the number of RFID tags up to the desired level of accuracy. In this paper, we present the framework of tag estimation algorithm for the collision-oblivious (CO) reader which can only decide whether the tag response is successful or not. Thus, the CO reader must rely on the success estimator to predict the RFID tag population. We propose two estimation algorithms to predict the number of RFID tags, named the memoryless success estimator (MSE) and the intersection-based success estimator (ISE). The MSE considers only the estimate obtained at the current inventory round, while the ISE finds an appropriate intersection interval of the existing estimates collected at every inventory round. Through the simulation results, we demonstrate that the ISE is a fast, accurate, and controllable estimator whose performance is close to that of the collision/idle estimators.

The purpose of this study propose and empirically assessed Internet Banking success model. This was derived through an analysis of the quality evaluation factors of Internet Banking services and review of TAM model, IS success model, e-Commerce success model literature. The research model consists of exogenous variables(ease of use, economic benefits, safety) and endogenous variables (usefulness, user satisfaction, trust, behavioral intention to use). The analysis results revealed that ease of use is a very significant factor influencing usefulness and user satisfaction, trust. Safety is a significant factor influencing trust. Economic benefits and usefulness, trust are significant factors influencing user satisfaction. Usefulness and user satisfaction are significant factors influencing behavioral intention to use. This study provide the initiative of Internet Banking success model. Internet banking firms will support the competitive service through strategic qualify evaluation and improvement using Internet Banking success model.
