최근 유해성이 강한 지표오존농도가 대기환경의 주요한 문제로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경기도 평택과 서울 정동지역의 오존농도를 설명 변수를 사용할 수 있는 다변량 시계열 모형인 ARE(자기회귀오차) 모형으로 분석하였다. ARE모형에서는 오존 전체자료를 사용한 전체모형과 오존농도가 41ppb 이상 되는 자료를 사용한 부분모형 두 가지 모형을 비교하였다. ARE의 오존농도 설명변수로는 오존농도와 연관 있는 8종류의 기상자료와 4종류의 대기오염자료를 고려하였다. 기상자료의 8가지 설명변수로 일 최고온도, 일사량, 풍속, 상대습도, 강수량, 이슬점온도, 수증기압, 운량 자료를 사용하였다. 대기오염자료의 4가지 설명변수로는 아황산가스(SO2), 이산화질소(NO2), 코발트(CO)와 프로메툼 10(PM10)를 사용하였다.

범주형 자료분석에서 차원축소(collapsibility)는 오즈비로 설명되었다. 실제의 $2\times2\timesK$ 분할표 자료를 이 이론에 적용시켰을 때 오즈비의 값으로 차원축소가 가능한지의 여부를 판단하기는 어렵다. 오즈비를 시각적으로 표현하는 방법 중에서 Doi, Nakamura와 Yamamoto(2001)가 제안한 Contour plot을 통해서 분할표 자료를 설명하는 것은 가능하지만 차원축소의 가능성을 결정하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 오즈비의 신뢰구간을 시각적으로 표현할 수 있는 방법으로 Barrowman과 Myers(2003)가 제안한 Raindrop plot을 이용하여 $P_{\lambda,;,T}^M-policy$ 분할표 자료를 설명할 수 있으며 동시에 차원축소의 가능성을 판단할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

There are lots of analysis to determine the relation between dependent variable and explanatory variables. Often the regression analysis is used to do this, and we can analyze the how much the explanatory variable can be related with dependent variable and how much the regression model can explain the data. But the validation check of regression model is usually determined by coefficient of determination. We should check the validation of regression coefficient with different methods. This paper introduces the method for validation check the regression coefficient using the jackknife regression and bootstrap regression in clinical data.

Longitudinal categorical data commonly occur from medical, health, and social sciences. In these data, the correlation of repeated outcomes is taken into account to explain the effects of covariates exactly. In this paper, we introduce marginalized random effects models that are used for the estimation of the population-averaged effects of covariates. We also review how these models have been developed. Real data analysis is presented using the marginalized random effects.

문제: 본원의 외래 상황은 진료의가 짧은 시간 내에 많은 환자를 진료해야 하고, 진료 환자 모두에게 충분히 만족하도록 설명해주는 것은 매우 어려운 실정이었다. 2007년의 의료기관 본 평가에 앞서 병원 자체 평가 결과 외래환자의 설명 만족도는 57점으로 저조하였다. 목적: "이해하기 쉽게 설명하는 서울대학교 병원" 이라는 슬로건 하에 설명간호사 제도를 운영하기 시작하여, 설명간호사실 운영 활성화를 통한 외래 환자 만족도를 향상시키고자 한다. 의료기관: 서울시 종로구에 소재한 대학병원 질 향상 활동: 설명간호사실 방문율 증가 및 one-stop service care을 실현할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였고, 검사 시행 이유, 귀가 후 주의사항 검사 결과, 검사일정 외래 진료 안내 브로셔 및 표준화된 교육 자료를 개발하였다. 또한 설명간호사의 역할 및 업무의 확립을 위한 업무기술서를 개발 및 설명간호사실 환경을 개선하였다. 개선효과: 설명간호사실의 방문율이 내과는 2배, 신경과는 3배 정도 증가하였다. 표준화된 교육 자료 개발로 설명 요구도를 충족시켰고, '환자의 알 권리'와 '설명을 들을 권리'를 보장하였다. 업무기술서 개발로 설명간호사의 업무 및 역할을 확립하였으며 설명간호사실의 환경 개선으로 개인 신상 비밀을 보호받을 권리를 보장하였다. 외래 설명만족도가 2007년 57점에서 2008년 74점으로 향상되었다. 설명간호사실 자체 설문조사에서도 97%가 만족한다고 답하였고, 100% 모두 재방문 의사를 보였다. one-stop service care를 제공함으로써 외래가 복잡하다는 부정적인 이미지를 긍정적인 이미지로 변화시켰다.

