  • 본 연구에서는 태풍의 천애역 내습시 태풍의 풍역이동과 위험반경내의 풍향 풍속 변화를 해안지형의 특성에 따라 파랑이 충분히 발달할 수 있는 해역을 대상으로 발생가능한 풍향별 취송거리 및 관측된 풍향 풍속으로 천해설계파를 산정하기 위한 한가지 수치해석기법을 소개한다. 이를 통해 구조물 전면에서의 파고계산을 위해서는 구역을 결정할 때 해역의 개방 정도 및 폐쇄성과 태풍중심 이동경로가 천해설계파 산정시 중요함을 강조 할 수 있다. 실시간 해석기법에 대해서 부가적인 재해석 절차가 필요한 상황이지만 본 연구의 해석기법은 연안 해안지역의 천해설계파를 추정함에 있어 태풍의 천해역 통과시 풍역의 변화특성과 이를 고려한 파랑의 불획 정성을 극복하고 보완 할 수 있는 천해설계파 산정을 위한 기초적 연구로서 활용될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

User Costs Evaluation due to the Bridge Reconstruction Period (교량의 재가설 공사기간에 따른 사용자비용 평가)

  • As critical infrastructure, bridges play an indispensable role in facilitating the distribution of goods. When bridges reach their end of useful life or get damaged by natural disasters such as earthquakes or storms, they have to be removed and reconstructed. When bridges in service need to be reconstructed, user costs occur from vehicle detours and traffic congestions, and social costs occur from noise and dust during construction periods. However, these user and social costs are not considered during reconstruction and the evaluation methods of those costs are vague. Thus, there is lack of appropriate bridge types that consider these costs. Therefore, this paper identifies the social overhead costs that occur during bridge reconstruction, which is also called, users' socioeconomic values. Next, it proposes a method to evaluate user costs during bridge reconstruction, and appraises the method. User costs are evaluated based on traffic information, social and material volumes including the bridge's daily traffic volume, peak hours, detour distance and time. In addition, time delay costs due to traffic operational costs and bridge reconstruction are also taken into consideration.

Truth of Mahāyāna Thought -The Controversy Between The Madhyamaka and The Yogācāra on Sunya and The two truth theories of Nāgārjuna (대승불교의 진리관 -용수(龍樹)의 공(空)과 이체설(二諦說)에 대한 중관학파(中觀學派)와 유지학파(唯識學派)의 논쟁을 중심으로)

  • The two school $M{\bar{a}}dhyamika$ and $Yog{\bar{a}}c{\bar{a}}ra$ act as a representative of $Mah{\bar{a}}y{\bar{a}}na$ Buddhism in India. But the two school disputed with each other insisting ${\acute{s}}{\bar{u}}nyat{\bar{a}}-v{\bar{a}}da$ and $vij{\tilde{n}}aptim{\bar{a}}trav{\bar{a}}da$ separately. To introduce the disputation shortly is as follow. $N{\bar{a}}g{\bar{a}}rjuna$ explained the world and truth by two truth theories(二諦說) which carry out truth of a word and the dimension(spiritual enlightenment) which is absolute(ultimate) to it being lokasaṁvṛtisatya(世俗諦) about the truth which can be expressed verbally, and which is phenomenon-like (everyday) at paramaarthasatya(勝義諦). By the way, lokasaṁvṛtisatya and paramaarthasatya are actually distinction of the recognition which is not an ontological distinction. That is, lokasaṁvṛti(世俗) is paramaartha(勝義) as it is the time of seeing by the eyes of those who have realized. The two truth theories of $N{\bar{a}}g{\bar{a}}rjuna$ was developed logical more precisely by his successors. With an everyday language, the position of Candrakīrti(月稱) that it cannot be expressed as the position of $Bh{\bar{a}}vaviveka$(淸辨) that paramaarthasatya can be expressed logically is opposed to each other, and dissociates by $Sv{\bar{a}}tantrika$(自立論證派) and $P{\bar{a}}rsagika$(歸謬論證派). Confrontation of $Sv{\bar{a}}tantrika$ and $P{\bar{a}}rsagika$ is the dispute about the ability of s which is the highest truth to be proved logically. The $P{\bar{a}}rsaga$ of Candrakirti thinks that people exist truly, and is because it claims not existing in the world where a favorite thing is actually actual. However, $Bh{\bar{a}}vaviveka$ proved Sunyata(空性)을 positively based on the reliance to language and logic. Also the mokṣa of $M{\bar{a}}dhyamika$ is not recovery of original condition of $vij{\tilde{n}}apti$ which is pure in itself as $Yog{\bar{a}}c{\bar{a}}ra$ saying, as well as obtaining a thing which is dravya-sat as $Sarv{\bar{a}}stiv{\bar{a}}din$ saying. The mokṣa of $M{\bar{a}}dhyamika$ means a condition of liberated from karma and pains through extinction of $prapa{\tilde{n}}ca$ and discrimination by realizing the real aspect of all dharma which is said by pratītyasamutpāda, $praj{\tilde{n}}apti$, niḥsvabhāva, ${\acute{s}}{\bar{u}}nya$, $madhyam{\bar{a}}pratipad$.

