From the recent, an big issue of the internet attack is DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service). Some government agencies and companies will buy Anti-DDoS SW for protect their their network system form DDoS attack. But We don't have any objective valuation standard of Anti-DDoS SW. So When you try to buy an Anti-DDoS SW, you can get only subjective Anti-DDoS SW information which from Anti-DDoS SW vender. Anti-DDoS SW market is getting bigger, so market needs objective valuation standard of Anti-DDoS SW for a fair evaluation. In this paper, we describe a part of Anti-DDoS SW performance tests in valuation standard of Anti-DDoS SW.

By prosperous condition of construction economy in the early 90s in Korea, the government needed a lot of the qualified professional engineers (PE) to manage the construction site. In order to meet the high demand of P.E., Government has established the admitted engineer systems(AES) in 1995 that give the authority of principal engineers to the admitted engineers who do not take the written examination but have equivalent working experience. Since 2000, professional $engineer^{\circ}{\phi}s$ shortage has been resolved. however, the opposite situation, which is serious over-supply of construction engineers has occurred. Thus, Government announced that would abolish the admitted engineer systems as recognized the existent admitted engineers(about 1,000,000 persons) from 2007. However, Professional Engineers Institution has strongly insisted that Government should not recognize existent admitted engineers. From this point of view, it is critical to make the supply-demand forecast systems as a derivative approach of System Dynamics also, that is useful in comparing the argument between Government and Professional Engineers Institution. This paper describes about principal $engineer^{\circ}{\phi}s$ supply change by admitted engineer system abrogation and suggests the idea to regulate the supply and demand with the improvement of the regal system.

This study was carried out in order to seek social support direction by allowing them to recognize necessity of preparing for their stably old age life and by inquiring into the preparation for old age life targeting dental hygienists who work at dental clinics. It sent questionnaire by post to dental hygienists of 1,560 dental clinics, which were sampled with a stratified sampling method, and then conducted a cross-sectional study based on self-administration. As a result of a problem of being worried in old age life, the ratio with the response as saying of being 'economy' was indicated to be the highest. The ratio of financial preparation for old age was shown to be high with 84.3%. Its method was the highest in 'fixed deposit and installment savings' with 62.6%. The satisfaction with financial preparation for old age stood at averagely 2.60, thereby having shown to be dissatisfied. It was shown to be low with 2.97 in the mean score of physical preparation for old age life, 3.59 in emotional preparation, and 2.56 in preparation for leisure. In conclusion, the satisfaction with financial preparation for old age life in our country's dental hygienists was low. Even the physical, emotional, and leisure-based preparations were shown to be low. Hence, it is considered to be likely needed to be planned preparation for old age life from the 30s. Also, for this, Korean Dental Hygienists Association needs to positively develop several kinds of programs such as education, policy and system for old age life following these people's retirement.

This study investigated the current status of the management system for foreign seafarers boarding Korean ocean-going vessels and analyzed the problems and suggested measures for improvement through the survey of shipping companies, ship management companies, crew manning companies and related associations. The conclusion is summarized as follow. First, it is necessary to reorganize and apply the collective agreements or the laws applicable to the foreign seafarer separately in regard to the foreign seafarer related laws and collective agreements applied in the same way as the Korean seafarer. Second, it is necessary to change the decision-making to shipowner in deciding on the number of foreign seafarers employed by the Korean ocean-going vessels or if the decision-maker remains the same, the relevant laws must be clearly defined pertinent to the decision-maker. Additionally, the number of foreign seafarers should be applied for each position and ship's type. The third is to expand the recognition arrangement for certificate of ships' officers to Eastern Europe and Asian countries to expand the range of options for hiring foreign seafarers. The fourth is to prevent the waste of administrative manpower by simplifying complicated and unnecessary administrative procedures from hiring and boarding of foreign seafarers. The fifth is to establish a systematic training and education system for foreign seafarers in cooperation with related shipping companies and government authorities, associations and so on. This study will contribute to providing a more efficient and systematic management of foreign seafarers boarding Korean ocean-going vessels.
