The Purpose of this study is to explore the personality dispositions of crime Youth. Subjects in this Study are 148(High School Students) and 150(Juvenile Reformatory). Instrument used in this study is Korean-Version Eysenck Personality Questionnaires standardized by Hyun-Soo Lee(2004) and were administered to two groups respectively. Procedures for processing data were used t-test and sought the statistical differences between two groups.

본 논문은 선행 연구된 인공감정 모델에 성격 유형별로 정서적 특징을 반영한 캐릭터의 인공감정을 설계하여 적용하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 캐릭터의 인공감정은 성격 유형별로 정서적 특징을 생성에서 소멸까지의 시간과 크기로 표현할 수 있다. 따라서 정서의 유지시간, 정서적 경험을 한번 했을 때 느낄 수 있는 최대 크기와 정서를 표현하는 시점을 두 단계로 나누어 정서적 특성을 MBTI 성격 유형에 따라 적용한다. 이렇게 설계된 인공감정은 실제 캐릭터의 적용해보고 성격 유형에 따라 감정 표현과 변화를 분석한다.

본 연구에서는 OTT 개인화 추천 서비스에서 5요인 성격이론을 적용하여 사용자들의 정보 프라이버시 염려에 관한 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 프라이버시 염려와 개인정보 제공의도와의 관계에 관한 가설을 도출하였다. OTT 개인화 추천 서비스의 정보 프라이버시 염려에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 성격이론인 친화성, 정서적 불안정성, 성실성, 외향성, 경험에 대한 개방성 다섯 가지 요인을 도출하였으며, OTT 추천 서비스의 특성인 추천서비스의 정확성, 추천서비스의 다양성, 추천 서비스의 신기성 세 가지 요인을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 5요인 성격이론을 OTT 개인화 추천서비스 연구에 적용하였다는 데 의의가 있을 뿐만 아니라, OTT 기업들이 사용자의 정보 프라이버시 염려 행동을 이해하는 데에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

인간은 만물의 영장류이다. 그러나 피할 수 없이, 부모의 불완전성과 사회적·환경적 이유들로 인해 아이는 의존적 욕구와 본능적 욕구의 좌절을 겪을 수밖에 없다. 이 두려움으로부터 자신을 보호하고, 부분적으로라도 욕구의 충족을 얻을 방법을 습득한다. 이 방법이 방어기제이며, 이것이 개인의 성격 특성으로 나타난다. 특히 사회적·도덕적으로 용납되지 못하는 성적 충동, 공격적 욕구, 미움, 원한 등은 하나의 위험으로 인식되고 불안을 일으킨다. 1번 유형 개혁가, 이들은 높은 이상을 실현하기 위해서 끊임없이 노력하는 활동가이다. 이들의 교류방식은 자신의 견해가 옳다고 여기기 때문에 이런 신념이 강할수록 상대방을 가르치고, 고쳐주려고 한다. 2번 유형 조력가는 쉽게 다른 사람과 친해지는 장점이 있다. 3번 유형 성격 성취가는 사회 속에서 성공을 바란다. 4번 유형 성격 예술가, 깊은 직관력으로 창조적인 영감과 기쁨을 찾는다. 5번 유형 관찰가, 이들의 본질은 깨달음이다. 6번 유형 충성가, 이들의 본질은 두려움과 의심을 극복함으로써 드러난다. 7번 유형 열정가, 침체된 분위기를 고조시키는 재능을 가지고 있다. 8번 유형 도전가, 돌려서 이야기하는 사람을 좋아하지 않는다. 9번 유형 중재자. 다른 사람과 갈등이 있으면 다른 사람의 입장을 먼저 생각한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of individual characteristics of college students on the basic skills of the profession. The results of this study are as follows. First, the effect of personal characteristics of college students on self - development ability was significantly influenced by outward personality (.423) at p <.001 level. Second, introspective personality (p <.05, ${\beta}=.268$) and outward personality (p <.001, ${\beta}=5.862$) had a significant effect on the information ability and $R^2=.389$ showed an explanatory power of 38.9%. Third, personal characteristics did not have a statistically significant effect on interpersonal abilities. Fourth, personal characteristics are related to self - development ability and outward personality (.144), self - development ability and information ability (.201), self - development ability and introvert personality (.120) There is a correlation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of job characteristics on the basic competence of the upper and lower group through the diagnosis of the basic competence of individual characteristics and to verify the effectiveness of the study.

