The purpose of this research is to suggest the reasonable method of Network RTK surveying in future cadastral re-survey project through the accuracy analysis about Network RTK surveying achievement and the conventional TS-based confirmation surveying. To achieve it, we selected the experiment places and succeeded in achieving the result by Network RTK surveying about total of 307 parcel boundary point. We compared it with the result of confirmation surveying for cadastral, and it was shown that total connection errors of RMSE was ${\pm}0.1028m$ and total 48 places exceeded in the cadastral re-survey allowable error tolerance. The research suggested the practical alternatives in cadastral re-survey project after the comprehensive evaluation of those analysis results. Therefore, the author suggested development and adoptation of integrated electronic plane table surveying method. Moreover, we suggested unifying the first parcel boundary point method into the total station surveying and adopt the Network RTK surveying on the cadastral surveying inspection.

This paper studies the improvement of a pre-processing line for waste refrigerators in a metropolitan recycling center(MRC). We performed ARENA modeling and simulation by using work analysis and time measurement on the current processing line. Combined this result with some practical experiences from workers, we generated 3 alternatives to improve the current line and evaluated them by using ARENA simulation. The final decision selected consists of changing 2-line process into 1-line and having a separate cell-line for collecting refrigerant. Currently, the result of this study was applied to MRC by improving cycle time, throughput, and space utilization compared to the previous one.

City-based Lifeline is expected to cause significant social and economic loss accompanied the secondary damage such as paralysis of urban functions and a large fire as well as the collapse caused by earthquake. Earthquake Disaster Response System of Korea is being operated with preparation, calculates the probability of failure of the facility through Seismic Fragility Model and evaluates the degree of earthquake disaster. In this paper, the time history analysis of buried gas pipeline in city-based lifeline was performed with consideration for ground characteristics and also seismic fragility model was developed by maximum likelihood estimation method. Analysis model was selected as the high-pressure pipe and the normal-pressure pipe buried in the city of Seoul, Korea's representative, modeling of soil was used for Winkler foundation model. Also, method to apply developed fragility model at GIS is presented.

This study divided hospital management performance as surplus and deficit, Liquidity, Growth, Turnover Ratios, Productivity, Operating Expense, Patient Care Performance and evaluate the relationship between profitability. In addition to providing a useful basis for seeking profitability and effective management measures based on the findings of the hospital has its purpose. The study period was 2013 to identify the hospital's financial performance as evaluation criteria, were selected for a total of 147 hospitals surveyed. In conclusion, the more profitable medical and hospital financial performance, results showed a higher rate. In addition to the factors affecting the profitability of the Salaries, Administrative Expenses, Material Costs was a major factor. To to enhance the future profitability of hospital care it is also important to increase revenue, but Salaries, the cost reduction-effective strategy for reducing Administrative Expenses may be required.

This study was to find the factors influencing satisfaction of Korean medical tour services of Chinese college students. Structured questionnaire was developed to collect data. The data were collected from the 175 students between May 1 and May 15 in 2015 in an international college in China. The expectations and the evaluations on the Korean medical tour services were compare by t-test. To find the factors influencing satisfaction on Korean medical tour services, diverse linear regression models were estimated. According to the best fit regression model, technologies, quality of medical tour services, and health care cost significantly and positively influenced satisfaction on the Korean medical tour services. The results of the study suggested that we need to prepare marketing strategies to improve understandings on Korean medical tour services for the Chinese college students. Improvement of technology, improvement of quality of health service, and setting of reasonable price are important to attract more Chinese patients to Korea.

With the advent of various services and devices in the change of IT environment, increasing the complexity of the data, and increasing scale of IT, Many organizations are experiencing the difficulty of analyzing and processing with a large amounts of data for security situations awareness. Therefore, propose the enhancement of security situational awareness through visualization in order to solve the problems of slow response and security situational awareness in organizational risk management. In this paper, we selected the evaluation factors and alternatives for effective visualization by considering user type, situational awareness step, and information visualization attributes through various studies on visualization. And established AHP layer model. Based on this, by using the AHP method for solving the problem of multi-criteria decision making, by calculating the factors for effectively visualizing and the importance of alternative by factor, try to propose a visualization method that can improve the effectiveness of the security situational awareness according to the purpose of visualization and the type of user.

