The integration of Quality Circles and Six-Sigma has gained attentions for the attainment of enhanced customer satisfaction, costs reduction, and improved business performance. The purpose of this paper is to verify the benefit from the integration of Quality Circles and Six-Sigma by applying the integrated process for an alcohol manufacturing line. In the integrated process, we used the first three steps of Six-Sigma of Define, Measure, and Analyze(D-M-A) and then applied the concept of Quality Circle, which has good performance in the Improvement and Control(I-C) process. For the selection of the theme of quality circles, Analytic Hierarch Process(AHP) is used, and we also employed the experimental design, which is designed to find an optimal operating condition. Furthermore, the results of the economic analysis confirm that the integration process would be successful in reducing the incidence of defects and the quality cost.

The Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology and the Ulsan ICT Promotion Agency are building an electric smart ship using a full range of ICT with advanced technology, and are expected to demonstrate it in 2022. For the demonstration of onboard ship equipment, it needs to develop a demonstration procedure. There are 4 types of onboard equipment preferentially selected for the development of the demonstration test procedure which are an electronic chart display and information system, a ship RADAR system, a voyage data recorder, and a ship energy efficiency monitoring system. This paper describes the demonstration procedure based on the equipment standard for the electronic chart display and information system among 4 selected types of demonstration equipment, and also the verification test checklist and template is introduced.

최근 기업들은 자사의 핵심역량을 극대화하기 위하여 배송업무를 포함한 물류업무를 전문적인 제3자에게 위탁하는 아웃소싱이 확대되는 추세이다. 특히 제조업체는 제품 배송업무의 아웃소싱을 다양한 형태로 추진할 수 있기 때문에 아웃소싱 계획단계에서 최적의 업무프로세스 모델링이 매우 중요하며, 자사에 맞는 아웃소싱 모델을 선정하도록 의사결정을 지원할 체계적인 접근방법이 필요하다. 본 연구는 배송업무 아웃소싱 현황을 조망하고, 배송업무 아웃소싱을 위한 고려사항과 업무절차를 배송전문업체 선정단계와 운영단계, 그리고 성과평가단계로 구분하여 제시한다.

본 논문은 GIS를 이용하여 원자력 발전소 건설을 위한 최적의 부지 선택 방안을 연구한 것이다. 근래 고도 경제 성장에 따라 전력 사용량이 날로 증가되고 있으며 이에 따라 발전소의 추가 건설이 시급한 실정이다. 그러나 발전소 건설에 필요한 적지가 희소한 실정이며 정부의 국토이용 계획, 각종 개발 제한 사항에 의해 갈수록 제약을 받게 되어 부지 선정에 많은 어려움이 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 원자력 발전소 입지선정 절차를 근간으로하여 부지평가에 영향을 주리라 예상되는 지질, 골재원, 수송조건, 부지표고, 용수원, 해상조건, 접안조건 및 주변환경, 인구 분포 등의 부지평가 요소들을 중심으로 하고, GIS를 이용한 부지평가 항목의 분석을 통하여 원자력 발전소 부지의 최적 후보지를 결정하는 개념적 방안을 제시하였다.

정보화 사업에서 발생할 수 있는 위험(Risk)은 다양하다. 정보화 사업 관련 위험 요인 중 가장 대표적이고 보편적인 것은 발주 및 제안단계에서 발주자가 가진 요구사항의 불명확을 꼽을 수 있는데, 이로 인해 정보화 사업 수행 도중 요구범위 증가와 변경, 그리고 사업원가 구조의 악성화가 발생하게 됨은 자명하다. 그러나 안타까운 현실은 그 동안 우리나라 정보화 사업의 관행이 요구사항 불명확이라는 잠재적 위험 아래에서도 발주자와 사업자 간의 계약이 보호장치가 미흡한 확정가(firm fixed price) 방식으로 수립되어 왔다는 것이다. 확정가로 계약이 수립될 경우 사업자는 발주자의 요구사항 불명확으로 인해 파생된 원가 위험까지 불합리하게 책임져야 하는 고리에 묶이게 된다. 이러한 문제를 본질적으로 해결하는 한가지 방법은 발주자와 사업자간의 정보화 사업 획득 절차를 혁신하는 것인데, 본 논문은 이를 위해 가칭, 한국형 정보화 산업 활성화 획득 절차(KIPAP: Korea If Proliferation Acquisition Process)의 기본 개념을 고안하여 소개한다. 이 획득 절차는 정보화 사업이 내재하고 있는 요구사항의 불확실성을 계량화, 가시화하여, 그 정도에 따라 차등화된 계약방식의 선정방법 을 제시한다.

