  • 대규모 발전단지의 계통연계 및 지역간 전력 융통과 대도시지역의 전력공급원 역할을 담당하기 위해 현재 전국적으로 67개의 345kV 이상 초고압변전소가 운전되고 있고, 향후에도 지속적으로 변전설비가 확충될 예정이다. 초고압 변전소에 필수적으로 설치되는 주변압기, 리액터는 그 용량에 따라 대형 중량물(345kV 변압기 66톤, 리액터 88톤 등)로 제작됨으로써 특수 운반차량을 통해서만 공장에서 현장까지 운반되고 있다. 현행 국내 도로법에서는 운반차량의 축하중이 10톤을 초과하거나 적재물 중량을 포함한 총 중량이 40톤을 초과할 경우 도로(교량)관리청의 허가를 득한 후 운반토록 규정하고 있고, 허가 조건을 맞추기 위해서는 교량보강 등의 공사를 통해 교량에 가해지는 중량을 분산시키거나 별도 우회도로를 설치하고 있다. 교량보강 공사는 교량의 종류에 따라 하부지보, 상부가교, 우회가교, 우회가도 등의 개별공법 또는 복합공사를 시행하고 있으나, 엄청난 토목공사비와 시간이 소요되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 중량물 교량통과를 위해 대규모 토목공사 없이 운반할 수 있는 신기술 장비인 'Crossing Bridge System'에 대한 이론적 내용과 더불어 해당 기술의 특징 및 활용계획에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

Mechanical Properties of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Using Waste Glass (폐유리를 혼입한 강섬유보강 콘크리트의 역학적 특성)

  • Since recycling waste glass as a material for concrete has a great advantage environmentally and economically, the US, Japan and other countries have started recycling waste glass widely and accumulating the technology of manufacturing equipment and its construction. However, there is no practical data on the mechanical property of concrete using waste glass. In this study, the mechanical property of the steel fiber reinforced concrete using waste glass was analyzed in terms of waste glass content(20vo1. %, 40vo1. % as a part of fine aggregate) and steel fiber content(0.5~ 1.5vol.%). The results of this study are as follows : The workability of the concrete including steel fiber and waste glass decreases, as the inclusion rate of waste glass and steel fiber increases. The tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural toughness of the concrete including waste glass increase considerably, as the inclusion rate of steel fiber increases. From the results, the appropriate inclusion rate of steel fiber and waste glass is thought to be 1.0vol. % and 20vo1. %, respectively.

  • The malfunction accidents such as kept within elevator, sudden rise, sudden stop, error of level indication which can bring about uneasiness of elevator passenger and be related with life accident are occurring. However, as there is not field recurrence for this portion and they are accidents that occur and then disappear, it is actually difficult to confirm the reason of accident. Therefore, we made an experiment for tolerance in three models which is being built recently according to EN12016(2004) standard and analyzed the movement characteristics of elevator to study the reason which can bring about confine and malfunction. Furthermore after supplementing measures for malfunction, Finally this paper will be used as reference to suggest methods for malfunction of elevator facility and the analysis for mutual relation between Power Quality and malfunction and fault of elevator.

  • Earth's environment issues are introduced recently and every year the social loss have been occurred by the impact of various disaster. This kind of disaster and weather problems are the increasing reason of electricity transmission network equipment's failures because of exposing by the natural environment. The emergency and abnormal status of electricity equipment make the power outage of manufacturing plant and discomfort of people's lives. So, to protect the electricity equipment from the natural disasters and to supply the power to customer as stable, the supporting systems are required. In this paper, the research results are described the development process and the outcomes of the real-time natural disaster failure analysis information system including the describing about the impact of disaster and weather change, making the natural weather information, and linking the realtime monitoring system. As of development process, according to application development methodology, techniques are enumerated including the real time interface with related systems, the analysing the geographic information on the digital map using GIS application technology to extract the malfunction equipment potentially and to manage the equipments efficiently. Through this system makes remarkable performance it minimize the failures of the equipments, the increasing the efficiency of the equipment operation, the support of scientific information related on the mid-term enhancement plan, the savings on equipment investment, the quality upgrading of electricity supply, and the various supports in the field.

Lateral Displacement Analysis of Concrete Electric Pole Foundation Grounds (배전용 콘크리트전주 기초지반의 횡방향변위 분석)

  • The effects of various forces acting on concrete pole are analyzed using finite element method how the forces affect on ground displacement. The soil types, wind load location of anchor block embedded depth of pole, and distance between poles are varied to find out effects on lateral displacement. Anchor block is effective when it is located at 1/4 of embedded depth The displacement is decreases as elastic modulus increases. Concrete reinforcement for loosened ground is necessary for double poles because double poles cause large excavation. When embedded depth ratio decrease, lateral displacement increase as closer to ground surface. Large embedded depth is effective to reduce lateral displacement, and the distance between poles is not much large factor.