The purposes of this research is designing an FRBR-based information search services based on users' needs and behaviors. Regarding this matter, this study first extensively analysed literature related to the FRBR Model. On that basis, this study categorized foreign cases by application methods of FRBR Model, and identified their characteristics. Also this study analysed how Korean users evaluated the FRBR-based information search services. Afterwards, this study discussed the overall development direction before we develop the FRBR search service in earnest. In those terms, this study selected four types of FRBR-based search services(FictionFinder, AustLit, Perseus Digital Library, Virtua) and analysed each Model's application method. Finally, this study analysed user preference of the categorization using four undergraduate and four postgraduate students of the Department of Library and Information Science.

As a case study on beginning teachers' teaching professionalism in science-gifted education, we analyzed their teaching professionalism based on pedagogical content knowledge. To do this, we selected 3 elementary and 3 secondary beginning teachers from science-gifted education institutes in the metropolitan area. After their science instructions for science-gifted students were observed, in-depth interviews were conducted. Analyses were conducted with taped videos, researcher's field notes, and transcripts for in-depth interviews. This study revealed that most of the teachers had relatively desirable belief about science-gifted education. However, they tended to have a little deficient practical knowledge about science-gifted students, the curriculum for science-gifted education, science contents, the instructional strategies for science-gifted education, and the assessment in science-gifted education. These results imply that many teachers are likely to have a little deficiency in teaching professionalism for science-gifted students in various aspects, and need to find the ways of improving their teaching professionalism.

Discovering customers' behavioral patterns from large data set and providing them with corresponding services or products are critical components in managing a current business. However, the diversity of customer needs coupled with the limited resources suggests that companies should make more efforts on understanding and managing specific groups of customers, not the whole customers. The key issue of this paper is based on the fact that the behavioral patterns extracted from the specific groups of customers shall be different from those from the whole customers. This paper proposes the idea of pre-segmentation before developing customer classification models. We collected three customers' demographic and transactional data sets from a credit card, a tele-communication, and an insurance company in Korea, and then segmented customers by major variables. Different churn prediction models were developed from each segments and the whole data set, respectively, using the decision tree induction approach, and compared in terms of the hit ratio and the simplicity of generated rules.

수자원의 이수 및 치수관리에 있어서 우량, 하천수위. 하천유속, 하천유량, 지하수위, 하수유량 등의 수문자료는 가장 기초적이면서 중요한 요소이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 최근까지 우리나라의 수자원관리 실태를 살펴보면 신뢰성 있는 수문자료의 구축이 매우 미비한 실정이며, 이로 인해 하천유역의 수문특성 해석에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 21세기 프론티어연구사업과 관련하여 구축$\cdot$시범운영하고 있는 "안양천 실시간 통합 수문모니터링 시스템"의 운영현황을 소개하고 2단계 사업에서 신규의 구축된 하수근거 모니터링 시스템에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 실시간 통합 수문 모니터링 시스템이란 하천유역내의 강우량, 하천수위, 지하수위, 하수근거유량, 수질 등 수문 상황을 실시간으로 모니터링함으로써 유역내의 수문자료를 구축함은 물론 지하수위와 하천수위와의 연관성, 하천유량 증가의 인한 하수근거로의 우수유입량 등의 분석을 통해 유역 전반에 걸친 물순환체계에 대한 해석과 평가를 내릴 수 있도록 지원하는 시스템이다. 이를 위해 주요 지점에 수문 모니터링 장비를 설치하고, 통신모듈을 통해 현장에서 서버로 모니터링 자료를 실시간으로 전송하고, 전송된 자료를 웹상에서 보여줌으로써 유역관리자의 의사결정지원 자료로 활용할 뿐만 아니라 일반인들에게 거주지역내 하천에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있게 된다. 또한 안양시청을 시범 행정기관으로 선정하여 안양시에서 운영하고 있는 실시간 수문모니터링 자료를 취합하여 웹상에서 공유할 수 있도록 시스템을 통합하는 방안을 마련하였으며, 향후 안양천에 속해 있는 지자체이 참여를 유도할 예정이다. 안양천 실시간 모니터링 시스템은 안양천 웹페이지(http://anyang.river.or.kr)에서 구현되고 있으며, 앞서 설명한 바와 같이 1단계 프론티어 사업으로 설치된 4개의 하천수위, 2개의 지하수위 관측시설과 함께, 2단계에 (주)웹솔루스에서 자체적으로 설치 운영하고 있는 2개소의 하수관거 모니터링 관측시설, 그리고 안양시에서 운영하고 있는 5개소의 강우관측소와 7개소의 수위관측소를 모두 통합하여 실시간 자료를 제공하고 있다. 수위자료는 10분단위의 텍스트정보와 그래프형태로 지원되며, 검색기간 설정을 통해 원하는 기간내의 자료를 선별, 검색할 수 있다.