원자력 발전소 부분 충수운전 중에 발생할 수 있는 정지냉각기능 상실사고인 과배수 사건에 대한 확률론적 안전성 평가를 수행하였다. 본 분석의 주된 목적은 과배수로 인한 정지냉각기능 상실사건에 대하여 노심손상 빈도를 계산하고 안전성 향상방안을 도출하는데 있다. 과배수 사건은 초기 부분 충수운전중 발생하는 것으로 가정하였으며 이 때의 발전소 배열(Plant Configuration)은 영광 3,4호기의 운전절차서 및 발전소 운전경험을 근거로 결정하여. 현재 운전상태에 대한 확률론적 안전성평가를 수행하였다. 분석결과 인간오류가 노심손상빈도에 가장크게 기여하는 인자로 나타났으며 인간오류를 줄 일수 있는 대체냉각 절차를 선정하여 재분석을 수행하였다. 고려된 대체냉각 수단은 피동적인 잔열제거 방법인 열규응축냉각(Reflux Cooling)과 정지냉각펌프의 대체계통으로 격납용기 살수펌프를 사용하는 경우의 두가지이다. 본 분석에서는 두가지 대체냉각수단을 모두 채택하는 것으로 가정하여 대체냉각 사용에 따른 효과를 비교하였는데 노심손상 빈도가 1/1000로 감소 하였다. 따라서 절차서 개정에 의한 대체 냉각수단확보는 부분 충수운전중 발전소 안전성 향상에 매우 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

임베디드SW에 대한 개발이 활발히 수행되고 다양한 플랫폼에서 다른 임베디드SW와 통합되고 제어하는 다양한 요구사항이 발생하고 있으나 HW와의 밀접한 관계 및 재사용성의 요구를 반영하고 있지 못하므로 제품계열 개념을 적용한 접근이 필요하다. 따라서 임베디드 시스템 수명주기 및 시스템, HW, SW간의 관계를 통해 임베디드SW 개발절차를 도출하며, 제품계열 개발방법론 중에서 마르미-EM, FORM, FAST 및 KobrA를 선정하고 도출된 임베디드SW 개발절차와 비교하여 각 개발방법론의 절차상의 차이점, 강점 및 보완 사항을 분석하고 방법론별 특징을 종합한다.

이 연구는 두가지의 목적을 갖는다. 첫 번째는 통행배정결과를 평가하는데 혼동되어 이용되고 있는 방법들을 체계화하여 통합된 철차를 개발하는 것이고, 두 번째는 충북도내 3개 도시(청주, 충주 및 제천시)의 배정결과에 이를 적용시켜 해당 도시별로 신뢰도가 높은 통행배정법을 제안하는 것이다. 분석된 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관련문헌들을 검토하여 평가방법들을 통계학적 관점에서 크게 기술통계법과 추리통계법으로 체계화시키고, 이러한 평가방법들의 결과를 순위자료화하여 종합적인 판단을 내릴 수 있는 방법을 정립함으로써 통합된 일련의 평가절차를 개발하였다. 둘째, 개발된 절차를 이용한 사례연구 결과, 청주시와 충주시에 대해서는 확률배정법, 제천시에 대해서는 분할배정법의 적용성이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 평가절차는 해당도시에 적합한 통행배정기법을 선정하는데 이용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 향후 개발되는 통행배정 알고리즘들의 효과를 기존 배정기법들과 비교하여 설명할 수 있는 분석의 틀을 제공할 수 있다.

This study is to apply the Quality Function Deployment Methodology to select the Navy Battle Lab location among possible location sites. The Quality Function Deployment is known to be one of the good methodology in reflecting users' need. Thus the Navy Battle Lab location should b e selected on the basis of satisfying the Navy and ADD requirments. The data to be applied in QFD has been collected from the Navy users and ADD researchers. After carrying out QFD procedures, Jinhae was selected as the best site of the Navy Battle Lab.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain what kinds of books are selected for 'One Book, One City' campaign in Korea since 2003. For the purpose 473 selected books are analyzed. Based on the general overview of the campaign, selected books are analyzed by publication year, author, genre, and subject. From the analysis three preference tendencies in book selecting came out as newly published books, children's books, and regional characteristics reflected books.
