  • 현재 미국과 유럽, 일본 등에서는 실내 벽 및 천장 마감재에 관하여 성능 기준 설계에 의한 새로운 평가방법이 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 예를 들면 시험에 소요되는 시간과 경비를 절감하고자 Bench-scale test 결과를 이용하여 화재위험성을 예측하는 내장재의 Performance-based fire safety design에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 한편, 성능기준 화재안전 설계를 적용하기 위하여 현재 사용하는 대부분의 존 모델 프로그램은 공간화재시 가연성 마감재의 발화 및 화염확산 및 위험성을 충분히 고려하지 못하고 있다.   • 감성품질로서의 BSR(Buzz, Squeak, Rattle)은 시스템의 공진특성으로 인해 부품 간의 간극에서 발생하는 간섭현상이며, 재료의 열화 특성과 조립공차의 영향으로 확률적으로 발생하는 신뢰성 문제이다. 일반적으로 BSR 문제는 제품의 개발 과정 중 완료 단계에 발견되고 있으며 설계 사양 변경이 제한적이고 고비용의 시험에 의해 해결되어 왔다. 따라서 초기 설계 단계에서 BSR의 발생을 최소화하기 위하여 재료의 열화와 결합부 이완을 고려한 CAE를 통한 BSR 가상 평가 방법이 필요하다.

  • A multiphase pump was developed in this study. The optimum multiphase pump design was arrived at, and the interactions among the different geometric configurations were explained by applying numerical analysis and the DOE (design of experiments) method. First, we designed the base model to meet the specifications. Then, we defined the design parameters related to the meridional plane and the blade angle. Each design parameter was used for generating experiment sets, and numerical analyses were performed on these sets. Finally, the optimized design was selected based on the results of the DOE analysis. The numerical optimization resulted in the optimum model having higher efficiency than the base model. In addition, performance degradation due to changes in the GVF (gas volume fraction) is discussed.

  • At the early stage of the development of high speed propulsion systems, the designers suffer from the lack of both the quantity and the quality of test data. In that situation, the associated uncertainties could not be modeled as probabilistic distribution since probabilistic modelling requires large amount of data. In this paper, instead, the information provided by experts based on their experience and engineering knowledge was used to model uncertainty using the evidence theory. In designing the DCR(Dual Combustion Ramjet) engine, the combustion efficiencies, not well understood and little data existing, are assumed to have been provided by experts. And the uncertainties are quantified by Evidence theory. The quantified uncertainties are incorporated into the optimization. The design variables, area of inlet and area of combustor exit, have been found while satisfying reliability margins of thrust and thermal choking. The results show a reasonable design of the engine under the uncertain circumstances.

  • 위성체의 보조추진시스템은 임구궤도까지의 궤도진입 및 임무궤도상에서의 속도 또는 자세제어에 필요한 임펄스를 제공한다. 단일하이드라진 추력기는 하이드라진(H$_2$H$_4$)과 자발적 촉매(Shell 405)의 발열 및 흡열 열분해 반응에 의해 발생하는 질소($N_2$), 수소(H$_2$), 암모니아(NH$_3$), 혼합가스를 노즐을 통해 방출하므로써 요구되는 impulse를 얻는다. 단일하이드라진 추력기 설계는 주입기, 촉매대, 노즐과 기타 설계 형태에 따른 다지관, 링, 스크린, 지지판 등의 부수적인 부품으로 구성된다. 추력기 제작 과정은 크게 piece-parts 기계가공, HEA(Head End Assembly)와 TCA(Thrust Chamber Assembly)로 구성되고 각 세부공정마다 전수시험 및 검사를 가진다. 연소시험설비는 최소 모사진 공 수준이 고도 100,000 ft(8.4 torr)를 만족시킬 수 있는 진공설비, 시험제어부, 성능변수 측정 및 처리부, 추진제 가압 공급부, 기타 환경 안전 및 부대 설비로 구성된다. 추력기 연소성능시험 절차는 추진제 충전 및 오염 여부 표본 검사, 가압 및 공급 라인 이상여부 확인, 추력기 장착, 추진제 가압 및 공급, 시험장치 보정, 진공 모사 및 연소성능시험, data 처리 등으로 구성된다.