An Numerical Analysis of the Preloading Effect of IPS Retaining Wall through Earth Horizontal Displacement Measuring (IPS 흙막이 가시설의 수평 변위 계측을 통한 선행하중 효과 수치해석적 분석)

  • In this study, gathered measuring data at fields constructed by IPS(Innovative Prestressed Support) system controls the ground displacement and improves the constructability of earth work and structure work greatly, and compared with horizontal displacement calculated by Elasto-plastic analysis program(EXCAV/W). As the result, displacement of calculated by pre-loading data is reduced 13.2% average of general method, and measuring displacement is also reduced 26.7% average of general method. Therefore that IPS system is more safe than conventional strut method in contrast to displacement of underground wall. In addition, horizontal displacement is reduced through the pre-loading effect used by IPS system.

  • 연안역의 토지이용이 극대화됨에 따라 연안구조물이나 항만구조물의 축조가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이를 설계하는데 있어서 무엇보다 중요한 것은 천해설계파 등과 같은 파랑변형계산을 얼마만큼 실현상과 근사시켜 재현할 수 있는지의 여부에 달려 있다. 지금까지의 천해설계파 산정에 있어서는 주로 단일 주파수와 단일 방향에 대한 규칙파해석이 수행되어져 왔으나, 실제해역에서의 파랑은 수많은 주파수와 파향, 파고들이 합성되어 이루어진 다방향 불규칙파랑이므로 실제 해역의 자연현상이 잘 표현되었다고 보기는 어렵다. (중략)

  • 하천을 횡단하는 교량은 하천의 배수위를 증가시키는 중요한 요인으로 작용한다. 더욱이 산지 하천에 시공된 교량은 유송잡물에 의한 폐색으로 인하여 교량 직상류부에 홍수피해를 가중하는 역할을 하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 교량 재가설에 따른 경제적 타당성을 검토하고자 교각에 집적되는 유송잡물에 의한 배수위만이 홍수범람을 일으키는 원인으로 가정하여 제방고 이상의 홍수용량이 범람한 상황을 고려하였다. 이러한 홍수량이 유역내에서 어느 정도의 피해를 입히는지에 대하여 다차원 홍수피해 산정방법에 의거 교각의 개수를 줄임으로써 저감할 수 있는 침수피해액을 산정하였다. 그리고 교량의 재가설을 위한 개략공사비를 비용으로 보고, 재가설에 따라 저감할 수 있는 침수피해액을 편익으로 산정하여 비용-편익 분석을 실시한 결과 합리적으로 교량의 경간장을 확보하는 방안을 마련할 수 있었다.