  • 우리나라의 교회는 점점 신도수가 늘어나면서 점차 대형화되어가고 있으며 많은 첨단 설비를 갖추고자 하는 교회도 적지 않다. 하지만, 교회설계에 있어서, 대체로 그 형태와 규모만 중요시될 뿐, 그 기능에 적합한 건축물을 짓는데 소홀해 왔던 것이 사실이다. 교회의 예배공간에서 이루어지는 음향적인 매개체는 찬양과 설교인데, 이 두가지의 물리적 특성이 다르기 때문에 교회건축에 있어 실내음향은 어려운 과제라고 할 수 있다. 즉, 성가는 긴 잔향시간과 음의 따뜻함(Warmth)과 친밀감(Intimacy)등이 중시되는 반면, 설교는 소리의 명료도, 요해도(intelligibility) 등이 중시되는 등 그 음향적인 특성이 달라, 각기 다른 음환경을 요구하기 때문에 강당이나 음악당보다 교회음향이 건축적으로 난점이 있다고 하겠다. 본 연구는 최근에 시뮬레이션을 통해 음향설계를 실시한 규모가 각기 다른 예배실의 제원과 음향성능을 조사하고 그 특성을 비교, 분석하여 일반적인 음향성능을 개선하기 위한 방안을 모색하여 교회 음향설계단계에 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 예배실의 규모에 따라 5개의 교회를 선정하였으며 시뮬레이션을 통해 얻어낸 각 교회의 성가시, 설교시 실내음향인자값(SPL, RT, C80, RASTI)과 마감재료 등을 조사하고, 비교하였다. 대체로 규모가 큰 교회에서 음압레벨이 작게 나타났고, 잔향시간도 실의 체적이 클수록 크게 나타났지만 마감재료와 형태에 따라 차이를 보였다. 또, 대형교회의 음향적 결함을 보완하기 위해서는 건축의 형태, 재료는 물론, 전기음향설비의 보강이 중요하다고 하겠다.

A Study on Insulation Performance Enhancement of Existing Transmission Line Considering Overvoltage Analysis Result and Fault Characteristic (과전압 분석 결과와 고장특성을 고려한 기설 송전선로의 절연보강 방법에 관한 연구)

  • This paper describes a study that is to redesign insulation of transmission lines and determine required the numbers of insulators in order to enhance the insulation performance of existing transmission lines which were constructed with standard insulation design, considering overvoltage analysis results, probabilities and characteristics of faults. To ensure proper insulation distance without deteriorating the required performance, EMTP model is established to calculate maximum overvoltage in the line. The fault records and predicted outage rates due to lightning and contamination in the line were investigated and analyzed respectively. It presents a method to determine the numbers of insulators considering the probability and the characteristic of fault.

A Study on the Structural Reinforcement of the Modified Caisson Floating Dock (개조된 케이슨 플로팅 도크의 구조 보강에 대한 연구)

  • In the ship repair market, interest in maintenance and repair is steadily increasing due to the reinforcement of prevention of environmental pollution caused by ships and the reinforcement of safety standards for ship structures. By reflecting this effect, the number of requests for repairs by foreign shipping companies increases to repair shipbuilders in the Southwest Sea. However, because most of the repair shipbuilders in the southwestern area are small and medium-sized companies, it is difficult to lead to the integrated synergy effect of the repair shipbuilding companies. Moreover, the infrastructure is not integrated; hence, using the infrastructure jointly is a challenge, which acts as an obstacle to the activation of the repair shipbuilding industry. Floating docks are indispensable to operating the repair shipbuilding business; in addition, most of them are operated through renovation/repair after importing aging caisson docks from overseas. However, their service life is more than 30 years; additionally, there is no structure inspection standard. Therefore, it is vulnerable to the safety field. In this study, the finite element analysis program of ANSYS was used to evaluate the structural safety of the modified caisson dock and obtain additional structural reinforcement schemes to solve the derived problems. For the floating docks, there are classification regulations; however, concerning structural strength, the regulations are insufficient, and the applicability is inferior. These insufficient evaluation areas were supplemented through a detailed structural FE-analysis. The reinforcement plan was decided by reinforcing the pontoon deck and reinforcement of the side tank, considering the characteristics of the repair shipyard condition. The final plan was selected to reinforce the side wing tank through the structural analysis of the decision; in addition, the actual structure was fabricated to reflect the reinforcement plan. Our results can be used as reference data for improving the structural strength of similar facilities; we believe that the optimal solution can be found quickly if this method is used during renovation/repair.

Computational Fluid Dynamic Analysis for Improving the Efficiency of Desulfurization System for the Wet Flue Gas (습식 배연탈황 시스템의 효율 향상을 위한 전산해석)

  • In this paper the flow dynamics of the flue gas equipment in the desulfurization system was numerically analyzed by simulating the problems for the turbulent and combustion flow from Induced Draft Fan(I.D.Fan) outlet to Booster Up Fan(B.U.Fan) inlet using the commercial CFD software of CFD-ACE+ in CFDRC company for Computational Fluid Dynamic Analysis. The guide vane of this section was examined for the minimum pressure loss and the uniform flow dynamic to B.U.Fan with the proper velocity from I.D,Fan exit to B,U,Fan inlet section at the boiler both the maximum continuous rating and the design base. The guide vanes at I,D.Fan outlet and B.U.Fan inlet were removed and modified by numerical simulation of the CFD analysis. The flue gas at the system had the less pressure loss and the uniform flow dynamics of the flow velocity and flow line by comparing with the old design equipment.
