본 연구는 선착장이 있는 부두의 변전소와 지하로 연결된 지하공동구에 대하여 위험성을 평가하기 위하여 현장조사를 하여 위험성을 발췌하고 실측을 통해 공동구의 재원을 확보하고 화재시뮬레이션을 수행하여 화재위험성 정도를 평가하였다.

Hoist have been installed at wharfs or seashore in the center of fishing village fraternities. A Hoist is used in harbor loading and unloading fishing gear or seafoods and is a device to refloat fishing boats into a breakwater or land in case of typhoon or bad weather. In this paper, we propose image perception and moving objects tracking system that detects boat's damage, theft and trespassing occurred at the wharf. This system detects objects' motion in real time by using the motion templet and tracks to concentrate on a moving object(person, boat, etc.) by using a PTZ camera.

본 연구에서는 승선환경에 관한 기초연구로서 승선 및 유람선 터미널의 공간 및 시설과 관련된 법적 문제에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 육상대중교통의 탑승과 관련된 법령과 규정에 비해 시설별 세부규정이 미흡하고, 유람선터미널 역시 탑승객 수용능력별 시설기준이 요구된다. 2) 터미널의 대기공간과 승강장은 법에 따라 기본시설이 갖춰지지 않은 곳으로 탑승능력을 수용할 수 있는 좁은 공간이다. 3) 현측 접안과 선수측 접안을 유람선 선착장의 승강 공간과 사용 시설 등을 고려하여 적절히 사용해야한다.

해상교통혼잡도와 선박사고는 연관성이 높다. 이에 본 논문은 자본 등의 이유로 위기상황 대응에 취약한 소형 선박에 특정된 위험을 인식하고, 유사시 일부 선착장으로 선박이 집중되는 것을 방지하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 안드로이드 APP과 클라우드 서비스, 알고리즘을 통해 최적의 정박지 및 경로를 제공함으로써 소형 선박이 향후 위기상황에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

어항의 개발은 어선의 안전수용과 어획물의 신속한 양육처리를 위하여 필요한 방파제 물양장 선착장 호안등의 시설을 설치하는 것으로 이러한 일련의 구조물이 적절하게 시설되기 위하여는 기본자료를 정확히 조사 분석하여 그 지역여건에 부합되도록 기본방향을 설정하고 시설규모를 결정하여야 한다.

재래식 방파제는 투수성이 작아 항내ㆍ외간 해수유통을 저하시켜 조석간만의 차가 작은 해역의 항만에서는 오염원이 유입될 때 수질이 쉽게 악화된다. 특히 방파제 후면 수역을 매립하여 선착장으로 이용하는 경우에 이 현상은 심화된다 이를 해결하려면 육상으로부터의 오염원 유입을 저감시킴과 함께 정체된 항에 흐름이 존재하도록 하는 건설 공법을 도입할 필요가 있다. (중략)

국제 무역항과 어패류 공동어시장 등이 관광지와 어울려 국제적인 명성을 가지고 있는 해양도시 부산은 낙동강과 바다가 만나는 도심 속에서 수상관광을 하기에 매우 좋은 자연환경과 지리적 조건을 갖추고 있다. 이러한 해양 인프라를 기반으로 친수 네크워크 개념을 도입한다면 40여개의 무인도서와 더불어 육상 해변 해상 해중공간을 입체적으로 연계해주는 바다뱃길을 구축할 수 있을 것이다.

최근 부산 영도를 중심으로 해상관광에 대한 논의가 활발히 이루어 지고 있다. 그에 따라 해상관광에 대한 법률 및 항로 개정, 부산 북항-남항에 대한 여건변화가 지난 몇 년에 걸쳐서 현재까지 계속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산 영도에서 이뤄지는 해상관광의 현황을 분석하고 해양도시에 적용할 수 있는 도시형 해상관광 네트워크 구축 방안에 대해 제안하였다.

It is generally reported that field learning and a class using regional materials motivate learning and give a positive effect on learning of geology unit, science subject. The purpose of this study is to develop and to suggest regional materials for learning of geology unit, science subject at Jaeundo. The results of this study are as follows. Regional materials were developed at three locations (namjin dockyard area, yangsan beach area and dunjang beach area) of the study area. Namjin dockyard area (A site) is composed of terrain of sea cliff, sand beach and mud flat. Sedimentary rocks, weathering phenomenon of rocks and strata of various shape are distributed in sea cliff of A site. Yangsan beach area (B site) is composed of coastal terrain as sea cliff and sand beach about 1.5km long. Sedimentary rocks and rhyolite are distributed in sea cliff of B site. Tafoni formed by weathering process of rocks are developed on sedimentary rock outcrop of B site. Dunjang beach area (C site) is composed of coastal terrain of sea cliff, sand beach about 2km long and sea stack. Stratified sedimentary rocks are distributed in sea cliff of C site. Sea stack located in near halmi island on the west side of dunjang beach area is a good sample showing erosion process of sea cave for a long time. Unique geomorphology and geology phenomena distributed in 3 sites at Jaeundo can be used as regional materials for learning of geology unit, science subject. And, Regional materials shall be used in conjunction with the text book data of geology units. These 3 sites of the study area are worth using as field learning course for elementary and middle school students.
