Communication System Design Issues for Reactor Protection System in Nuclear Power Plants (원전 원자로보호계통 통신망 설계 방안)

  • 원자로보호계통은 비정상운전으로부터 원자로를 보호하기 위해 안전센서 신호를 감시하고, 그 값이 트립 설정치를 초과할 경우 자동으로 원자로 트립 또는/및 공학적 안전설비 작동 신호를 개시한다. 따라서, 원자로 보호계통은 4개의 채널로 구성되며, 각 채널간 및 채널내에서는 데이터 통신망을 통해 원자로 트립신호와 운전정보를 전송한다. 이러한 기능을 수행하는 데이터 통신망은 실시간 및 결정론적 프로토콜을 만족해야 한다. 특히, 원자로 트립신호를 전송하는 안전등급 통신망은 채널간 격리 및 브로드 캐스팅(Broadcasting) 요건을 만족해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 원자로보호계통에 적용되는 데이터 통신망 설계기준과 프로토콜 설계방안에 대해 기술한다.

  • 원전의 안전성을 보다 확보하기 위해서는 혁신적인 안전개념 도입과 체계적인 안전성 평가 및 성능검증의 강화가 수반되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 신형 원전에 적용될 안전규제기술요건의 체계와 세부사항으로서 인간공학설계에 관련된 일반안전요건, 상세기술요건, 규제지침에 포함될 주요 내용의 기본사항을 제안하였고, 인간공학설계와 관련된 규제요건의 계층적 구조 방안을 정량화하고 가시화하기 위한 연구·개발될 내용과 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 제시된 요건에 관한 주요 기본사항들은 구체화하기 위한 다각적인 검증평가 과정과 추가 연구가 수행될 예정이다.

  • WCDMA 무선광 중계기(이하 WRFMC: WCDMA Radio Fiber optic Micro Cell)는 설비 및 구축측면에서 투자비 효율성을 극대화 할 수 있으며 전송로 포설이 어려운 하천 및 산악지역에도 설치할 수 있는 장점을 가지나 이러한 장비특성 때문에 AIR 구간에서의 신호손실 보전을 위해 높은 이득으로 설계되어야 하므로 Noise Floor가 상승되는 단점도 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 3GPP에서 제시하는 중계기 규격(TS 25.106)을 만족하는 범위내에서 WRFMC의 Noise Floor감소를 통한 순방향에서의 최적설계 방안을 제시하고 향후 RF중계기에도 활용하고자 한다.

  • 최근, WBG 반도체 소자에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행됨에 따라 고속 스위칭으로부터 발생되는 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 여러 방안들이 제시되고 있다. WBG 반도체 소자의 안정적인 고속 스위칭을 실현하기 위해서는 게이트 드라이버 내에 존재하는 기생 인덕턴스를 최소화하는 것이 가장 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 layout의 최적화 설계를 통해 GaN FET 구동용 게이트 드라이버 내의 기생 인덕턴스를 최소화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 설계를 통해 만들어진 게이트 드라이버를 실험을 통해 스위칭 특성을 분석하였다.

  • 소프트웨어를 개발할 때 작성되는 명세서들은 개별특성으로 인해 연속적인 자동화가 이루어지지 않으며, 소프트웨어 감리에서도 많은 불일치 항목이 발견된다. 본 논문에서는 분석 및 설계단계에서 작성되는 명세서간 불일치를 검출하기 위해 시스템 개발과정에 대해 실시한 감리결과 보고서를 분석하여 불일치가 발생하는 연관된 명세서를 내용별로 분류하고, 이를 바탕으로 분석, 설계, 테스트 단계별로 사용되는 명세서간 불일치 추출방안을 제안한다. 이를 이용하면, 분석 및 설계단계에서 작성되는 명세서의 오류를 줄임으로써 최종산출물인 소프트웨어에 대한 품질을 향상시킬 수 있다.