Statistical procedures of add-on trials for bioequivalence in 2×k crossover designs (2×k 교차설계법에서 생물학적 동등성 추가시험의 통계적 절차)

  • Currently Ministry of food and drug safety allows add-on trial when the bioequivalence between two drugs fails to show since July 1, 2008. However, bioequivalence of highly variable drugs based on $2{\times}2$ crossover designs would require too many subjects, so the alternative designs like $2{\times}4$ or $2{\times}3$ crossover experiments are preferred. In this paper, we propose and discuss the statistical procedures for add-on trials in $2{\times}4$ and $2{\times}3$ crossover designs.

  • In this paper, we describe the architectural design, unit component hardware design and core software design(Helmet Pose Tracking Software and Terrain Elevation Data Correction Software) of IHDS(Intelligent Helmet Display System), and describe the results of unit test and integration test. According to the trend of the latest helmet display system, the specifications which includes 3D map display, FLIR(Forward Looking Infra-Red) display, hybrid helmet pose tracking, visor reflection type of binocular optical system, NVC(Night Vision Camera) display, lightweight composite helmet shell were applied to the design. Especially, we proposed unique design concepts such as the automatic correction of altitude error of 3D map data, high precision image registration, multi-color lighting optical system, transmissive image emitting surface using diffraction optical element, tracking camera minimizing latency time of helmet pose estimation and air pockets for helmet fixation on head. After completing the prototype of all system components, unit tests and system integration tests were performed to verify the functions and performance.

Ion Effects of HVDC ±500 kV Double Bipole Overhead Transmission Line with Metallic Return Conductor Using Full-scale Test Line (실증시험선로를 이용한 도체귀로형 HVDC ±500 kV Double Bipole 가공송전선로의 이온류 특성 평가)

  • A full-scale test line was established to verify the electrical environmental interferences caused by the HVDC ±500 kV Double Bipole overhead transmission line with metallic return conductor, which is scheduled for construction in Korea and the fullscale test was conducted for one year. And through the human perception test of the DC electric-field under the HVDC Double Bipole line, the threshold value at which the human detects DC electric field was investigated to verify the validity of the design guide for the HVDC ±500 kV Double Bipole overhead transmission line. The polarity configuration of the HVDC ±500 kV Double Bipole test line was arranged diagonally with the same polarity in terms of the electrical environment disturbance and operation. The test line utilized the 6-bundle arrangement to prevent the corona discharge taking into account the domestic social acceptability. The test results show that the HVDC ±500 kV Double Bipole transmission line generated very little corona discharge from the conductors. Therefore, both DC electric field and ion current density met the domestic design guide for DC overhead transmission lines. Also, the human perception test of DC electric fields under the test line showed that 70% of participants did not recognize the DC electric field even when exposed to 23 kV/m.

  • 본 논문에서는, 초고압 GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear)용 GCB(Gas Circuit Breaker)의 3상 배치구조 설계를 위한 상간, 극간, 대지간의 절연성능을 평가하였다. 뇌임펄스 전압과 상용주파 전압인가 시 상간, 극간, 대지간의 절연설계 기준을 근거로 절연설계 안전율을 고려하여 설계에 적용하였다. 수치적 전계 해석법으로 3차원 전계 해석법과 2차원 축대칭 해석법을 이용하였으며 절연설계 여유율과 현장에서의 절연파괴 시험을 통한 데이타와 비교 분석하였으며, 분석한 결과 절연설계 기준에 적합한 상배치 구조 설계임을 확인하였다.

  • The development of a pulse gun used for the combustion stability rating test(SRT) has been domestically tried out since the SRT should be accompanied in the process of the development of LREs. At the beginning of the development, a rupture problem of the pulse gun body had been solved by changing its material and increasing its thickness. Also, the sealing test was undertaken for a pulse gun equipped with a membrane before conducting a explosion test and by using a specially designed jig after a explosion test. Since it is appropriate to reuse the holder of a pulse gun cavity for an actual SRT, a series of experiments for several variants has been taken to make it reusable. After all, the solution for a reusable holder of a pulse gun has been found and applied for complementing its specification.
