The purpose of this study was to analyze successful intelligence and learning strategies for the scientific gifted and the general students in elementary school. For this purpose, we conducted a survey targeting 327(including 159 gifted students) 5th - 6th grader elementary students in Incheon Metropolitan City. We were utilized to evaluate the students' successful intelligence(Song, 2002) and learning strategies(Kim, 2005). The results of this study were as follows. First, successful intelligence and learning strategies of the scientific gifted students in elementary school were higher than the regular class students, it was a significant difference statistically(p < .001). Second, when compared according to grade level, the scientific gifted students class higher than the general class students, it was a significant difference statistically(p < .001). Third, when compared according to gender, the scientific gifted students were higher than the general class in both men and women, it was a significant difference statistically(p < .001)

본 논문해서는 m-커머스의 대표적인 성공 사례로 꼽히고 있는 NTT DoCOMo의 i-mode 서비스에 초점을 맞추어 성공요인과 그러한 성공을 이끌어 내는데 결정적인 역할을 담당한 웹 페이지 기술언어에 대해 살펴보았다. 분석 결과에 근거하면, i-mode 서비스의 대대적인 성공은 끊임없이 Positive Feedback의 계기를 만들어 냄으로써 가능하게 되었는데, 그것은 다름 아닌 C-HTML이라는 웹페이지 기술언어의 채용이 많은 역할을 하고 있다.

From the perspective of science gifted education, the successful intelligence theory is a means to understand how the gifted education curriculum reflects the characteristics of science gifted students. The purpose of this study is to investigate if the successful intelligence is fully reflected in the teaching materials of two gifted education centers (GECDOE: Gifted Education Center affiliated with District Office of Education, GSEIU: Gifted Science Education Institute attached to University). For this study, we selectively used 143 (GECDOE) and 134 questions (GSEIU) from the teaching materials of two gifted education centers. Those questions is analyzed through the semantic network analysis method. The results are as follow. First, the teaching materials of two gifted education centers are not evenly reflected in the successful intelligence, such as analytical ability, creative ability, and practical ability. Second, the teaching materials of two gifted education centers intensively demands analytical ability for students such as 'identify problem', 'represent and organize information', and 'additional prompts for analytical thinking'. Third, the teaching materials of two gifted education centers are presented to students without linking each frame of successful intelligence to one another. As the gifted students are quick to learn and show a preference for more complex thinking, it is necessary to develop teaching materials to experience the various abilities and promote integrated thinking according to the level of the gifted students. In this respect, this study is expected to be used as useful information for developing teaching materials to support customized education for gifted students.

본 논문에서는 모바일 인터넷으로 대표되는 제2차 IT혁명에서 세계 주도권을 노리고 있는 일본에 초점을 맞춘다. 특히 NTT DoCoMo의 i-mode 서비스, 즉$\ulcorner$휴대전화와 인터넷의 성공적 융합$\lrcorner$이라 할 수 있는 "모바일 인터넷"에 대한 분석과 성공전락 등을 통하여 향후 한국의 모바일 인터넷이 추구해야 할 방향성과 그 과제에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.

본고에서는 디지털 융합시대의 국가 미래 IT 인프라 전략으로 지능형 광대역 인프라를 제시하였다. 지능형 광대역 인프라는 광대역 네트워크 인프라, 정보통신 서비스 인프라, 기반체계 인프라로 구성되는 디지털 사회간접자본으로서 전통적인 사회간접자본과 융합되어 신(新)지식기반 SOC를 구축함으로써 국가 지식인프라의 하부구조를 이루게 된다. 초고속정보통신망 정책 성공요인에 대한 고찰을 기반으로 지능형 광대역 인프라의 성공적 구축을 위한 정책과제를 제시한다.

영유아기는 자신에 대한 긍정적 사고를 바탕으로 남과 더불어 살아 갈 수 있는 능력의 기초를 이루는 사회 정서적 발달의 결정적 시기로서 영유아기의 발달이 성인기까지의 성공적인 삶에 영향을 미치지만, 잘못되는 경우 세대를 넘어서까지 전이되는 문제를 유발할 수 있다. 영유아의 발달에 영향을 미치는 요인 중에서도 가장 중요한 것은 어머니와의 상호작용이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 어머니가 자녀에게 미치는 영향은 지금까지 지속적으로 연구되어 왔으며, 그 중에서도 어머니의 양육태도에 연구의 초점이 맞추어져 왔다. 그러나 양육자가 보이는 일반적인 경향을 나타내는 양육태도보다는 부모역할지능이 오히려 부모의 양육행동을 구체적으로 평가할 수 있는 현실적인 도구라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 맞벌이 가정의 증가로 보육시설에서 생활하는 시간이 많은 영유아의 내재화 및 외현화 문제에 어머니의 부모역할지능이 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 부모들이 점차 줄어드는 영육시간에도 불구하고 보다 성공적인 영유아 발달을 꾀하는데 도움이 되는 정보를 제공하는 한편 영유아의 보육시설에서도 영유아의 문제행동을 치유할 수 있는 프로그램의 개발에도 유익한 정보를 활용되도록 하고자 한다.
