Bisphenol A (BPA) is a highly hazardous component to human since it is regarded as one of endocrine disruptors. For the analysis and/or removal of BPA, the searching for the specific ligand with a selective affinity to target BPA is required. In order to find the peptide moiety that specifically binds to BPA, the ultrasound-assisted biopanning was carried out with a phage-displayed peptide library expressing constrained heptamer. After six rounds of positive screening against BPA particles followed by the negative screening against the surface of eppendorf tube, the peptide sequence (CysLysSerLeuGluAsnSerTyrCys) with affinity to BPA was screened based on the order of frequency from the screened phage clones. To further verify the specificity of screened peptide sequence, the cross-binding affinity of the phage peptide toward BPA analogues such as Bisphenol S (BPS) and Bisphenol F (BPF) was also assessed, where the selected phage peptide showed a higher affinity to BPA over BPS and BPF.

For the purpose of providing valuable marketing data to improve hospital management an assessment of customer friendly image towards local general hospitals in a city near from Seoul was carried out. The results are as follows. First, it was possible to measure & record the level of customer friendly image towards general hospitals & different regions. Second, a multiple regression analysis and AHP analysis showed that the expertise, continuity affected the customer friendly image of the hospitals but the reputation and economics showed relatively low score. This study contributes to make hospital strategy for local hospital marketing specialist showing that hospital should improve expertise and continuity to enhance medical customer friendly image of the hospital. In conclusion. this study results present primary data for correct decision making for authorities of local general hospitals who have concerns about increasing customer friendly image to improve hospital management.

The fed-batch process which combinded high selectivity of affinity chromatography and membrane process was developed. The mixture of trypsin and chymotrypsin, having almost the same molecular weight and the chemical structure, were used as model enzymes. The water soluble polymer having more affinity for trypsin and celluose acetate membrane gelated in 50vol.% ethanol for removing free enzymes and retentating trypsin-affinity polymer complex simutaneously were used in this system. The membrane pore size was controlled by ethanol concentration in the gellation bath, and the affinity polymer was prepared by polymerization of acrylamide with N-acryloyl-m-aminobenzamidine at $4^{\circ}C$. The trypsin could be effectively concentrated by utilizing an affinity polymer and a prepared UF-50 ultrafiltration membrane. As a result, 86% purity trypsin was recovered by the current purification process.

고분자막을 이용한 분리공정에서 본질적으로 요구되는 성능은 우수한 선택도와 투과속도인데, 이러한 특성들은 막의 화학구조 및 막의 두께 등에 의하여 영향을 받는다. 따라서 선택투과기체와 친화성이 좋은 물질을 박막화하여 제조한다면 분리막으로 우수한 성능을 지닐 수 있을 것이다.

For selective purification of protein in Pleurotus cornucopiae (Per.) Rolland, affinity chromatography was performed by benzoyl-AH-Sepharose 4B gel synthesized using AH-Sepharose 4B with starting materials. Ligand capacity of benzoyl group was 9.3 micromole per milliliter of gel. Total apparent molecular weight of affinity protein was 255KD, which were protein complex of 29.5, 31.5 34.0, 71.0 and 89.0KD, respectively. The contents of nonpolar, polar, positively charged, and negatively charged amino acid were 45.68%, 26.93%, 11.81% and 15.58%, respectively. The nonpolar protein was selectively purified by hydrophobic ligand of benzoyl group of gel.

Korea's aging population is rapidly increasing, but there has been little research into senior-friendly foods. Therefore, this study aimed to provide basic data for the development of senior-friendly Home Meal Replacement(HMR) foods by conducting a survey among elderly and middle-aged persons highly likely to purchase senior-friendly foods in the near future. Study findings showed that the level of HMR purchase was higher among the middle-aged, many subjects preferred products requiring simple cooking, and a higher proportion of subjects purchased them offline. Five HMR selection attributes were identified, and dietary lifestyles were classified into four categories. Through a cluster analysis, 3 groups based on level of involvement were identified: high-level, mid-level, and low-level. Napping^® analysis showed that subjects classified food products into HMR and meal kits, and into products with a clear broth and products with a thicker broth. The study findings are expected to help suggest a differentiating approach in developing senior-friendly HMR foods.

This study investigates the effects of family-friendly corporate policies on employees' job satisfaction, quality of life, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. Data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire from medium sized manufacturing company during the summer of 2017 and received 295 useful responses. The data was analyzed using the multiple and simple regressions. The results showed that the effects of family-friendly corporate policies were significantly positive from the employee's perspective. The employees' awareness of the family-friendly policy was positively correlated with their job satisfaction, quality of life, and organizational commitment, but it was negatively associated with turnover intention. It should be noted that the boss' support at work showed the insignificant effect on the family friendly policy awareness and this result was very different from the previous study. The study concludes that companies as well as employees benefit from family-friendly policies. The study that in order to create a family-friendly corporate culture, the company should not only introduce the policy to employees but also provide the support and atmosphere for the employees to utilize the family-friendly policy easily, and to establish a companywide support policy, organizational practitioners should find the way family-friendly policies to be rooted in the organization.

A new style keyboard which is user friendly and can be used efficiently in a small area is proposed in this paper. The most pre-existing keyboards were using the style of selecting a key among the arranged keys even the formats of key arrangement and the ways of using them were different. A new style of information input device called Dynamic Keyboard(DynaKey) is designed in this paper. Dynakey is a useful information input device which can be used efficiently for a mobile device with small display and for handicapped persons who has difficulties of selecting precise positions.

분리막 공정은 상변화를 일으키지 않기 때문에 장치비가 저렴하며, 열 및 화학적으로 민감한 물질, 특히 생체물질 등을 다루는데 적합하다. 또한 최종 생성물질을 정제하는 방법으로는 이온교환 크로마토그래피, 전기 영동 및 친화성 크로마토그래피(affinity chromatography)가 있다. 이중 친화성 크로마토그래피는 가장 선택적이고, 단일 장치로서 기존의 분리방법에 비해 약 1000배 가까이 정제할 수 있다. 본 실험에서는 트립신 억제제인 m-aminobenzamidine을 포함하고 있는 수용성 고분자를 제조하여 트립신을 선택적으로 분리하고자 하였으며, 본 연구 필요한 분리막은 막제조가 용이하며 비용이 저렴한 cellulose acetate막을 사용하였다. CA 막의 세공크기는 겔화매질의 에탄올 농도로 조절하였다. Casting 용액의 조성은 다음 표에 간략하게 나타내었다.