두 개의 변수의 대체효과(substitution effect)를 연구하기 위하여 수요 또는 공급의 모형을 만들었을 경우 이에 관련된 변수들의 이름이 중요시 된다. 실제 관측 자료를 사용하였을 경우 흔히 일어나는 다공선성(multicollinearity) 문제를 다루기 위한 대안으로써 선형회귀선을 예로 들어 능형회귀기법(ridge regression technique)과 요인분석기법(factor analytic technique)을 소개하였으며 이에서 얻어지는 계수(coefficient)를 OLS 추정치로 설명하기 위하여 원래의 자료를 변환하였다. 실지 수요와 공급의 모형이 비선형일 경우 일반적으로 능형회귀나 요인분석을 쓰지 못한다는 점을 감안, 이러한 방법을 자료의 변환방법으로 설명함으로써 비선형모형에서도 다공선성문제를 위하여 능형회귀분석법이나 요인분석기법을 사용할 수 있도록 하였다.

Although longitudinal studies mainly produce multivariate longitudinal data, most of existing statistical models analyze univariate longitudinal data and there is a limitation to explain complex correlations properly. Therefore, this paper describes various methods of modeling the covariance matrix to explain the complex correlations. Among them, modified Cholesky decomposition, modified Cholesky block decomposition, and hypersphere decomposition are reviewed. In this paper, we review these methods and analyze Korean children and youth panel (KCYP) data are analyzed using the Bayesian method. The KCYP data are multivariate longitudinal data that have response variables: School adaptation, academic achievement, and dependence on mobile phones. Assuming that the correlation structure and the innovation standard deviation structure are different, several models are compared. For the most suitable model, all explanatory variables are significant for school adaptation, and academic achievement and only household income appears as insignificant variables when cell phone dependence is a response variable.

In this paper, we propose a polychotomous regression model when independent variables include both categorical and numerical variables. For categorical independent variables, we use direct sums, and tensor product splines are used for continuous independent variables. We use BIC for varible selections criterior. We implemented the algorithm and apply the algorithm to real data. The use of direct sums and tensor products outperformed the usual multinomial logistic regression model.

온라인 교육은 컴퓨터 테크놀로지 발달과 웹 기반 정보 통신 기술의 발전에 따라 효과적인 방법으로 자리 잡으면서 새로운 패러다임으로 꾸준히 성장해 오고 있다. 최근 코로나 19로 인해 초, 중, 고등학교를 비롯하여 대학교는 2020년 3월 역사상 처음으로 개강을 비대면 온라인 상황으로 맞이하게 되었다. 온라인 강의 시청수요가 늘어남에 따라 영상에 대한 필기 양도 많아지고 있다. 온라인 강의는 대부분 시각적 자료와 함께 교수자의 설명이 더해진다. 시각자료에 대한 부가적인 설명과 교수자의 말로 설명이 되는 부분에 대해 필기를 할 때 시각 자료를 그려 필기하거나 영상의 어느 부분에 해당 내용이 나오는지 시간을 같이 메모해서 봐야 하는 불편함이 있다. 본 논문에서는 해당 문제점을 해결하기 위해 영상을 시청하며 구간에 메모를 저장, 표시하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다. 학습자가 영상에 직접 메모를 표시하여 맞춤형 학습에 따른 복습 효용성 향상에 긍정적인 역할을 하도록 한다.

Percival Lowell took photographs of 80s during his stay in Korea in the winter of 1883 and 1884. The photographs are the first in the history of Korea and contain various and precious information about Korea of the day. As such, they could be used for purposes of studying late 19th century Chosōn society. The 61 photographs that are archived in Boston Museum of Fine Art were catalogued by National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage and have been posted online with incorrect explanations by Boston Museum of Fine Art. The explanations have been composed and revised at least four times on the basis of Lowell's writings and archivists' understandings of Korea. However these explanations contain many errors regarding the content of the photographs, yet have been cited by researchers and books concerning the history of Korea. I examined the explanations, analyzed Lowell's writings and diplomatic documents, and confirmed the locations where the photographs were taken. Accordingly, I suggest improved explanations of the photographs to prevent misuse of the Boston Museum of Fine Art's online archive. Lowell's photographs of Chosōn have very high historical value and could be used in various cultural fields because of their various contents and high definition. However, they belong to America and are not cared for sufficiently. Therefore, I suggest that high definition digital scans and prints of the photographs be generated for the sake of overseas Korean cultural heritage collection.