The purpose of this study is to find ways to enhance the effectiveness of childhood teachers by recognizing both internal and external variables that affect their efficacy. Based on prior research, personality characteristics were selected as internal variables that affect the sense of teacher efficacy and social support was selected as external variables to set the effect of personality characteristics and social support on the efficacy of childhood teachers as research issues. 285 teachers from kindergartens and daycare centers located in Daegu and Gyeongsang-bukdo Province were selected for the study. The analysis of data was conducted using the SPSS 22.0 program to examine the general characteristics of the study target, and the analysis was conducted stepwise to look at the influence of each of the variables on the teacher's. Personal teacher efficacy is shown to affect Conscientiousness, nervousness, openness to experience, and evaluation support among personality characteristics, and Conscientiousness, Agreeableness and nervousness affect general teacher efficacy. The results of this study suggest that the character characteristics and social support of childhood teachers are among the variables that affect teacher efficacy.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the personality trait of game users' game behavior and to investigate the differences according to demographic variables. For research, questionnaire survey was conducted for game users of 10~ 40's, and the collected data was analyzed and processed using the statistics package program SPSS 20.0. The results of the study showed that the Big 5 personality traits had a significant impact on game use, and in the case of Conscientiousness, most of them were positive for use of Adaptive games and most of them had negative effects on Maladaptive game use. Even in personal characteristics, a variable showing a significant influence on game use was found, which showed meaningful effects in game platform, game frequency, and occupation. In subsequent research, it is necessary to identify the variables such as types of games or platforms that can reflect characteristics of games, and to understand what kind of roles play in the relationship between game user characteristics and game use behavior.

Research on entrepreneurial giftedness is in its initial stage and the importance is increasing these days. The purpose of this article was to provide a standard type of entrepreneurial gifted students by measuring their temperament and character separately. In the year of 2010 to 2011 participants of 'Future Creative Entrepreneur' projects which was governed by Korean Patent Office and Korean Intellectual Property Association participated the present study. They composed of middle and high school students and the total number of them was 246. For all the 7 temperament and character scales; the novelty seeking, the harm avoidance, the reward dependence, the persistence, the self-directedness, cooperativeness, and self-transcendence, scores of the entrepreneurial gifted students were significantly different from the norm group (average students at the same age). In a nut shell, entrepreneurial gifted students were optimistic in their temperament and mature in their character. They also manifested high ability of adjustment and control so they can manage their features of temperament which include all the advantages and weaknesses. The Entrepreneurial gifted students were differentiated from gifted science and math students, academically competent group, and high IQ group. Implications and further research directions were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into the relationship between customer-employee exchange and organizational commitment. To achieve the purpose of this study, preliminary studies on customer-employee exchange, Big 5 character-types and organizational commitment after an overview of these variables were examined to design research models and set up research issues. To verify the research issues, a survey was carried out on employees at beauty shops located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan and Ulsan areas. Questionnaires of collected 374 copies were used for a statistical analysis. The results of empirical analysis disclosed in this study are summarized as follows. First, customer-employee exchange had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Second, conscientiousness and openness of Big 5 character-types had a moderating effect on the relationship between customer-employee exchange and organizational commitment. But extraversion, neuroticism and agreeableness of Big 5 character-types had no moderating effect. The implications available through findings stated above are as follows. First, this study confirmed that good customer-employee exchange improves members' emotional commitment to organization. Second, in practical perspective, it may be effective to select employees with high openness and conscientiousness of character traits.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the factors which affect academic achievements among gifted students' intellectual and personality characteristics. For this purposes, 125 science gifted students' learning ability test and NEO personality test data were collected and analyzed along with the school achievement scores. According to the results of this study, there are significant relationships between academic achievements and conscientiousness, executive function, and learning motivation. Based on the achievement level, there are positive correlation between academic achievement and conscientiousness in a high academic achievement group. For the middle academic achievement group, there are positive relationship with executive function and learning motivation attention but negative relationship with extraversion. For the low achievement group, concentration was the only factor highly correlated with academic achievement. For the high academic achievement group, conscientiousness is a significant predictors of academic achievement; for middle academic achievement group, executive function and learning motivation were the significant predictors; for low academic achievement group, concentration was the significant predictors of academic achievement. Results were discussed in terms of practical value of enhancing gifted students' academic achievement.