A Study of Efficient Spare Capacity Planning Scheme in Mesh-Based Survivable Fiber-Optic Networks (생존성을 갖는 메쉬기반 광전송망에서의 효율적인 예비용량 설계방안에 관한 연구)

  • Due to the development of information technology and widespread use of telecommunications networks, the design of mesh-survivable net works has received considerable attention in recent years. This paper deals with spare capacity planning scheme in mesh-based fiber-optic networks. In this study, a new spare capacity planning scheme is proposed utilizing path restoration with maximal sharing of share capacity that is traced by the spare capacity incremental factor (after this, we called "SCIF"). We compare it with three other spare capacity planning scheme : link capacity of IP (Integer Programming), SLPA(Spare Link Placement Algorithm) and GA(Genetic Algorithm). The approach shows better performance with heuristics algorithm for determining the spare capacity assignment and the computational time is easily controlled allowing the approach to scale to large networks. The major advantages of the new approach are reduction of spare capacity and a polynomial time complexity.omplexity.

  • This paper suggested the optimal operating design method using simulation and ANP(Analytic Network Process) for mass-customization in the automotive component manufacturing industry. For this, first of all, we built the simulation model including various and complex factors in the field, and estimated the meta-model by RSM(Response Surface Method). Secondly using ANP, we calculated the weight of relative importance of evaluation factors gathered from decision makers. And then, we proposed the optimal operation designs by MOGA(Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm), analyzed results of them. Moreover, by comparing the results with the consequences using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), we showed its superiority of suggested method to the manner using AHP, because it reflects inner, outer dependency, and inter-relation among judgement factors. In conclusion, through this process, we can present the better way to serve mover effective, precise, and accurate information to decision makers when they build operation design for mass-customization system as automotive parts production system.

  • The objective of this study is to develop an IS curriculum and its action plan for footwear industry based on the Instructional System Design(ISD) that is widely used in curriculum developments. To this end, six steps, including a goal setting, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation are employed. Firstly, the explicit goal of IS curriculum development is defined and demands of IS education from the footwear companies are identified with questionnaires and interviews. In the design stage, the IS curriculum map is presented. With this map, the specific IT courses are established, classified by a type of industry, a function, and a level of skills. For the implementations, such particular actions as a selection of textbooks, places, managing trainees, and a training support plan are explained. Finally, the various evaluation methods are presented. The suggested IS curriculum can be applied to IS educations for the footwear companies and other related industries.

Application Methodologies of Post-Tensioned Concrete Pavements for Specialized Section Pavements (특수 구간 도로 포장에 포스트텐션 콘크리트 포장 적용 방안)

  • This research was conducted to propose the design methodologies of post-tensioned concrete pavements (PTCPs) for specialized section pavements. The specialized sections considered in this study included bus stop sections in urban bus-only lanes and culvert existing highway sections that often showed severe failures. The PTCP designs of those specialized sections were performed based on both the stresses and the fatigue failures, and more conservative design results were selected. In the stress based design, the maximum tensile stress under extreme load conditions was obtained using finite element analyses first. Then, the number of tendons and the tendon spacing were determined so that the tensile stress was less than the allowable flexural strength. The AASHTO fatigue failure equations were used in the fatigue failure based design. From this study, the design methodologies of PTCP for bus stop sections in bus-only lanes and culvert existing highway sections were successfully suggested.

A Study on Improvement of the DDHV Estimating Method (설계시간교통량 산정방법 개선)

  • Existent DDHV draws and is calculating K coefficient. D coefficient from sum of traffic volume two-directions time. There is difference of design order and actuality order, error of DDHV estimation value, problem of irregular change etc. of DDHV thereby. In this study, among traffic volume of each other independent two direction(going up, going down), decide design target order in the directional traffic volume, presented way(way) applying without separating K coefficient and D coefficient at the same time. The result were analysis about national highway permanent count point 360 points 30 orders by existing DDHV estimation value method(separation plan) analysis wave and following variation appear. - design order and actuality order are collision at 357 agencies(99.2%) - actuality order special quality : Measuring efficiency of average 80 orders, maximum 1,027 order, minimum 2 orders - error distribution of design order and actuality order : inside 10 hours is(30$\pm$10hour) 106 points(29.4%), 254 points(70.6%) more than 30 orders and $\pm$10 orders error occurrence be - DDHV estimation value : Average 8.4%, maximum 46.7% The other side, average 50 orders. error improvement effect of DDHV 8.4% was analysed that is at design hourly volume computation by inseparability method in case of AADT premises correct thing because inseparability plan agrees actuality order at whole agency with design order and measuring efficiency of DDHV estimation value is "0".t;0".uot;.
